Perfection. Beautiful view, property and pool. Well equipped kitchen and baths. Several inviting conversation areas and places to relax. Situated on an old avocado tree grove; the landscape is flush with blooming roses, bird of paradise, alstroemerias, citrus and palms. We enjoyed walking the hilltop neighborhood streets. Also, much fun was had on the pickleball court and in the game room. Highly recommended.

I went with my family over spring break. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room. We all enjoyed the spacious and immaculate home and it's updated refurbishing. My husband enjoyed a long nap in the hammock. The home has the most beautiful view and several warm welcoming seating areas. The hosts were quickly responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

The property is simply AMAZING!! The views are awesome, the furnishings are stylish, the home was very clean and extremely well maintained. The host, Eric, was highly responsive and accessible. There was plenty of everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Seriously, just book it!!

This house was everything we could have asked for on our wedding weekend. Everyone fully enjoyed the spa, pickle ball and basketball court, and game room for all three nights. The hosts were very communicative and made it easy to check in and out. Highly recommend for wedding couples to stay with their bridal party!

I traveled to Fallbrook with a group of my closest friends to spend the weekend together, cook food, and watch the Super Bowl. This house was beyond ideal for everything we looked for. In terms of our goal to cook delicious food for a group, the double oven, barbecue, and great selection of kitchen appliances made this easy. The Super Bowl was fantastic since the tv room was an optimal viewing experience with surround sound included. When we weren’t watching the game or cooking, we were in the garage having a blast in the game room or relaxing in the heated spa. Perhaps the most valuable part of our stay was the communication experience with Eric, our host. Eric was not only phenomenally quick to respond, he was also friendly and authentic over text. I always felt like we were taken care of and there wasn’t a hiccup over the course of the trip as it related to the house and its amenities. The tremendous hosts literally thought of everything to make your stay memorable even down to providing slippers to wear since they asked us to take our shoes off inside. Would definitely return to the Grand Pacifico for a great time!

We booked a stay at Grand Pacifico to attend a wedding but found a new love of our own! This is a spectacular place. The house is spacious, beautifully appointed and designed for comfort. The house is also full of wonderful amenities including a game area in the garage, as well as plenty of space to spread out and relax if you want time to yourself. There is lots of outdoor space for lounging or for gathering for meals and conversation. The views are panoramic and the natural beauty is stunning. The grounds are beautifully kept. When you are there you feel like your out in the countryside, but the house has great access to town and surrounding wineries too. Eric and Neda were gracious and attentive hosts. They were eager to please and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I recommend Grand Pacifico highly! We look forward to coming back ourselves in the future.

We had a great time. This home was clean, spacious, well stocked, and met all our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook and feed a Thanksgiving feast for 15. The family room was very large and we were able to hang out together. We enjoyed morning and evening times out at the fire pit table, as well as the refreshing pool and jacuzzi. Both young and old enjoyed the game room, basketball hoops, and pickle ball. The large table was great for playing games too! The views from all over the property were absolutely magnificent. Such a fun, busy, yet relaxing time. The hosts were available if needed and we would definitely love to return.

We gathered 7 of our closest friends to celebrate my dearest friends 60 th b day. The property was even more magical in person than photos. It exceeded all of our expectations. Honesty we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed the gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi. Played pool pickle ball and Even played old school Pac-Man. The house was so spacious and peaceful. We all will tell more friends about this gem. Waiting for another special occasion so we can come back. A few friends both said they would like to rent go a week just to decompress by themselves . That s how peaceful it was. The hosts were so attentive and made our stay just perfect!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is our second trip at this amazing home! House is in a beautiful location with an amazing view. The layout, amenities, games and pickle ball made for several days of fun and laughter. The owners Nada and Eric were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone loved this immaculate clean and accommodating home.

We had a great a multi-family getaway weekend at the Grand Pacifico! The property was quite clean, everything from the bedding, furniture, floors, kitchen, bathroom, garage to the pool. I did have to clean the provided espresso machine milk-frother. Though, it was nice that they had one in the first place. The community was very quiet and the views were amazing especially from the infinity-edge pool. It was a bit tight in the two bedrooms that were not the master for each family, but it was somewhat expected based on our group size. We did use two provided roll around beds, which was nice. The mattresses and couches were all quite comfy. The dining chairs just off the kitchen were definitely not comfortable, but not so uncomfortable not to be used. (maybe good for looks?) There was plenty to do at the property beyond swimming such as billiards, foosball, darts, retro video games, basketball, pickleball. There was plenty of living space to have separate activities for different groups. The kids could watch a movie in the garage while others could chat in the living room and so on. The hosts, Eric and Neda, were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Prior to arriving I had talked with Neda to get some more details on available items in the kitchen. After arriving in the evening, we noticed the lone light bulb in one bathroom was burnt out and Eric came out first thing in the morning to replace. Take away: they will take care of you.

We were looking for the perfect home to stay at to celebrate my husband's birthday and Vista Pacifico did not disappoint. The house had everything we needed for a staycation. We spent most of our time at the pool, playing pickleball, or in the game room. There was so much to keep everyone entertained. The property is gorgeous and the view is spectacular. Our entire group enjoyed this house and hope we to come back in the future. The owners were great hosts and were extremely accommodating. Thank you for having us!

I brought my family of 5 along with my mom and dad to Grand Pacifico. This place is amazing inside and out. Unbelievably spacious and commedating. The VIEWS alone are worth every penny. It is simply the perfect vacation home. The host Eric was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

Perfect location for a work retreat

My now wife and I stayed at this lovely property for our wedding week and it made it the best week of our lives. Every last detail was incredible and communication was top notch.

Paradise does exist without even leaving the country. The moment we pulled up it had that WOW factor, not to mention the first thing to catch your eye will be the hammock. The feeling of absolute tranquility and beauty overcome you before you’ve even enter the home. Walking through the doors you’ll be welcomed with a beautifully open floor plan overlooking such a serene view of this neighborhood and city. The beds are some of the most comfortable beds ever offered in an Airbnb take my word. We arrived on our vacation with low expectations only because of so many other experiences with other hosts and home being nothing as described on the site. I promise you this is NOT that home!! Eric & Neda were the most incredibly gracious host that went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Not only does this home rate 5 star so do the host of this secret gem. Also the host have added little extras around the home that you’ll appreciate that even hotels don’t offer for free, such a toothbrush’s ( our kids forgot theirs) no need run to the store. They have complimentary little shampoos, soaps, make up removers and most importantly lots of towels huge plus. The infinity pool overlooking the most gorgeous views of will have you head over hills in love with tropical paradise hidden in the hills of Fallbrook. The pictures don’t even do it justice in my opinion until you experience it first hand. We struggle between wanting to share this amazing piece of paradise or keeping it all

Our family of 11 recently stayed at the Grand Pacifico in Fallbrook and had a wonderful time. Our family ranged from 3 years old to the grandparents and the house offered enjoyment for all ages. We could swim in the beautiful pool and then play pool, pickleball, basketball and arcade games while enjoying the nicely landscaped grounds. The kitchen and barbecue offered all you need to have your meals onsite. We really never left the property. And Eric the host was always available and provided good service. Looking forward to the next time we can visit.

The house, the views, the amenities, everything lived up to our expectations! It was an open floor plan that utilized the property well. We chose this place, based on a prior recommendation, and the fact that it was ADA accessible. My cousin was able to access a large majority of the property with ease and on his own, that made a huge difference. The owners, Eric & Neda were very responsive through the booking process and during our stay. We paid to have the pool heated for two days, but there was a malfunction so they refunded us for one of the days. Our other pool day was beautiful, the water was perfect and the views were so serene. The surrounding landscape had a variety of flowers, there were hummingbirds visiting all the time, bunnies, lots of birds, and few little lizards who kept to themselves. My only wish is that we could have stayed for a few more days. You get your monies worth from this property. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again!

Our family came out for my nieces high school graduation and wanted a private relaxing place to stay and found it here. The home was beautiful and relaxing. We had our coffee out on the patio every day with the hummingbird birds. The hot tub was our go to after winery and family outings. Thanks to Eric for always checking in on us making sure everything was ok and answering all of our questions. Definitely staying here again!

The property was beautiful. The hosts really thought of everything. I did not have to contact them once. Everything ran smoothly. We relaxed, went to casino, swam in the heated infinity pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We also enjoyed all the entertainment in the game room. It was truly paradise and I highly recommend this property.

Loved the open spaces. I rented this home for my son's wedding party. It was the best choice I could have made!

First off I want thank Eric and his wife for being so helpful and amazing every step of the way. They allowed me to throw my sister her bridal shower there with such short notice. Not only did my family and I loved the house but the our guest were so in love with the house. If you think the pictures on the website are beautiful just wait and see it all in person. The house sits on top of the highest hill giving you all the beautiful views. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and you can see the starts clearly at night and you can hear the frogs at night which was my favorite. I loved the huge glass windows because when the sun sets the whole house glows a beautiful light orange with astonishing views of the vineyards on the other hills across. In the morning you can watch the sunrise and the best part of it all they have around 3-4 humming bird feeders so u get to watch them come by and there’s so many they are just too cute. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the infinity pool and spa which I regret so much because it just adds to that vacation feeling but only because everyone was so busy working on the bridal shower there was no time but next time I will definitely take the advantage to enjoy that gorgeous pool. The entire house was stocked with all the essentials and more. Bedrooms were so beautiful, cleaned and sanitized. The entire house smelled so amazing. The living rooms and kitchen are so spacious and open which I love. Plenty of room for a big family. Eric was such an incredible host, responded quickly to all of my messages, and he was so kind in letting me move around some furniture to make sure I got the set up that I envisioned for my event. Eric I just want to thank you again. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my family. The house was truly gorgeous and more.

From the start, Eric was very communicative and proactive about our upcoming rental. From little touches like kids highchair, touch-less phone chargers beside the beds and extra blankets, this was a great stay from beginning to end. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to host our family and friends. The pool and spa were pre-warmed as promise and made the kids happy and tired. Would highly recommend.

The pictures don't do this home justice. We had the most amazing, relaxing, wonderful time.. We were there for a board retreat and this was the ideal place to both work and relaxing. The views are spectacular, the home is luxurious, lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend renting this property for a special event or just to get away with the family.

This was the perfect home for our stay as we prepared for and hosted our daughters wedding. Beautifully decorated, excellent outdoor spaces, immaculately clean, super comfortable beds and even a Pickleball court outside the game room! Couldn’t have asked for more. Eric was quick to respond when needed. I have already recommended this home to friends. A true gem in the short term rental market!

Everything about this place is magical. The view is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The home was incredibly clean and spacious and had everything that we needed.
