The home was perfectly suited for our large family come in to town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding! The bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom was great for grandparents to stay and not have to worry about navigating up to the second or third floor. The backyard was picture perfect and gave a great location to hang out, visit and soak in the hot tub. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need for a large group.. with ample towels, blankets, games, dishes and more. The host even pampered us with water bottles in each room and bathroom toiletries in each bathroom/shower. They really thought of everything! While the weekend was full of wedding festivities, because it was so close, we were able to sneak in some time to enjoy Mass Ave! What a perfect location to enjoy all that area has to offer!

The host was so responsive and everything was easy. This is a terrific house - clean with all the amenities you could need. So nice having a hot tub for relaxing and the kids could play in the field across the street. Nice walking distance to bagel and coffee shop. We really enjoyed getting food at The Garage. Thanks for the terrific stay in Indy!

The Gathering Place was exactly as advertised. The whole house is modernized and upscale. The kitchen had every amenity you could want or need. A nice touch by the property manager was bottled water in the fridge and tons of snacks for the kids. Coffee and creamer were plentiful. All of the bedrooms came with TVs. The master bathroom had an incredibly big shower. The game room on the 3rd floor was neat with the Pac-Man game and air hockey. The back patio is amazing, complete with hot tub. Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy more of it. The property seems like it is in a nice area. Close to downtown and the children’s museum. We visited The Garage which was a cool area very close by. The only negatives were we found a child’s pillow in one of the bedrooms probably from a former renter. Some of the end tables and the living room TV felt wobbly. The hot tub headrests were missing or found floating in the water. Overall our experience was amazing and would 100% stay here for another visit to Indianapolis.

The home was a great place for our entire group to relax and bond as team members. The home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with great communication from the property owner. We really enjoyed the recommendations of local restaurants and sights to visit! We would definitely rent this place again!

A group of 6 guys used this house as our “home base” for our annual “Guys Convention”. It worked out perfectly! The owner was quick to answer questions ahead of our arrival, confirming amenities, and also confirming ok for us to check-in a few hours early on our day of arrival. The house setup was great - 6 beds, 4 baths, a game room, large dining table (great for meals and for games), and a great front porch and back yard with plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was very well stocked. And a nice touch was several bottles of water in the refrigerator, plus bottles next to all the beds…and even several small snacks on the kitchen counter, hand soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen, dish soap, paper towel, and TP. The location was perfect - we walked to King Dough (pizza place) for dinner one evening. The Fowling Warehouse was very close as well and a fun outing. It was only ~25 min from where we golfed (Golf Club of Indiana - also highly recommended). And it was very close to downtown, where we also hung out a bit. I would highly recommend this home to a group of friends or a family.

We are four “old” friends in our early 60’s that came to Indy to celebrate two of our birthdays and see the Eagles concert. We all loved the house. Plenty of rooms so everyone could have their own space. The outdoor area was awesome. The hot tub was amazing. The third floor game room had us playing air hockey like we did as teenagers. The host was super responsive. We all agreed that this is the BEST house we have ever rented.

2 families (total of 4 adults and 6 kids, ages 3-9) stayed here for 4 nights to explore Indy and surrounds and it was fantastic. The backyard is fenced, which was required for our kiddos. Kitchen is smaller but very well stocked - perfect for warming chicken nuggets for the kids but would be hard to make a holiday meal. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Get bagels from Sidedoor, which is just around the corner, if they're open when you stay!

Beautiful home, very clean, property manager was very nice and responsive. Backyard was beautiful. Nice neighborhood. Close to all things downtown Indy.

We were in Indy for a family wedding with folks coming from various places. The location was close to the wedding venue, but also plenty of places to eat and play in close proximity. House was large enough for spending time together (and apart).

One of the best VRBO houses we have stayed in and for the past 15 years we have stayed in either 1 or two per year. Absolutely everything in the kitchen and bathrooms that you would need. Very thoughtfully appointed.

The amenities were extensive and the outside areas allowed us to enjoy the location. Everyone enjoyed their time at this lovely house. Would book again!

The house and yard are beautiful and well maintained and the house is more spacious than I expected. There is a beautiful front porch and a really nice deck on the back of the house. The host was quick to reply to any questions. The house is extremely well stocked with snacks, coffee & creamers, housewares and bathroom supplies. The location is just outside of downtown with plenty of restaurants close by. I would recommend this home to everyone and hope to stay here again on our next trip back to Indianapolis.

We rented this property for 6 members of my family while visiting Indianapolis for a wedding. The house was clean, spacious, and had all the extra little touches that made it even better. There were snacks, water, coffee, and tea provided. Each bathroom had soap and basic shower needs. The top level game room was so fun and the hottub was a great extra. We loved being able to walk to Mass Ave. Would definitely stay again!

This house will not disappoint! Very clean well appointed house. We were sad to not have more time to enjoy the hot tub, fooseball , ping pong and popcorn machine! 15 minute walk to Bottleworks district. Above and beyond with amenities!!!!

I was traveling with 5 colleagues for a training event. This was the perfect house for us. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made this enjoyable stay for a non-family group. It’s location within 3 miles of the convention center was a plus. The best part was that the comfortable setting encouraged conversation after a long day of training.

Love this property. Plenty of space and tons of amenities like a hot tub, gas fire table, outdoor movie screen, game tables and fully stocked kitchen. Super clean and great host.

This VRBO was perfect. The house is in a great location. It was fun to walk through the neighborhoods. The house is beautiful. I really would not change a thing!

A group of family members came to town to see a Colts game. This home is only a 15 minute drive to the stadium and downtown. It exceeded our expectations. House was in excellent condition with lots of amenities. All seven of us said we would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved staying here! it was just perfect. The house was so nice, with an open layout downstairs , so we could all be together in the same space. Everything was clean and beautifully appointed, including all the bedrooms and the outdoor spaces too. It had everything we needed and was such a pleasant and comfortable place. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is AMAZING! So many more amenities than even listed. The gameroom upstairs with foosball, ping pong and air hockey kept the kids happy so the adults could relax. The house is so spacious and one of the nicest backyards in Indy. This was the best stocked rental we've ever stayed in, snack basket, coffee, toiletries, bottled water next to every bed! And the fabulous owner did a great job checking in on us and communicating. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Indy.
