This was a great spot and a very clean property. It was also very accommodating for our large group. The hot tub was awesome and warm upon arrival. Only negative was the dryer did not work well at all.

This was a great property for four friends spending time in the mountains. It's easy to get to from Denver. It's easy to get to multiple mountain spots south, west and north of the Condo and when you want to hang out you're right next to Main street in Frisco where you can relax and enjoy yourself amongst different restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed the beautiful location and things to do in Frisco, Breckenridge and Georgetown. Great trip with family!

Wonderful place. Walking distance to shops and food. Close to Bike path and hiking. Perfect for our trip.

This was a lovely place to stay! So close to downtown Frisco, the marina, and Breck! :) We had a lovely in-state stay-cation here. Would definitely book again! The hot tube was lovely, great sized kitchen, and everyone had their own space to hang out. We also loved the hot tub on the balcony - how fun! :)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to the Breckenridge/Frisco area multiple times; and, this was a somewhat disappointing stay. The positives -- convenient to get to Breck, Dillon, and I-70 to hike other areas; hot tub was great, seemed new; good appliances and other kitchen equipment; plenty of toiletries, towels, detergent...we have stayed in places that did not provide sufficient amounts causing us to purchase. The negatives -- house was so warm other than in the early morning...even with keeping the windows open all day (a few of the windows could not be opened due to either broken mechanism or could not reach) and fans on, it was still warm, especially the 2nd floor; the complex is right off of the main street between Frisco and Breck and the unit faces the traffic circle - traffic was noisy, which was amplified with keeping the windows open to keep the house cooler...the complex may want to consider building a sound wall like the complex across the street; cleaning service could be better-upon arrival, some of the kitchen appliances and the upstairs banisters and furniture had dust on them, food debris was on the living room carpet, under the furniture, and on, in, and under the couch cushions (along with a kid's Hotwheels like car); although minor, the unit could have better pillows for the bed...all were very flat; someone came in unannounced while we were sleeping...he said he services the hot tub every Sunday a.m....we were not informed of this; and, when bringing this to the management company's attention, they stated they were not aware of it and there were no advisories of the hot tub service. Overall, I would not select this unit on a future stay; but, may be open to staying at a unit not off of the main road.

This really is the perfect place; location, accommodations, price & views. Our family loves getting up in the mountains for a change of scenery during the summer. This place is an easy walk to all that Frisco has to offer as well as amazing amenities to boot.

This property, while centrally located, is 100-150 feet from a BUSY traffic circle which is the main 4 lane highway that leads to/from Breck. Horns beeping, loud mufflers etc. were almost constant. Oh! the fire station is also very nearby. Since there is no A/C we either had to keep the windows open, which was not an option due to noise, or keep them closed and sleep hot with fans (which was still kind of noisy) The deck and hot tub also face this busy side and while using the hot tub it was hard to hear each other talk due to traffic noise at times. We were hoping for a relaxing mountain getaway; this was not it. We've stayed in NYC hotels that were quieter. If you are not concerned with noise (at all) and visit during a colder month so as not to open windows, it is in fact a nice property. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was well appointed and nicely decorated. The mgmt. co. was extremely responsive and even brought us an extra fan. The loft bedroom was a bit less than ideal since any noise from the living room or kitchen would be heard by whomever was sleeping there, so kind of need to go to bed/wake-up at the same time. Again, nice place but due to location and the set up of the 3rd sleeping area, this was not a fit for us by far.

Beautiful property, loved the hot tub, centrally located, property manager very responsive! We had the windows open at night, and the traffic circle was louder than we expected (nothing owners/managers can control, but that is why the location is 4 vs 5). Would love to return!

We truly loved our stay. The place was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. We loved the patio and hot tub. Beautiful view of the lake. We would definitely stay here again

Clean, great location.

This condo was in a perfect location, and I loved the set up. Lots of thought went into the decor with many special touches. There were even games to play. The beds were very comfortable (the pillows needed some work). Overall, the property was clean, but the cleaners could have been a little more thorough as there were Cheerios tucked under the counter, etc 😂 My only major concern with the property was that the hot tub hadn't been cleaned before we arrived and was super green. But, they came the next day and took care of it. This property is one where you walk in and think, WOW! This is nice! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend my friends and family to stay here too.

Condo was just as pictured, clean on arrival, everything worked as expected. Nice central location for our group to ski at Copper, Keystone, and Breck. We enjoyed our stay!

The property (condo) we stayed at was beautiful. The location was great and the property itself was like a luxury condo. Very clean, and well cared for. We are already talking about a return visit, either winter or summer. I would highly recommend it!

Great property and location. It says one car space only but we had two for two families and put one car in garage and other on the drive which was perfect. Place is well equipped and well set up: master bed mattress is excellent quality which makes a big difference for a good night of sleep. Couple of minor issues: front door wouldn’t open on arrival due to dead batteries, oven door was broken and hottub was not chemically balanced. But place is managed by Summit Mountain Rentals who are super responsive on their Comms and they had their team out promto to sort all issues: excellent management.

Condo was just as described. well appointed. great amenities. drivable to multiple resorts and next to downtown Frisco. Summit rentals was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this condo.

We loved this property! It had everything we needed and was very close to Main Street in Frisco so we could easily walk to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent it again!

Loved it overall. Icemaker in fridge does not work. You rectified our tv problem quickly. Kudos. DOWNSTAIRS bedroom shower grout corners need to be scrubbed lots more. Kinda groaty... Coffee table underneath very dusty. Loved that you stocked toiletries, some coffee, dish soap and laundry soap. We would definitely rent again. Thanks for a fun stay.

Great property for our small family. Everything we needed to start relaxing right away - no need to run to the store for soaps or paper products. Appreciated the teakettle and spices. Works well to be able to prepare a few meals ourselves. Everything was clean and tidy. Loved having a garage for our bikes and to save us from removing spring snow from our vehicle. Only downside was the loft bunkbed is in the main gathering area - it's hard for adults to stay up and visit if littles need to sleep. This didn't impact overall awesomeness of this property. Location was great with lots of biking and hiking right outside the door. Will return to check out the marina!!
