The property and the outstanding swimming area was like you were at a resort would definitely book again.

My animals absolutely loved their stay. It’s a nice home, with plenty of space for everyone in the house. The outside dining area was spectacular. We also enjoyed the pool/spa, and had a very positive experience at this location.

This was our second time staying here and both times were great. It has everything you need and more right there at the house. They really have thought of everything. We had a problem with the hot tub heater and we called and they had it fixed same day! Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend

Very nice house with all the things you need to have a great time... The pool was beautiful and the fenced back yard was perfect for my dog.

The house is immaculate, beautifully remodeled and furnished, but most of all, very functional. Kitchen has everything appliance-wise and a ton of space. Pristine and modern bathrooms. Top notch everything, all the way down to the AC unit. Backyard is large, private and very functional. Pool, in-ground spa, as well as landscaping are fantastic as well. Everything functioned as expected, not a single issue with anything over our entire stay. Close proximity to the island, as well as shopping, dining etc. House is located in the older area of town, but definitely a gem in the community.

This property was such a gem! Very clean and nicely updated. The backyard and pool were a dream. We spent so much time out there. We really appreciated the dog station. The showers were wonderful. Everyone was very comfortable and had a lovely time. It's only a short drive to just about anywhere you might want to go. The owner was VERY responsive!! We had a question and a small issue during our stay, and both were handled almost immediately. We so appreciated that. We would definitely recommend this home and will stay here again if we're in the area.

Overall, the house was wonderful. We only had one minor issue, which the owner addressed promptly. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and excellent to work with. The house itself was great!

This home had all of the conveniences of home and the perfect backyard oasis. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the backyard is completely fenced in. Nice outdoor grilling, dining and even sectional for watching tv at night. Great kitchen setup with all the gadgets necessary for cooking. The owner was great and quick to respond. The only downside is that this house is by far the nicest home in a lesser quality neighborhood.

We loved the modern amenities of the house. The back yard was an oasis and we spent a lot of time there.

It's located in an older, but quiet neighborhood. LECOM Park, home of the Pirates spring baseball games, is less than a mile away. The house is just as pictured. Spacious kitchen, with just about everything you might need. The backyard and pool were great. Ben was a great host and easy to contact. The bottle of wine was a nice touch!.

We loved the property! Our small dog was with us and the backyard was fenced in and just perfect for our pet! The pool was wonderful and I swam nearly every day. Everything was clean with plenty of towels and everything you would need for your stay. Ben was an excellent host and quick to respond when we had a question. We had a most enjoyable 4 week stay and glad we chose this property.

The house and property were exactly as described and was perfect for our 2 week stay in Bradenton as we explored the Sarasota area and beaches. We loved the backyard and hot tub. Also, the house has everthing you might need. Just wish all the houses in the neighborhood were as well kept as this house.

Perhaps in all the years we have stayed at VRBO, this is one of the top one's if not the top. The homeowner responds immediately leaving no question unanswered. The house is decorated in an inviting manner. Every amenity that was listed was there. The house and property were immaculate. Every detail to make your stay memorable was present.The pool and spa added to our stay. A fenced in yard was great for our dog. This VRBO should be a standard for others to follow. It's the role model for the company

The house was very cozy and clean! The backyard was very private and updated, I loved the outside shower the most of all! My son and his new fiancées family were on Anna Maria island so we were close enough to visit but also had a great space for our own time! Very convenient to everything!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean great space for two couples with room to spare! The outdoor living area was beautiful pool was warm and hot tub was nice on the cool nights. Benjamin was great to communicate with during stay and very attentive to our needs! We received a bottle of wine upon checkin which I thought was a nice touch! We will definitely stay here again when coming back to this area.

We had a very relaxing weekend... lounging around & swimming in the pool. Cooked some meals in the big kitchen supplied with everything you would need. Comfortable beds & living area. Outside patio & lounge area was perfect! Just as beautiful as photos on listing. Not a fancy neighborhood but very quiet. Definitely will come back!!

We cannot say enough about how great our stay was. The house is lovely and appeared to be recently renovated with top notch appliances and fixtures. The backyard was spacious and private. And the pool and spa were beautiful. Our host, Ben, was so generous to let us enjoy an extra day too! We loved the selection of games and pool floats. The house was clean and comfortable. And the outdoor kitchen and seating area was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. We had a really great stay at this home and if we’re in the Bradenton area again we would definitely come back. This was a great home away from home for the long holiday weekend.

This is a brand new, renovated property with every house necessity covered. Every inch of the house was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. We took our dog and the patio was safe with high fences. Shower outside incredible convenient. The pool was beautiful with the jacuzzi lighted up at night. I went with my family and we all had an amazing time together at this property I highly recommend it. Ben thank you and your family for the opportunity my friend you guys have a gorgeous property!

This is a fantastic property. This is the best rental by far!!!!! The attention to detail, WOW. Check the kitchen before you go to the store, they probably have what you are looking for. First time to the Bradenton area and really had no idea what to expect. The house is super close to the airport, amenities, and beaches. All within a short drive. The neighborhood is older and quiet. The house is completely renovated and impeccable. From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the outdoor area. Tons of pool and beach toys. We loved that plenty of towels, paper products, and kitchen essentials were available. Every detail to make you feel like home away from home was provided. We rented a car and were able to head out to beaches and local dining very easily. And grocery and gas were also just up the street. The pool was great. It was like bath water and after a long day at the beach or walking around in the sun, it was welcomed treat. We will definitely be back with our kids. This property was too big for just us, but we couldn’t pass up the pool and the kitchen. Well worh it! A true gem indeed!

We have rented many homes since my boys play travel ball and we also like taking vacations next to the beach. This house was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Communication with Benjamin was great! House was super clean, my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi! Love that he had toys for my 4 yr old and fun floaties for the pool. Will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, amenities were carefully thought of and provided for, etc. Clear and simple check in and check out instructions. It's located near shops and restaurants as well as where we rented jet skis one morning.
