Overall this was a great place to stay. Didn’t notice any issues with parking on the street or the ramp - we made sure to park on the top floor so it was easy to get to the apartment. The bed was comfy, pillows weren’t great, but fine for the couple of days we stayed. The construction outside appears to be getting towards completion and we didn’t have any issues with noise from that. Again, overall it was a positive experience staying here.

Communicating with Anthony was very easy & he was accessible. The location of the apartment was great! Short walk to many restaurants or a short Uber to others across SLC. The apartment was nice and clean. The only reason I give a 4/5 is because the apartment complex only has one elevator and the room is quite the walk from the elevator, so that was a bit inconvenient during our stay. Also, the windows face other apartments so the view is brick walls and windows which was disappointing. The apartment has nice amenities though!

Great location that’s roughly one block away from the Delta Center. The apartment was clean and had all the bedding needed for both the bedroom and the sofa bed. I would definitely recommend

Everything we needed was there. The location was great for attending the Utah Jazz games. The area had a younger vibe to it, we avoided the transit, but it was right there,

The only reason I gave it 4 overall stars was that we had a lot of stuff to carry and its a long walk from the apartment to the parking garage. It make it tough for getting everything in and out of the place. A push cart would be great.

Property manager was clear and efficient with his instructions on check in and check out. He responded quickly to all of our messages. The place was just as advertised. It was clean had everything we needed. Easy access to to downtown SLC, Gateway Mall, and plenty of great food and drink. We took a 40 min drive to Park City as well. Lower cost than a hotel suite and just as nice. We will be back next time we are in the area.

There was so much strain put on not losing the fob or parking pass, that i decided not to use either one of them. It was never explained what the fob was for. Sorry, I own my home in a very small ranch town. I came in by 8pm the second evening, and used the call system. I was scolded like a child (I'm 51 years old)and was told that Anthony had received too many call system calls. I used it once. Needless to say, I used the fob after that. Just made a great experience a bit sour.

Great apartment in a convenient location. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Anthony was an amazing host…very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The unit is in a large complex with nice amenities. The space was very clean and perfect for my family’s short stay. The host was very communicative, making check in and check out easy. Would definitely stay again if we return to SLC.

It's been a while since we went away. Searching for accommodations is challenging and prices varied so much these days. I was surprised to find Anthony's place here and although I found several other homes that could have suited our trip, I kept coming back to this one. After some initial correspondence, I felt comfortable jumping on this one. Up to the check-in day, communication was clear and he put my mind at ease. This was a business trip and I was happy to book it in advance as it would have been hard to find anything the week of. Checking in was easy, with clear instructions and the condo was perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated (as shown in the images), and well-appointed. It had everything we needed to feel at home for the week's stay. Just bring your own food as everything else is there to do your own cooking. He even agreed to a late checkout which we never ended up needing but knowing Anthony was able to do that helped. It was not too far from where our convention was and it got our steps in for the day! LOL. We go every year to SLC (albeit the last 3 years or restrictions) and would not think twice about using this rental in the future. Thanks Anthony for being a perfect host.

Apartment was exactly as advertised. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication was easy. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Had a overnight staycation with the husband for our anniversary. Wonderful place to have some away time from our kids. The apartment was clean and orderly. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very clear on how to get into the building and how best to park the car in the available parking structure. He was open about some complications that arose due to a power outage in the building the day before. We had no issues whatsoever. We'd be willing to stay again when we need to get away again. There is a new apartment building going up next door, so the current views will be blocked, but they don't have any control over that. We didn't spend anytime on the deck, too hot during the summer. We also arrived later in the evening and were happy to watch a movie in bed instead. Check out was simple. All in all it was a pleasant place to stay.

Anthony is a fantastic host, and it is obvious he put a lot of thought into making his guests comfortable. I cannot think of anything we needed, would have done differently, or had an issue with. We immediately felt at home as soon as we entered. The area has lots of convenient places to go, whether a small grocery; coffee shop, restaurants, or bars. Central downtown is an easy walk for even more options. We would stay here again in a second, and I commend Anthony on his attentiveness to detail.

Appreciated the many nice touches in this apartment, such as the filtered water pitcher in the fridge, comfortable couch and bed, ample space for storing our luggage and clothes, fully equipped kitchen (though we didn't use it). Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. The host communicated promptly and was great to work with. Things to get used to if you stay here: long corridors to walk to and from the apt to the elevator, parking garage doors, and entrance on the main level. We rarely found street parking, so we liked the garage and parked on the top level to make getting to/from the apt easier. Just outside the windows is a major building project so in some time the lovely view of the snow capped mountains might be blocked by a high rise building. Construction also occurred on Saturday morning. There is a large unhoused population just a block away and you can hear them (or other people on the street) shouting in the middle of the night if you have windows open. Otherwise, it's safe, secure, and easy to walk to downtown attractions and access to freeways and getting around town.

Great location for all sorts of activities. Convenient for work, meals, bars, and active playgrounds.

Anthony was great at communication and the apartment was well appointed and had everything I needed for my stay, filtered water, popcorn, lots of nice touches. I’ll be back.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights when we were in town for a concert at the Vivint arena. The apartment was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to the concert venue and all over downtown with easy access to restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. I especially appreciated being able to park in the indoor garage and use the well equipped gym and pool while we were there. The apartment also had some nice touches- the giant closet off the bathroom, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom, fluffy towels for showers plus beach towels for the pool and the filtered water in the fridge. We combined work and leisure on this trip, and the set up was perfect for us both to use our laptops when we worked. The host provided detailed directions for checking in and out, and he checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are doing construction right outside of the building, so the noise was ongoing during the week, but it wasn't loud enough to bother us. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property if you need a comfortable home base when visiting SLC.

Walking distance from Gateway, the Children’s Museum, the Planetarium and much more - this was the perfect home away from home. Our property manager was extremely easy to communicate with, kind and accessible for any questions. I cannot recommend this property enough!

I recommend this place. Great location to walk around near grocery and safety. I really love their kitchen that has everything that you want, clean room and tidy space, perfect bath room and comfy bed, We felt like home to stay here, but there is the sound of construction near the window on 7a.m.-3p.m.

Location is easy access to downtown, highway and plenty of restaurants. Currently a bit noisy early in the morning with construction next door.
