Cute house but so many cons, extremely dissatisfied -Dust on furniture in nearly every room -The dishes in the cupboards were dirty! -My crawling baby kept finding old food and trash on the floors -Such a loud echoing house no one could stay up talking without keeping others awake -The fact we have to wash all the towels before we checkout?! That’s like 3 loads with our size family and we don’t have time that’s why we PAID to stay here… -There was 5 stinky trash bags of garbage left in the garage, the entire stay. -Curtains broken, no privacy in king bedroom upstairs, the neighbors window looks right in -Shower mats were never washed before us, hair, stains and dirt all over them -Pink mold in both showers -Hair in drain of downstairs bathroom and all over the tile -Carpet was stretched out and a tripping hazard upstairs -No propane in outdoor fireplace -Wi-Fi stopped working -Hot tub was not turned up for us -Coffee left in maker, started to smell -No extra toilet paper under the sink in master -Found tablet of previous guest under bed -Ran out of Kleenex in upstairs bathroom -The Camera in the living room! Total invasion of privacy - Not a close walk to town as advertised We had a family reunion and so wanted to enjoy this but were so grossed out and disappointed especially for the amount we paid to stay here. Never again will we stay with this company.

This is the second time within a year we have stayed in this home and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. After doing a post-retirement downsizing, we no longer have space for all family gatherings. We stayed here last year for Christmas and this time for Thanksgiving. Six adults stayed at the house and we had 11 adults, 5 children (11 mos - 6 yrs) total for Thanksgiving dinner. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and great for preparing and staging multi-dish meals. The whole house is nicely appointed and has two gathering spaces for people with different socializing interests (e.g., talking vs TV vs games). Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lakefront trailhead is very close and downtown CDA is just a little over a mile away, easy walking distance. We have not used the hot tub during either of our visits, but will make a point to do so next time. And yes, there will be a next time.

Was an amazing stay, great neighborhood, beautiful home. We had rented a bigger place for family of 7 and only ended up 4 staying. It was a great stay!!!Will definitely be staying again

We loved staying at this house! It was extremely clean and spacious and the hot tub is always a great addition. We were in town for a wedding and this location was the perfect distance to town and to Sander's beach - we walked everywhere! Would definitely stay at this location again.

The layout suited our group well. Everything was as listed and well stocked. Friendly neighbors and a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and only a few minutes away from Silverwood. Definitely would recommend!

We came to Coeur D’Alene to celebrate my daughters upcoming wedding. There were 12 of us at the house from 27 to 61. The house was perfect, had plenty of room. The kitchen was ideal for feeding this group, we all were able to hang out in the living room while opening gifts and plenty of room to get 12 ladies ready for a night on the town. Icing on the cake was the hot tub put back.

Rough start experience. Property manager confused. Asked if we were with previous party. Stated cleaners left and house was not cleaned. Manager called cleaning crew and cleaned the place up. House was clean and big enough for our family and friends.

This place was absolutely dreamy! Loved the cozy beds, well stocked kitchen, fresh decor, fun gathering places & perfect location. Just a short drive to the lake. Close to lots of nice restaurants & shops. Beautiful tree lined neighborhood. Lots of soft fresh white towels. Very well air conditioned. Great responsive service. We’ll be coming here again soon:)

This home looks very new and is really nice. It was spotless and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub! Our large group (8 adults, 3 little kids) found it comfortable for everyone. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to the lake. A great spot!

Came to CDA to compete in the half Ironman, this property was in the middle of the race, which made it super easy for all our friends and family to cheer us on! The house was immaculate, provided plenty of space for everyone, and had everything you needed to enjoy the area.

This was just a wonderful house. Felt brand new, great layout with 4 bedrooms for the whole family. Hot tub was a wonderful touch. It’s close to everything in Couer D’Alene and we enjoyed Silverwood for two days as well. We will be back!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. The furnishings were very nice although It was short one chair for the dining table. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We chose to stay in Coeur d'Alene as we lived when we celebrated our first anniversary and had our first child..

This property was so great for our extended family retreat. It had everything we needed and it was the perfect location for our CDA plans!

After recently retiring and downsizing to a condo in far north Idaho, we needed a place near our adult kids in order to host Christmas Day for 8 adults and 4 children 5 and under. My husband, college-age son and I stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night and the rest of the gang came just for the day. It was a perfect space, layout, and location for our gathering. The home was just as advertised, very clean, well furnished, two separate living spaces so the kids (under Uncle’s supervision) could hang out and play while the other adults relaxed and caught up in conversation. Well-equipped kitchen with a great range and combo convection/microwave. The owner even provided a Christmas tree for us. Much appreciated. The only hiccup we had was that we were not forewarned regarding the alarm system. We figured it out fairly quickly but not before making sure all the neighbors knew we were there! ;-) We will not hesitate to stay again given the need/opportunity. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

We had the best time. We loved this darling house! So new and clean. It was also so close to everything!
