Two 65+stayed for 14 nights. The description was spot on. Very clean, kitchen amenities (utensils, cooking pot/pans) were all there. We stayed in a different unit last year for one week but I like the set up of this unit with the 1 queen bed away from the door/windows. This is in a neighborhood of condos (this is not a condo) and marinas and we walked 1-2 miles each morning. Felt very safe to walk to Sunset Bar (nightly entertainment). Entrance to community has guard shack after 10 p.m

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Harbor in Ruskin. Our room was wonderful and the amenities and community of people were great! We look forward to staying again in "our room."

I wanted to surprise my wife with a short get-away to Florida. The apartment was just as described. Very clean and good for what we needed. The weather was not great but it beats Chicago weather any day. The bar/restaurant is walking distance from the unit and it has some of the best Key Lime pie. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. It is not to far from Tampa.

A map of property with directions would be very helpful. I arrived around 1 am and was completely lost. Also, black out curtains from floor to ceiling are needed. I continually woke and thought it was daylight out as the porch light is very bright and I had no way to turn it off.

The unit was exactly what I needed for a short stay. Clean and modern. My only issue was the area. It wasn’t what I personally would choose. Seemed a little rough. I was also traveling alone so this made me a bit nervous. If I was traveling with other people it would be okay.

We really enjoyed the property! It was a perfect fit for the 2 of us. The property is lovely, and the pools and games were an added bonus. Make sure to check out the local drive-in theater if you visit Ruskin!

pleasant stay overall: nicely decorated ∋ce small kitchenet. Tile floor was not clean: never received a parking permit : porch light could not be turned off,room too lit up at bedtime. No info about TV or restaurants & attractions in area

Clean and as advertised. Would stay again. Only negative, pool, jacuzzi, everything closes at dusk,. Too early in my opinion. Restaurants were expensive and food wasn't spectacular.

Our stay was great! The room was clean, fully stocked and had everything we needed for our five days. The decor was super cute and very welcoming. I highly recommend this property to anyone! Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Love this resort and this specific unit is very nice. Overall good experience and would book again, just not having any check in details until 2 hours before check in caused some stress.

Door code would not work when we arrived. After a little confusion trying to contact owner she promptly called when receiving my email. Only other issue was the bright light on the porch called for better room darkening curtains. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely area with beach, pools, restaurants, new work-out /gathering space, shuffleboard, bocce, cornhole, pickleball, etc. Comfortable room with everything we needed for a relaxing time. But the best part was watching dolphins and manatees in their natural habitat!

Great location, very clean facilities, Marilin was easily accessible on the phone when we needed to reach her. I highly recommend staying at this location.

We loved our stay at Marilin’s. The accommodations and location were excellent.

I was travelling with my daughters and wanted something that was close to a beach and also the highway to be able visit family. This location met my needs and exceeded what I hoped for. It's such a quiet and scenic area. The view was spectacular and was "far enough" away to relax and not feel rushed. The little touches like the Keurig and the Shampoo/Conditioner were so nice. We had no issues checking in. The bed was crazy comfortable and the pull-out was too (according to my little one!). Will definitely look to stay again next time we visit FL!

We really enjoyed the location and the view. Saw some dolphins and a manatee. Had a great time at the pool and the bar Hook's which you can walk to from the room. We will definitely be back

This is a thoughtfully remodeled space with modern touches. I love the wooden counter in the kitchen space and the flexible seating options in the sleeping and living space. Great use of the floor plan!

Everything you need for a getaway. Beautiful area and access to the ocean. We saw a dolphin about 20ft from the room every day. The same place my sons saw a sting ray.

Liked walking out to see dolphins and manatees.

We really liked the location and the beach . Sugar color sand , warm bay water. Some times the see weeds come up to the surface of the water . Otherwise it was a great experience to stay in a private hotel room with a full kitchen Excellent remote and safe location , not far from amenities . thank you to the landlord .

This was a great for a quick girls trip.

My husband and I visited for our 18th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. Beautiful room and perfect location for a quiet getaway.

We had such a nice stay during our week. Check in was so simple. The room was wonderfully furnished with all we needed, microwave, air fryer, and stove top. Very close to 2 of the pools and just a short walk to the beach. We even saw sting rays and dolphins in the canal. We had a great stay!

We had an amazing short vacation. Can’t wait to come back again .

Wonderful

Upon arrival we had a security guard check us and told us what way to go. The directions were terrible and the roads don't make left and rights they are more like curves. Security we ran across on his golf cart was rude and confused us worse. After an hour we stopped and asked people sitting outside who explained we had to go in the bar parking lot to get to the back of the building where are room was located. No notes inside that said where stuff was located we were on our own. Had to pay for ice and water when we finally found that and needed a pay ap to use the laundry facility. Did get to see a couple dolphins in the canal in front of us but could not even get close to the beach because of it being so over crowded. It would have been nice of someone would have said we could rent a golf cart to get around the confusing area.. took over 24 hours to get toilet paper and clean towels after I messaged the owner. The place had absolutely no water pressure. I could barely rinse my toothbrush. Showering was a long drawn out adventure like standing in a spring rainfall to rinse your hair and body, the jets in the hottub were not working and the tiki bar was never opened. I will not be coming back again. Very disappointed

Loved watching all of the dolphins when we first arrived while sitting on our porch. Great beach and restaurant on the beach.

Everything was great - only complaint need some hangers for clothes and maybe a iron and the light outside on the little patio very bright and no way to turn off or maybe some room darkening shades .

The owners did a beautiful job remodeling this room. Unfortunately, I'm guessing they never attempted to sleep there. The lights from outside are on all night with no way to turn off. They room is flooded with light all night. Of course, as soon as the sun rises, the room gets even brighter. Some blackout curtains are urgently needed. It was quiet enough, but not a good sleeping room. There is not even a hook to hang one item of clothing. Even the most basic hotel rooms have somewhere to hang up a few items. The bed is pretty, but not all that comfortable. My husband was on an extended trip and slept in 6 different beds over 3 weeks. This bed was by far the least comfortable. Lastly, the shower never gets over a luke-warm. It's not a cold shower, but not a hot shower by far. We did not complain to the owners because we actually left for a few days to visit someone. I'm sure they would have been very responsive.

Marilin was great host. Newly-redone room. Enjoyed it
