The house and backyard were wonderful! Not to be too picky, some things that needed to be taken care of/updated are: the third hook in the upstairs bathroom has been pulled out of the wall; the picture hangers at the top of the stairs are bare with just the holes there; there are scuffs on the stair risers and stairway walls that could be cleaned up with a Mr. Clean eraser; the downstairs mattress was worn out and lumpy and needs to be replaced. Other than these small complaints, the weekend was wonderful and we enjoyed it! ISuggestion: a crockpot may be nice to have in the kitchen.

We had a great time in Nashville staying at the Foster House. We had to change our plans and the host wouldn't let us shorten our trip so we paid for 1 night that we didn't use. I was pretty disappointed.

It was close enough to everything. The Neighborhood is slightly sketchy. Even though there was a shooting a couple of blocks away, we still felt safe. It is on a busy street, with train tracks kinda close by. There were supposed to be cornhole boards, I'm guessing they were locked up in shed. The carpet in kitchen kept unraveling, not sure why it's even down. The house could use some love. Lots of dings and wall markings. The Directv remotes work both upstairs and downstairs however neither TV remote works and you need that to get to Directv. The master bed was not very kind to our backs and makes lots of noise from metal bed frame when moving around. There are no blinds downstairs, only curtains. We were able to put another blanket over them to block all the outside lights coming in. Nice layout.

This home is roomy, comfortable, easy to get to and close to many attractions and the airport. The kitchen is well equipped.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars as I loved the house and decorations but our first night there we couldn’t get the TV to switch to the input as there was only the Direct TV remote. I finally got it to change by messing with the buttons on the side of the TV. The channels were very limited, like basic cable only, and without the TV remote we couldn’t get to Netflix etc to type our logins in. With my parents in their 60’s they complained non stop about nothing on TV. I received a text inquiring about the cleanliness when we first arrived and I rated it a 3 which I was then asked to provide pictures. There was dust bunnies and piles of trash that the cleaning people forgot to sweep up, hair left in the shower upstairs, both shower liners were pink and gross at the bottom, food in the chairs in the kitchen. In addition the kitchen pans were all scratched down to the Teflon. We went and bought us a couple pans to use. Attempted to use the BBQ grill but it was covered in ants. I personally feel Vacasa should have offered me some money back instead they offered to send someone out to clean but I had already cleaned up much of the stuff. The house needs some cleaning and touch ups as people renting have not been to kind as there are scuffs and dings all over. The positive thing about this house was it was comfortable from the beds to the couches. Loved the separate living area upstairs and it was really convenient to the hospital where my grandfather was.

Amazing home for a bachelorette party. Plenty of space and close enough for a 10 minute Uber to downtown.

Convenient location to all sight seeing activities. Could not turn on lights out doors. Cleanliness of property could be improved. Many walls scuffed and carpet was ripped Temp of upstairs was 78 degrees and we could not get it cooled down

This was the cutest place!!! So spacious and stylish, perfect for our getaway. It was about 10-15 minutes max from airport and from broadway/touristy stuff. Easy to find and in a super, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Had zero issues during the stay and easily a hidden gem for Nashville!! Would stay again :)
