House was fine. Furniture was spartan. Kitchen was not well equipped. Proximity to beach and trail was great, as was the view from the master bedroom.

Great place. Clean and beautiful view. Not many amenities but just enough. There are two balconies with beautiful views but there was no furniture to sit out there

The condo was perfect for our group of five. It was easy walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to Dana Point. It had nice peekaboo ocean-views from the primary bedroom, and was very clean and spacious. Good communication with Vacasa host throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!

We loved staying here. The master bedroom was wonderful listening to the ocean waves. The downstairs open area is so nice for get togethers.

We loved our stay here. Super short walk to the beach. Spacious and clean house stocked with beach towels and chairs. Easy drive into town. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing house! We really enjoyed our stay in San Clemente because this was such a great house to call our temporary home base. Very clean! Kitchen was updated and had all equipment needed to make a meal. It was only 9 miles from Camp Pendleton entrance and allowed us quick travel to see our son who is in Marine training. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful home!

Great size condo in a great location and quiet neighborhood.

This property was clean and as pictured. The proximity to the beach is great. It was perfect for a family vacation.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to wedding venue. Beautiful sunset views from the master bedroom. Included all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay. Garage and parking space is a plus. Walking distance to the beach. Would stay again!!

We stayed in this house for a week while visiting San Clemente family. It was great! Super modern, clean, comfy beds, basically everything we needed for a perfect stay. My only complaint was there wasn’t any hand soap by the sinks, so we had to buy some our first night and also there isn’t anything to bring to the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.) We didn’t have trouble borrowing these things. but if they were already there we would have loved it. Amazing rental-don’t hesitate to book!!

Nice place. Clean, comfortable, and nice location. Nice unit with a spacious, open floor plan on the first floor. Ceiling fans and comfortable beds in each bedroom made sleeping easy. The street is pretty private and quiet, and it’s a short walk to a great beach. We would definitely rent here again and will recommend to friends.

We are Southern Californians that have lived in NC for the past 30 years. We loved the condo, the location to Calafia beach and the amenities. The views were picturesque and the condo was a great set-up! The only reason this was not 5 stars is just the need for better communication on using the space. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and convenient place in an ideal location

This was a beautifully appointed property. It had a lovely deck and hot tub. There are only three bedrooms so don't bring more than three people or couples. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and they only left us two dishwashing detergent tablets which made it a little difficult for people that cook.

The house is about 5 or so minute walk to the ocean. Beach is quiet. Amazing sunsets. Unfortunately I couldn’t hear the ocean from the house which was something to which I was looking forward to. Can just see the ocean a bit. House itself is very nice. Lots of plates and cooking utensils. Minor complaint with the lack of Kleenex or napkins which most rentals include. No tv in two of the three bedrooms. If I was renting again, I’d consider this house but would try to get one a touch closer to the ocean just for the sound and view

I wish I could rate this better as the place is very nice and in a great location. The reason for the poor rating is that we never felt comfortable here. The moment you walk into the townhouse, there is a bright red sign that says "We don't want to evict you but we will", I mean what a way to start a vacation right! Then, the day after we check in, I receive a rather nasty email again stating we don't want to evict you but we will along with multiple items from the rental agreement listed out, i.e. noise policy, number of guest policy, etc. So apparently they received a complaint about us the night before, which I had to laugh since there were only 3 of us there the first night and 2 stayed inside to watch a movie and I sat outside for a while enjoying a drink. There was no noise from our unit. There was however a wedding party right next door to our unit and while they were having a good time and making some noise, it was not a bother to us. So instead of reaching out to me to say there was a complaint and i could explain my story, they just blast off a very inappropriate email to again make you get that really cozy feeling from the management company. Basically ruined the reminder of our stay while we were in the house because the group was worried we would be kicked out. If you breath, you may want to rethink staying here because they don't want to evict you but they will.

What a great stay. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The master even has an ocean view to watch the sunset. Calafia beach was an easy five-minute walk away. The space was full of light. We ate in three nights and even the knives were sharp! Parking was a little tricky but I really couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Five day family vacation near the beach. Loved it - was not long enough! We could have stayed for weeks. The place was clean and beautiful and we want to go back soon!

The space was beautiful, clean, and walking distance to beautiful beach overlook with stairs to beach and trail. A few issues the property managers could improve: 1) Need to add a wifi splitter. The wifi was very weak in upper bedrooms, and because several of us were remote working, this was a problem. When one person needed to have confidential meetings, the rest of us had to leave the condo. 2) Need to get fitted sheets that are the proper size for the beds. The unfitted bottom sheets were too small and would pull loose every night. When lots of people have slept in a bed, you don’t want to wake up with your face on the mattress cover. 3) The property management company didn’t respond to messages through VRBO app or return a voicemail I’d left a few days before when I hadn’t received check in instructions. 4) Need to be more clear with tenants about parking spaces. A couple times we weren’t able to park in our designated spot in driveway because other renters had parked there. The property management co was not helpful with this. 5) It would help to have a few kitchen essentials like olive oil, sugar, condiments. There was literally nothing but a salt and pepper shaker.

VRBO rentals never disappoint. The condo is very comfortable with the living space on the 1st floor and bedrooms up. The kitchen has everything you need. It is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pathway to the pier.

Honestly...one of the cleanest places my family and I have stayed at. Everything was perfect...only thing missing was additional bedding or blanket. We will definitely stay here again!
