The house is beautiful and comfortable, the pool needs a little maintenance as well as the garage, and more long chairs next to the pool

Although our stay was short it was as advertised. Nice quiet friendly neighborhood. Cozy living area.

Beautiful and cozy home. Well stocked with things one would need for a stay. Super comfy couch and plenty of snuggle blankets. Great place for a quiet stay. Even has Pac-Man for a classic bit of fun.

Loved it. Clean and comfortable. Arcade machines were a hit. Lots of space. Mattresses were not great. Only complaint. Would book it again.

A great location, well decorated, and locally managed so we always felt taken care of! Great communication from the very start. Everything was exactly as pictured, any questions were promptly answered and management went above and beyond to help us. Travel size shampoo and conditioner are in each bathroom, bring more if you'll be here longer than a weekend. As of posting this, the fireplace was not available for use, so keep that in mind when booking if that is important for you. The living room furniture is so comfortable. The open concept of the space is absolutely perfect for entertaining with your group, we felt right at home!

Immediately was impressed by the communication given prior to check in, as well as an early check in option because the cleaning crew finished early. Once I arrived I was asked about the cleanliness which was much appreciated! The unfortunate part was the people who clean the house aren’t the ones who handle the pool so the floats were deflated. The space, atmosphere, vibes, and decor were all ideal! We loved it. Only real downside was the parking because out back where residents would normally park is where the trash is housed. Trash day is on Tuesday, so naturally on a weekend trip here the trash is spilling over, stinks, and has drawn bugs. If you park on the street you’re fine though! I’d still recommend this place to anyone!

Everything was really nice. There were 6 of us staying and we had other people come over some and there was plenty of room. The pool was great! In the evening there was some good shade to swim in. Very clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

The house was perfect for our family Memorial Day get-together except for the pool. The pool was in poor condition and unusable. It was dirty and didn't circulate properly leaving debris on the bottom as well as in the water. In addition, there was no cover on the drain. It was very disappointing especially since this was Memorial Day and we had kids who were expecting to be able to swim and couldn't.

The house is in a good location and in a very nice neighborhood. We experienced problems upon arrival (for a 7 day stay) some things were handled immediately-one shower was completely inoperable(looking back at reviews it appears since 10/22), lights burnt out in laundry room & walk in closet, no propane for grill. All these things were handled Saturday morning. What wasn’t handled was the washing machine. A repair tech arrived on Saturday but was unable to fix. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday I text our rep with no response! Wednesday someone finally came only to tell me they’d be back to fix on Friday. The day we left! I spent hours at a local laundry mat, because I needed to not only my families clothes but bath and kitchen towels cleaned as well. Not how I thought I’d spend vacation. They pool table would’ve been great if only both cues weren’t broken. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms were beyond disgusting, if you turned them on stuff spit out of them. I was told we’d be compensated for the problems we experienced, only to have silence then finally a response that there is no record of such a promise. I’ve given them ample time to follow up and still have received no calls or messages.

Enjoyed our stay at this property!! Lots of space...Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather but overall, well pleased!!

House was clean, kids enjoyed the arcade games and there’s a nice park within walking distance. It was great to be able to have pets there too.

Liked the inside of the home. They could have at least cut the grass. There was weeds everywhere in the backyard just didn't make the pool very appealing. For the price I paid for the 3 night stay. The trash was another story. I was not happy at all. I just could not get over the backyard.

Location. Other than that absolutely nothing! Very unsatisfactory! Despite several attempts I couldn’t get anyone to come fix the shower drain. The fancy tub isn’t master bath had no hot water.. a screw on the door to the backyard/pool area was jagged ( some one used the wrong size screw driver and stripped the head) and sliced my finger. There were no coat hangars, no paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper in both toilets, only 4 bath towels for3 adults and 3 children. The sofa in front of the television was very low to the ground, the cushions very soft… making getting out of it difficult. We had to buy garbage bags, none were provided. The bed was very comfortable, the huge double bed bunk beds were a big hit with my 9 year old and 12 year old grandsons and they loved the video games. A game room with a pool table, video games etc would be no ce, the video games were sandwiched in the kitchen and very near the tv … making listening to the tv difficult Lastly, the owners should consider solar heat for the pool. The boys enjoyed it, it’s a great size but FRIGID!

Loved the kitchen and dining area. Beautiful set up. The pool was perfect temperature but I was disappointed the floor was dirty. I tried to brush and collect with the tools but I am not a pool expert. It would have been nice to have one of those cleaners go around and ensure no dirt was on floor. Inside is very nice but if it was my Vrbo I would invest in 15 bags of mulch to enhance the front and pool side. The outside pool area had trash around it. I would definitely stay again. Very quiet neighborhood.

This was by first time booking any kind of home and the process was stress free! Check in process was very easy and address and instructions were sent to me in a timely manner. The home was very cozy and fit everyone every well and we all loved the location! We would recommend beach towels for the pool, as we did have to keep washing and drying the towels to be able to use them for the pool and for showering. Also, lights on the fence by the pool would have made a nice touch as well. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Good location for our family trip. Our son was playing in a soccer tournament at Toyota Soccer Complex which was less than a 15 min drive. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

The home was perfect for me, two teenagers, and the family dog. It was absolutely immaculate and well amenitized. The pool was a great feature of the backyard and was well maintained. Management was very helpful and responsive. Very quiet neighborhood but close to a lot of entertainment options.

The house was clean and exactly how it looked in the photos. Only suggestion would be adding some lounge chairs in the pool area.

Initially the property appeared to be clean and well kept, but the longer you are there the more you notice the filth and poor craftsmanship in the renovation. The pool was also disgusting and unusable. This was reported immediately and not remedied. The electric in the master suite went out on our last evening and power was out in those rooms. This was reported as well, but not remedied. This was easily the worst experience I have at a VRBO and it seemed like there was no interest in providing a comfortable stay with all the listed amenities available.

House was “ as advertised”. Had no problems everything worked great. House was clean. Pool had a little bit of algae buildup but certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying it.

We had to choose a VRBO in the area, so that my wife would be close to Baylor Frisco to safely deliver our son. We are thankful to have chosen this one. It was clean and welcoming. It was cozy, but very roomy. It fit my entire family and the pool was a big hit with our children.

The host team was extremely kind and super responsive. They even surprised us with a gift for our new arrival when they found out our reason for renting.

I would definitely recommend this location, again.

House was very nice and clean. The only things that could have been better was the condensation love me for the A/C stopped up last night and was leaking all the way into the middle room. The master shower drain was stopped up as well. The pool was not clean either so we could not use.

This was a lovely clean newly remodeled home. It would have been great for a large family gathering. Lots of space and central location

Home has been recently renovated it appears. Inside is very nice with good amenities and a well-stocked kitchen. Roomy with a nice communal area for family activities. Walking distance to a nice little park. A train track runs behind the houses across the street, but it was almost like white noise, and we only heard a horn once in 4 days of visiting.

Great House, open floor plan, completely updated! Location in lovely neighborhood close to a huge park with walking trail. The arcade games were a hit! And the pool table made great family memories!
