We enjoyed our time here. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the home it was so cozy, like a home away from home. I didn’t want to leave. The bathroom is so beautiful. We absolutely loved it!! Beautiful home!!

House is the perfect getaway. So quiet and close to everything! One of the best homes we have stayed in. Pool was the perfect size, water was warm. We can’t say enough about how accommodating the house is. If we have the opportunity we will definitely stay there again.

The cottage was exactly as pictured. Comfortable bedding, all necessities included. Pool and backyard were quaint for relaxation and some fishing. Perfect for our getaway weekend!

WOW this is truly a hidden gem. Gorgeous home and very comfortable. Great location right on the canal with an awesome pool. The owners were amazing - very responsive and kind. Even offered some extras to make the stay even better. I will definitely stay here again.

Brought my parents down for a surprise trip! We have no complaints. absolutely loved it and the location was perfect. Very peaceful. Plenty of outside space to relax. My favorite restaurant is right up the street which is hidden treasure walking distance or could take by a boat. Definitely be coming back with my husband.

We stayed at this lovely home for part of Bike Week and a few days after. The home is very comfortable. The kitchen is open with plenty of room to move around. The furnishings are very comfortable, and the walk-in shower is amazing. The screened area with pool is very nice. There is plenty of room in the driveway. The neighborhood is also very nice. The neighbors were very friendly. The host (Rebecca) was fantastic. She responded quickly and answered all my questions. We use VRBO for all our bookings and we highly recommended this property. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect for what we needed. We were there for a burial at sea during Daytona Bike Week. It was conveniently located close to many towns we were visiting but secluded from the chaos in towns during this event. Rebecca was great and property was wonderful and as described.

Great spot for two to four people. Place is beautiful and comfortable. Quiet area away from the crowds. Located on the city side of a river channel. Even the neighbors were nice. Manager communication was simple and precise. Will not hesitate to book again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice house. We brought our boat from Cocoa Beach and left it at the dock at the house for our entire stay. Pool was great, house and property were excellent and exactly as described. Would definitely stay there again, actually I plan on staying there again.

My husband and I rented this home and loved everything about it. We were close to everything, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. The house was very well stocked, very clean, and very relaxing. We look forward to coming back.

Wie got so we could take boat out, however starter died and holiday weekend was unsuccessful to get fixed. We made the best of our stay here. Was easy to do at this beautiful place. Rebecca was so kind as well and accomadating!

We had the best time! The natural sunlight throughout the house was wonderful, never had to turn a light on until nighttime. Bed and pillows, so comfortable and the couch as well. We were so excited to have a pool to ourselves. We watched fish jump up from the canal at night, my husband even seen a crab. It was a wonderful weekend and plan to stay again.

This property is the perfect getaway in a great location! It is close enough to shopping & dining but private enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The house decor is so fun & modern...really gives you the FL vacation vibe. The outdoor area is gorgeous and has sun for most of the day and house blocks the wind. The hosts went above and beyond to make my winter perfect. Plus the neighbors were so fun and welcoming! Will definitely be staying here again

Great location for boating, easy access to Intercoastal, around 2' of water at low tide. Plenty of room for boat trailer. House is very comfortable and nicely equipped. Nothing negative to say!

We had a great getaway at this cottage. Clean and comfortable threw out. Kitchen was completely outfitted. Lovely back lanai to relax with a cup of coffee or a cocktail. We would definitely come back!

More than you expect.
The property was immaculate and in an amazing area , within 10-15 minutes from everything on our vacation plans. A wonderful tiki bar and grill is just a 1 minute walk from the house. The view from the back of the house is serene and calming. The property manager was a delight to deal with! No complaints at all!
