We had a great stay at this cute little cottage on the lake. It had everything we needed for a fun up north vacation with our pup!

Great Cottage, would definitely book again!
The cottage was perfect for my kids, grand baby and Dog. Kitchen and living area is open concept so There is plenty of room for all the extra baby gear and room to hang out. The cotttage is well stocked, including a great coffee bar, a crock pot( didn’t use but nice to have) and dog bowls, dog towels and clean up bags. We really enjoyed the fire pit. Parking is tight as it is everywhere on the beach road, but there is three spots. Neighbors are keeping a close eye on the place.

Everything was better than expected from the cottage to the weather. We had our Golden Retriever with us there were two beautiful beaches there we could take her off leash and let her swim, one worth checking out is Butterville Park/Beach about 15-20 minutes away. Everything we needed was within 20 minutes of the cottage. John was a great host and answered any questions we had. We hope to get back again soon.

Photo was misleading. In fact it was hard to find since properly did not match the photo.
View is nice and bed is comfortable, but we stayed at a much larger property the night before at 1/3 the cost!

This little house was perfect for my husband and I. It’s clean and well stocked, although we didn’t do any cooking. We had a small fire in the fire pit. John recommended a restaurant called Stix that was fantastic! We were there a few times, sometimes to eat, we went bowling, and watched football. We brought our bikes and took a ride around the neighborhood. It was beautiful! I brought a paddle board, however, it was too windy to use it, but there is a spot where I could’ve gone. John is very attentive and helpful. Thank You!!!

Everything we needed for cooking was available. The beds were comfortable, the lake view was outstanding! I loved the location. The entire experience was perfect :)

It served our needs. I had a longer summary but for some reason it wouldn't let me submit it. It may have been too long. While you're here, remind yourself that you're paying over one hundred dollars for a cleaning fee.

Real cute cottage in a perfect location. Close to beaches, hiking, shopping. Quiet street tucked in along hamlin lake. Great place to put the paddle board in nearby. Everything you need in the kitchen and space for an inflatable mattress in the front. Cute patio with plenty of chairs. Would love to stay again,, longer next time. Lots to do and enjoy

The cottage was wonderful for our stay— appreciated the coffee makers, all appliances, the air conditioning, television and the covered patio. Had several positive and very prompt communications with owner, John. We’ll not shop any other property when we return to Ludington.

Great size for me and my kids. Amazing location to ludington beaches. Had everything you could need minus clothes and your food. Owners communicated great. Will definitely be back!

John has the cottage well maintained and well equipped for a small family and more! Anything you need can be found in the cabinets. The only complaint is I wish our stay was longer. Highly recommend and will likely be back in the future.

This house was great! It was clean and had everything we needed, as well as a beautiful view. It’s perfect for a small family and we appreciate being able to bring our dog. We would definitely stay there again, however, and I mean this to be helpful, the mattress in the pullout couch was not good. :)

Fantastic stay. Property was incredibly clean. The communication with property manager was excellent, personally reached out to give direction and answer questions. Neighborhood was quiet and the cottage had a great view. Close to everything Ludington has to offer.

The property was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything that we needed and more. We enjoyed it so much that we want to come back. We didn’t have a pup with us this time but the touches that they had for the fur babies was amazing.

Be warned though the road is narrow and the locals drive pretty fast. If you have a dog or children, be vigilant.

Cozy cottage with lake view! We were close to family gathering on Dewey Rd and close to downtown for beach and shopping. Very clean with lots of little touches of convenience!

The views were lovely and the neighbors friendly. There was a boat rental you could walk to and a store for ice cream. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Our hosts answered all our questions very quickly.

Our stay at this house was great. The owner was in the downstairs apartment a few times, but we didn't notice her. The location was great - just 10 minutes from downtown and within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped little bungalow. We had everything that we needed to enjoy a relaxing time away in this beautiful setting. We could enjoy lake Hamlin or just a short drive away we could also enjoy Lake Michigan. We would definately book here again should we return to the area.

My wife and I spent a long weekend and couldn’t be happier. Close to downtown Ludington and Ludington state park but very quiet. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property which is right accross from Hamlin lake in our prefered location.
Fully equped kittchen with everything for serving and cooking. Bedroom - all the beddings and towels are also provided. One bedroom with the full bath and a spacious kitchen//living room area with airconditioner, and finished with picture window facing the lake.
Very comfortable unit for a couple but has a recligning sofa in the living room for extra 2 people or kids.
Big dining table, TV, WiFi, really all you can ask for. About 2-3 miles from the beach on Michigan Lake and convinient drive to downtown Luddington.
We absolutely love to come back!

The cottage had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. It does have a partial view of Lake Hamlin across the street. It was perfect for what we needed. It would of been a nice touch to have a few board games or cards or even a few books! But it was a quiet and pleasant stay. The owners were very quick to respond when we had a question.

Nice cottage on Hamlin Lake
I was very happy with the total experience booking this cottage. The pictures are very accurate. This is a beautiful little cottage that our family found very comfortable and convenient. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Very nice neighborhood. Right across the street from Hamlin Lake. Not far from Ludington and very close to Ludington State Park. I definitely would recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Cute little cottage
We really enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. It was in a great location across from Lake Hamlin, outdoor amenities with grill, patio and firepit. Would stay here again. Just a heads up the unit is upstairs with steep stairs and the air conditioner is a window init not central air and mid day the bedroom could have been cooler to nap but at night really cooled down and worked out.

Clean and Comfortable
Cabin is clean and cozy with a well appointed kitchen. Newer pots, pans, utensils, etc. Plenty of towels. Owner was quick to respond to a minor issue. Excellent communication throughout. Renters should know it’s a second story unit with outside stairs. Overall great stay with my two teens.

We are very happy with our stay. Property was clean and had all the amenities as listed in VRBO. Check in Process was smooth and Property Manager was in touch with us during the stay. We had a great time in Ludington and enjoyed the beautiful view of Hamlin Lake.
