House was Great! Large and roomy with enough space for our entire group. Big, beautiful backyard with games and the pool was amazing. Pool house was a great place to hang out! The kitchen is great and the double fridge was a life saver for having a large group. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful house perfect for my little family group. Loved how the master room had it's own open shower and A/C aside from the rest of the house. Pool could have been cleaned but we made it work.

This house is amazing! We were very happy with the set up of the house/rooms. The casita is a fun place to hang out, and the pool/spa were a hit. We made most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked. All in all, everyone had a great time!

Chad & Chris were great host!!!! Property was great, there was enough space for all of us. Location was 15 mins away from London Bridge, but it wasn't a problems. Pool and back yard was very clean. All in all this is an awesome place to book. You wont regret it. I would definitely book again.

This house was perfect for our family trip. It was extremely clean and truly beautiful. The backyard was definitely the best part of the house we spent most of our time in the pool. The host had great communication. We would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Love the house! Plenty of space, comfy beds, lots of tvs, beautiful pool and backyard! It was a fun, comfortable long weekend!

Worth every penny!
We found this lovely home very last minute and were thrilled to find that it was available. We have been to Havasu several times and this is by far in our top two properties. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable for a large group, but the backyard and the grounds steal the show.
The owner Chad was absolutely fantastic and quick to reply with any questions we had!
We will absolutely be back for a longer stay and will look to stay here again. Highly highly recommend!!

Amazing !!!!
We rented this gorgeous home for my moms 89th birthday and family reunion. It has everything that we needed .. The casita was perfect place for the younger of the family to hang out and catch up. The pool was spectacular.. plenty of room for all. The bedrooms are great. Very big and from I was told. The beds in the house are all very comfortable.. having the horseshoes and the corn hole games to entertain was a big plus also. I’ve rented many homes in town due to visiting a lot of family that live there and this has become my Number 1.. we will definitely be renting this home again. Chad has been nothing but the best with helping me with any questions or concerns. AAA++++

Perfect place for a large group
My family had a blast while we stayed here. Checking in was easy and the response from the owners was quick. This place comfortably slept my family of 18. There was even enough parking for 6 cars.
The pool was cool and refreshing on those 85/90 degree days. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Havasu.

Spacious yet Cozy
Great house, excellent amenities and recently updated rooms made for a very nice stay. Chris was easy to talk with, scheduling was efficient and rooms were spacious and beds were plenty. Casita was 'party headquarters' with the pool table and kitchenette. Pool was cold, but that was expected in February for LHC... into the hot tub and all was well. I would highly recommend this property.
