We had 5 adults and 4 children plenty of room for everyone. The ocean was right out the back door but smaller kids rather the pool over the ocean. Restaurants close by and shopping. Property manager was excellent couple small issues but they took care of them timely.

Our group enjoyed this home to celebrate our friends’ milestone birthdays. We had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend. We cooked a couple of meals and spent a lot of time at the pool and with the kayaks. It was very clean with lots of extra thongs like games and puzzles. I how to come back sometime!

Overall we were pleased with the property. Dock is in need of cleats to tie boat or kayaks too.

We enjoyed our staying here. There were plenty of options to keep the kids occupied between the pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking, or canoeing through the mangroves out to the gulf which I highly recommend. We caught a variety of fish, saw 2 dolphins, some crabs, and a few sting ray swim by all while on the dock. The extra refrigerator and 2 sets of washers and dryers were extremely helpful with our family of 10. It was great that there was a beach wagon and a ton of beach toys provided for us to use on our beach days.

What a wonderful week in a beautiful home! The house is amazing with a wonderful view of the Gulf. Everyone had their own room with three private baths. The double washers and dryers were a surprise and came in handy for our large family. The pool was perfect, check in and out was seamless. We will definitely stay here again and again!

House is organized and just like the listing states.
Please note that there is a ramp that an elderly person could have issue navigating on foot to get to the dock from the back deck. Also take a baby gate to block the access to the ramp if you have pets or babies. (We easily used the long table on the back deck as a gate at it worked perfectly!) Super close to ramp, food and ice cream. Fish market close by to.

This house is beautiful, the inside is perfect. Large kitchen, not enough counterspace, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Plenty of places for people to sit and gather, the pool was pristine and beautiful and perfect. And the view from the patio is not to another person‘s house which I loved, you look out on the canal and then you can see the Gulf from the other side. Very much recommend.

This was perfect location for day trips and just staying there. The pool kept the kids busy when the older ones were kayaking with manatee in the canal and they the breaks to the ocean in the evening to see the dolphins feeding. Plenty of room for 8 adults and the 6-16 yr olds. Highly recommended!😊

From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for more! The advance communication and check in process were easy and complete. The property location and layout were perfect for our multi/generational family celebration. The layout of the house offers multiple spaces for large groups or small. Appreciated the second frig to eliminate constant trips to the store and the multiple TVs. Beds were comfortable.
Especially loved the outside spaces from the pool to the amazing sunsets and the conversational fire pit. Plenty of kayaks. Short kayaking to the gulf.
The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe and so convenient to grocery, good restaurants and superb takeout. We loved dining at Brian’s.

We had four fishermen in the group so they loved the opportunity to TRY and catch fish. The little ones loved the sand pit and pool. For the first time ever we did not need to contact the manager. Everything went smoothly.

We stayed here with our 4 young adult children. Overall everything was great. The amenities and location were perfect. The ability to swim, fish, or kayak ensured everyone in the family had something for them to enjoy.
The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking for a large family. We even had extended family, that were also in town and live in the area, over for dinner one night. The house had plenty of room for everyone.
There were some minor issues, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our vacation. I would rent this house again.

This house was perfect for a family scalloping trip! The house was very clean and as beautiful as the pictures on the website. The view over the open water made for gorgeous sunsets every night! Dock was plenty big for two 22'+ boats, but we had to improvize on tying them off since there were no cleats on the dock. Alan was amazing and very quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

Paternal cousins meeting up to celebrate the lives of our dads - from as far north as Canada - some meeting for the first time, some not since we were children. It was the perfect space and the perfect setting to celebrate life and love and family. This will be an annual event!! The home catered to the large group while giving enough privacy at the same time - it was really wonderful!

This house is amazing. Better than pictures. We loved the amazing views and being right on water. Having kayaks, canoe and paddle board is what made it exceptional for us. Pool felt wonderful. Only con was most of us took cold or luke warm showers that we suspect would be fixed by raising temp on hot water heater. We cannot wait to rebook this location as every family member from 5 to 80 yrs old loved it. Highly recommend!

We loved this house! It was in a great quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, the kayaks, fishing from the dock, the canal and the house was very nice. It was clean and had everything you need in a vacation rental. We all wished it would never end and cant wait to go back!

Home was exactly as pictured on Verb. The house's open design with its full view of the ocean, patio and heated pool was kid friendly. We had six children ages 3 to to 13 that were never bored. Also, the ocean view sunset is spectacular and neighborhood is quiet with no through traffic. Will rent again.

This home offers couples or families a great place to relax and unwind. The decor is beachy, but tasteful and serene. The home is really well-stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The gulf view through the wall of windows is lovely day and night, and you can enjoy the sunsets while relaxing in the heated pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, the host is truly responsive and accommodating.

This house was perfect for our trip. Amazing views, clean pool, lots of outdoor seating. It has everything you would want from a quiet retreat. There was a restaurant less than a mile away where we ate breakfast. The kayaks were laid out on the dock for us which made them super easy to use. I wish we could've stayed longer but we'll definitely be back!!

House was perfect for our a leadership training we were doing in the area. Lot of room for relaxing but perfect space for us to work when needed as well. Kids loved it too and the kayaks were awesome.

Best vrbo we have stayed at! Perfect location. So much room in the 5bd 3 bath house it also had 2 pull out couches. So comfortable and close to all the fun! Weeki Wachee, Gulf of Mexico, Rainbow Springs, good eats Tarpon Springs and so much more! None of crew was disappointed 🥰🥰 5 stars for sure!!

Loved our stay!
Just returned from our vacation & absolutely had a great time. House was more than we could've hoped for. Alan had excellent communication from reserving the house, arriving, letting us know anything unexpected & immediately correcting any issues. The pool was relaxing, sat around a bonfire & even went on a canoe ride right from the back deck. The bedrooms were enough that each had their own room w/TV. Beyond enough to accommodate our family of 7 adults. 3 bathrooms, including a relaxing tub w/jets. The washer/dryer more than came in handy with the week's stay. No issues whatsoever. Will definitely keep this in mind for next year! Thanks

Simply amazing
A simple but spacious house, that has recently been remodeled and is impeccable. Decorations are perfect for a vacation vibe and we had the most amazing weekend getaway. Alan was always available for questions and needs and accommodated our small children and pets without a problem. Our first time in Hernando Beach as well and our entire party couldn’t have been happier!!

So fun!!
We barely wanted to leave the house, everything was so fun. We were the first people to stay at the house so they were working out some things and communicated really well with us. Being able to kayak to the ocean is my highlight!!! The guys loved fishing off the dock at the house and canoeing up to the ocean to fish, caught a few Grouper. Pool and sandy deck to enjoy and tan on. Thanks so much, Alan and family!
