Great renovated house with hardwood floors and new furnishings. Pretty fenced backyard lounging space with fire pit table. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Very nice owner who left snacks, drinks and laundry pods for the renters. Much appreciated!

This is a GREAT rental property. We've stayed in dozens of rentals and this was one of the best. We had an awesome weekend. I can't recommend this enough. The property is super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. This worked well for a long weekend visiting our Midshipman where we made several trips to the Academy, drove and walked different times to Downtown Annapolis, and quick trips to the close grocery store. The weather was a bit warm yet we took some advantage of the very nice backyard that had a grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating. Laura was a great communicator. We had everything we needed and she was "instant" in acknowledging our check-in success. We loved the Annapolis and US Naval Academy touches throughout. If we come back with family, we will definitely be looking to book again. It is also very close to the football stadium. Super impressed and satisfied.

My husband and I attended a wedding in town for the weekend and this house was perfect for our needs. Quick walk to restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Highly recommend this property.

Very clean nice open floor plan for entertaining a small group of friends and family. Parking is a little tricky, but available.

We were so pleased with the rental. It is in a great location- walking distance to town and there is a free trolley pickup across the street. There is plenty of space and all of the top finishes. The property manager was very attentive. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

All things were as presented on the VRBO listing. We loved the opportunity to return to Annapolis and stay at this property again. Cleaning was well done. The kitchen was well stoked with all the little essentials like coffee/drinks/spices/etc. We would love to return.

This house is absolutely amazing! My friends and I want to move in! Everything was beautiful, very conducive to spending quality time with family/friends. We especially loved the living area and fire pit/sitting area in the backyard. The location was great- not so much in the super busy area but close enough that we could walk if we had a little extra time or drive in just a few minutes The owners were also wonderful, very nice and very responsive. Thank you for having us we hope to return someday!

The owners were amazing in every regard, the house is well equipped, and the back yard was a great place for relaxing between weekend events. We rented this house for a reunion weekend and we were able to walk everywhere from its location. We have a small child that loves to look out the front window and play in the backyard. My wife and I woke up early and enjoyed our morning coffee next to the fire on the back patio. We had plenty of room with our friends taking up the other rooms and sharing the communal spaces with plenty of hang out options. We will definitely be keeping this house on our short list of options when visiting DTA and USNA.

It was everything we were expecting and more!! We were allowed to come in early if needed, and it was beautiful from the front porch to the inside and to the back yard with fire pit!! All the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing! There was a lot of room in the basement bedroom for one of my other son’s wife and babies to stretch out! Amazing home~only issue is parking on a busy street but there were a few more spots down from the house a bit! We would all love to stay here again someday!! Thank you!!🥰

What a great house and a great property manager! The location is really convenient to downtown and the stadium. The home is beautiful, well equipped and very organized. The host was responsive to all of our question in a very timely manner. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic home with fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great local shops and restaurants. Beautiful and comfortable home. We had 1 minor issue with dishwasher that Laura addressed immediately. ONLY negative is parking. Driveway is very tight and really only accommodates 1 car but we were able to park 2nd car close by so no biggie and Laura does disclose this. Would def stay again if in the area!

Our rental was perfect for our family over the holiday weekend. It was conveniently located and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and a short drive to West Point. The house was decorated so beautifully including the finished basement. I wish we had time to spend in the backyard. It is equipped with chairs table and a grill. The road in front of the house can get a bit noisy with traffic in the morning but we used white noise on our phone and went right back to sleep. I can't wait to go back to that area to would love to stay at this rental again.

Great location with a dinner and breakfast restaurant right across the traffic circle and walking distance. Highly recommend this clean and well appointed home. Within a 1 mile walk to city pier and all of the Annapolis attractions. My group of six we’re all very pleased and comfortable here. We hope to return again soon.

Perfect accommodations for our group of 6. Thé home was exactly as portrayed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. Everything was identified and easy to use. Walking to DTA and the USNA campus was quick and convenient. Laura, our hist, answered questions promptly. Finally, the property was clean and well kept! Definitely have plans to return in the future.

My parents, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a long, late-summer weekend at the Murray Hill House while in town for my brother’s wedding. It was centrally located (about halfway between the hotel where most guests were staying, and the super-cute waterfront/downtown area), clean as a whistle, well stocked with any/everything might need (kitchen basics, coffee & tea, laundry, etc), and incredibly comfortable.

We stayed for Labor Day Weekend with my family and 3 children. The house was just as portrayed on the pictures if not better. Laura was wonderful to communicate with. We are looking forward to many more stays here!

Laura was the absolute BEST host I have experienced on VRBO so far. She was responsive, extremely accommodating, and SO so nice. It was the perfect location for my bridal party to get ready before our wedding. The back yard was PERFECT for pictures with my bridesmaids and first look with my husband. The house was pristine and very clean. The decor is so cute and the pink couch in the sun room is also perfect for pictures. I can’t thank you enough, Laura. It was the perfect weekend!

This house was perfect for our family during Parents weekend. The open kitchen/family room I was so comfortable and a great place for us all to be together. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice and back patio wonderful!
