Our host, Patty, was extremely good at communication from the start to the checkout. We had a power outage, which is typical for the Abaco's, but the generator kicked right in and went off automatically when the power was restored. We did not miss a beat as Patty assured us it would not last long, and it did not. I must say, the pictures in the listing do not do it justice. Such a beautiful home. Everything was like moving into a new home, which it is. I cannot think of a single thing that we needed or wanted that was not found. It seems Patty has it organized where things can be found when cooking or getting ready for the beach. The electric shutters were nice for those that wanted to sleep in (our kids). But I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the beach and sunrise. After walking the beach, it seems this location has the best area for swimming for smaller children. You may walk out several hundred yards at low tide in 2 1/2 ft of water. It was especially nice for our six year old. There are a lot of nice houses to rent in the Abaco's but this one stands out above the rest. We would not hesitate to rent again.

I have been renting accommodations at Treasure Cay since the 80's. I have always waked the 3 mile beach admiring the homes looking for a spot for our next visit. There was always something that was not quite satisfying with the homes we rented. Small kitchens, uncomfortable furniture and beds, décor etc. Not the case with Patty's home. Everything was perfect. Super comfy furniture indoors and out! Beds were delightful. Décor was tasteful and the kids room was so well done. Last but not least is the beach and the color of the water - unforgettable! I will not have to walk the beach to find another place again.

We spent our Apirl vacation in this home with 4 adults and 3 kids. it is spacious and well designed with the awesome kids quarters as the highlight for the young ones. The pictures and descriptions don't do it justice.The location on the beach is priceless! 6 Stars!

This rental was beautiful and very spacious for our group of 9 people. It’s walking distance to lunch spots and the kayaks were so easy to take out into the calm water to see sea turtles and stingrays! It was truly a picture perfect vacation and we will definitely be renting it again! The owners were so helpful and accommodating when our flight was canceled and we needed to stay an extra night! We’ve stayed other places in treasure cay but this is definitely the best one we’ve rented!

We enjoyed our first visit to Treasure Cay for Christmas with our family of 10 (Two families and a grandma). The house was well set up for a large group, the views were beautiful, and communication was awesome! The views and beach were breathtaking. Waking up to the ocean every morning, having beach access, chairs, kayaks, etc…was wonderful! The house was comfortable with enough beds and creative room set ups to accommodate our wide age span and size of our group. The layout of the great room was perfect for watching sports and movies as a family during the holiday time! Communication was superb from booking, answering questions and meeting needs (access to a boat dock) prior to our stay and all throughout our stay. The owner was very responsive and wanted to ensure we had a great time! Check out was a breeze! I can’t recommend this house enough, whether you’re traveling with a family group, or a few couples. You will not be disappointed!

Our family of 11 loved staying in this remarkable home. The view is spectacular. We moved the Adirondack chairs to the beach, where we enjoyed having coffee each morning. There were three bedrooms that accommodated the six adults. The mattresses were all very comfortable. We were a little concerned about all five cousins sharing the "kids' room," but it is so big and the beds are so comfy that it worked perfectly. Each of our five grandchildren had his/her own bed and loved staying together. We loved the proximity of this house to The Beach Club and enjoyed several delicious meals there. We rented a boat and, while there, decided to rent a golf cart as it is a bit of a hike to the marina, so I would recommend a golf cart which also helped us explore more of the island, and make quick trips to the little local market. We loved this beautiful home, and the amazing view and found the owners to be very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay in this home again. TIP: If you fly into Marsh Harbor, have your taxi stop at the grocery and the liquor store before heading to Treasure. There is a small grocery, small liquor store, and ice available about 3/4 of a mile from the house, but everything is quite expensive there. We found the grocery at Marsh Harbor to be well stocked and more reasonable than we expected for most items. We also brought two suitcases full of food with us.

The property was perfect for our family of 6. This was probably the most beautiful beach we've ever been to and we felt like it was all ours. The home is beautiful and the layout was perfect for 3 couples. I could see adding in a few kids or another couple easily. Our host, Patty was always a text away. We'd definitely come back here without a doubt! Thank you for a wonderful vacation. 💕

We had a wonderful week at Patti‘s beautiful home Spindrift! The location is perfect just steps away from the Bahama beach club and right on the beach which is just stunning. The home has everything. The kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are very roomy and the patio is spacious. Patty was very accommodating and was quick to respond to our questions. We will definately be going back
