We were in town for. 80th Birthday celebration with family. We traveled in from TX and the entire experience was excellent! The property was very clean and very comfortable for our group. If you ever need anything the property owners are very accommodating! Highly recommend this property.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Wichita to visit family over Thanksgiving! The space, room setups, and location made it extremely accommodating for our group of 11 (Adults and kids of all ages) *bonus the beautiful decor! Alex was an amazing host with quick replies to any questions and even dropped off extra toiletries “just in case” so that we weren’t inconvenienced over the holiday!
This Texas family will definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our visit. The house was ideal for me, my husband, my in-laws, and sister-in-law and brother in law. We were in for my sister in law’s wedding. The location was ideal, neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. The house was very clean. And Alex our host was extremely attentive, accommodating, responsive and helpful! Highly recommended this beautiful home!

My friend and I took our kids to Wichita for a quick little summer get away. This VRBO was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect and a reasonable drive to all the activities we wanted to do! The neighborhood was clean and peaceful. This home was surprisingly spacious, and you could tell it has been recently renovated. I was super impressed with all the little extras that were provided to help make our stay comfortable. We literally had everything we needed! The patio was great for dinner and game night. This is an exceptional property and I highly recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable, clean place to stay!

the location was perfect for the east side and it was close to everything. the house was very clean and the contact person took the time to make sure we had coffee for the mornings. everything was great!

Everything was absolutely as advertised and more. This is a great house, and we were very impressed with our stay. The attention to detail and all the extra things we felt right at home. Communication was fabulous and we look forward to coming back again.

This home was JUST what we needed. Clean, much thought into the setup, etc.
There are a few things needing attention and a tool box to adjust, like towel hook down stairs...a basic walkthrough with a handyman and an hour of his time would be all this house needs to be the PERFECT stay.

Beautiful ranch house in a nice subdivision with gorgeous trees. Close to everything.
The house was clean, everything was easy to find. There was plenty of room for our hoard of teens and young adults downstairs and nice bedrooms upstairs that slept all the adults.
Everything was clean and in good order.
In a few years when we travel back for another graduation we will be sure to book this place.
All of us loved the layout, and we all wanted to clone the house and live in it.
The hostess was wonderful! She even answered a text from me late at night.

We needed a place to stay that would accommodate our family ages 2-60. This was a beautiful location and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was great about communicating with us. The kids loved the cinnamon rolls!

This property was well laid out, spacious, well stocked kitchen with pans, storage, coffee, spices, etc. Everything we needed to spend time with family, gather and chat, and was perfect location for accessibility to stores. Loved all the extra chairs and lap blankets, extra towels, toiletries, etc. Host was communicative and responsive. We may make this a regular trip! Everything we wanted!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 10. The grandkids were able to enjoy the bedrooms in the basement while the adults were able to decompress upstairs! The two Christmas trees were an added bonus! I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Awesome experience! Two thumbs up all the way around! I took 6 teachers to a conference and this house gave up a relaxing place to plop and chat at night! Much better than a hotel! Alex was awesome to work with!

Great location, super clean, host left check in treat for us, easy to communicate, lots of nice fluffy white towels, kitchen is very well stocked with tea, coffee, etc…back deck is great and so quiet and peaceful. Tons of room to gather in house. Will definitely stay again if we are in Wichita. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

East Side Emerald is a awesome VRBO/Rental. One of the best we have stayed in, if not the best. Great location, super clean, host left check in treat for us, easy to communicate, lots of nice fluffy white towels, kitchen is very well stocked with tea, coffee, etc…back deck is great and so quiet and peaceful. Tons of room to gather in house. Will definitely stay again if we are in Wichita. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Alex was great! House was beautifully decorated, love the asthetic and emerald touches around the house. It is very spacious and very well equipped.
