We stayed here with 3 families that all had children ranging from toddlers to teens. The check in process was super easy and the host was incredibly responsive. The property was clean and modern. The outside set up was beautiful. The only downside to our entire trip was just the lack of a good swimming area for the kiddos, but that was easily solved with a quick boat ride across the river to a nice sandy area where the kids could swim. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Wonderful property right on the water! The house is clean, lots of natural light, and views are amazing! This property is also close to grocery stores and restaurants so you get best of both worlds! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing to stay at, beautiful and clean home that stayed nice and cool even when it was 120 outside. The lagoon was shaded down by the dock which was a great place to hang out when we were not on the boat. Plenty parking out front for my boat and seadoos while still being hooked up to the trucks. Launch ramp was only 5 minutes away for easy access daily.

Beautiful place, and comfortable

Amazing property and beautiful views . We came out to celebrate our sons birthday and it was the perfect vacation. More than enough room for our family of 12 . This vacation spot has everything you will need to make your stay relaxing and make great memories. I can’t wait to book our next stay. Hosts were great!

We had 8 people here for the weekend to celebrate my wife's 40th. The house is great and has plenty of room for everyone. The location with the river in your backyard is fantastic. We spent the days on the river and the nights on the patio. Great restaurants close by shout out to El Charro, Coyote Cafe and Colianno's. Having the dock is great for a day of jet skiing! We would definitely return for another stay in the future.

Our family and friends had a blast! We were all super comfortable. Having direct access to the river is a plus. We all enjoyed the patio area and beach hangout area. We will definitely book this house again.

This property was a great stay for our entire family and friends. The upstairs and downstairs is very well divided which works great when traveling with multiple families. Property is comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Paola was a great host! She responded very quickly and was very accommodating.

The house is beautiful, location is awesome!! The Owners are accommodating and friendly and the house is very clean . My family and I had a blast and will be rebooking next year.

Great house with an unbelievable location! Clean and ready to use. Had plenty of space for the whole family and friends to spread out! We could have had more than our 7 with no issue at all. Super easy 10 min to lake Mohave and Laughlin. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

The house was beautiful & clean just like in the pictures. Lots of windows with amazing views of the river. The family and kids loved it and the second we left started planning another trip for this summer at the same home

We had a wonderful time staying here. There were 3 couples and we had plenty of room. The downstairs is its own, self contained, unit! Great for a family with room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet with no problems. You get to use the garage which is large with room for several cars. It is not RV height, however. The driveway was very large also. We had 2 trucks and two trailers with room for more if we needed. The house is well stocked with both the upstairs and downstairs stocked with dishes, utensils, basic spices, coffee makers, etc. The coffee and filters left there were an appreciated touch. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. They are smart TVs and you can stream whatever service you like. The back yard and the dock were nice also. The downstairs has a large deck and a BBQ with a big table and comfortable furniture as well. The ramp to the dock is quite steep as the water is very low. The low water is no ones fault but you can't leave a boat in overnight as the water gets too low. In fact, the water was so low we couldn't launch our boat on the river - the launch ramps were not deep enough. You might be able to use a jet boat but I won't chance a prop boat. We went up to Katherine's Landing on Lake Mojave instead. It is only a 15 minutes drive or so and really nice. You can launch and use PWCs on the river and keep them on the dock with no problem. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We plan to go back with our family!

Very nice area, house, and very clean. I really like it when they had everything like shampoo, body wash, and specially in the kitchen. Don't need anything at all, they have it all. The only thing missing was a jet ski ramp to park the jet skis, but other then that its a very nice place.

This home was great for us. Location is great and is close to the center of town. Cannot beat being rover front, with plenty of room indoor and outdoor to hang out. Large garage and deep driveway are a bonus for boat and jet ski parking. Would definitely rent this house again.
