We stayed an extended weekend in this location. The owner had all the things that anyone would need while staying there. Also, the outdoor space was very welcoming. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Very clean, beds were comfortable and the host was kind enough to leave toiletries in case we forgot ours. Coffee lovers will be happy with the Keurig, K-cups and flavored syrups. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at the property and it was everything we remembered it to be. We were welcomed into the property with Christmas decorations. The location is ideal for our trips to Mentor. 5 stars for sure and we will definitely be staying here again.

This home is immaculate!!! The owners couldn't be more accommodating!!! The home was packed with extras that we have never seen at another VRBO! Food was in the cabinets, toiletries were individually wrapped, & the decor is second to none! We LOVED the private yard with the jacuzzi, firepit, & cabana! The owners provided their cell numbers & passwords to streaming networks for our entertainment pleasure! Restaurants are within walking distance, & a grocery store is less than a 5 min. drive! There's a delicious local coffee shop & a bakery nearby that has the BEST cupcakes we've ever had! We went to the beach every day, swam in Lake Erie & had a wonderful time! A HUGE thank you to the BEST hosts...ever! May the Good Lord richly bless these owners just as much as they are willing to bless others, like us! We'll definitely be back here again!

This house was perfect for our girl’s weekend - very clean and comfortable. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to take advantage of the great outdoor space and hot tub but hopefully on our next visit! I would highly recommend this rental - 5 stars!

What a beautiful and clean home ! Easy to meet family for dinners and birthday party at the museum for our great nephew. Easy to crate Teddy while we were gone ! This place has everything you need. We will stay here again. Thank You

Our stay at the house was very nice. Everything you would need was included. Even band-aids which we ended up needing. The property was approximately 35 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins airport which was convenient. The only disappointment was that this property is part of a duplex, I thought it was a single family home, and we could hear the other tenants watching TV and playing music.

Super cute B&B
The B&B was very clean, well stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen has everything you'll need as well. The yard was great also... we all enjoyed the hot tub and roasting marshmallows. Conveniently located near Mentor Headlands, Fairport beach, Mentor rocks and Mentor civic center park pool. I would definitely recommend staying here! ~Crystal

Ohio family reunion
We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything at our fingertips, with some nice surprises. We knew there was a fire pit, but it was such a treat to have the fire already laid and automatic lights outside to enjoy the evening. The side yard was perfect for our kiddos to run and play, chasing lightning bugs and popping bubbles. The hot tub was perfect for my husband and I to relax after the kids went to bed, so we felt like we got time just for us (hard to do with a 6 and 2 year old!). Everything we needed inside, with plenty of space for us to spread out, and so clean and comfortable. The boys were just as sad to leave as we were. We hope to be back!

Fourth of July at the Lake
My daughter and friend and son and husband wanted to see the fireworks at a Lake Erie this year. We found this great place to stay hosted by Pepper and it did not disappoint. It was so beautiful and all of the little touches made the stay very special. Soft bathrobes, hot tub for two, fresh flowers, super comfy beds with a treat on the nightstand for a great sleep, a great outdoor seating area where we played games outside, and the Lake was a short distance away. It was just what we wanted. Got lucky. Thanks Pepper!

We had no problems getting in, and the owners were prompt at replying, though it was only to let them know we had checked in, we had absolutely no issues with the home or stay. Thank you. Sometimes you'll find photos of properties listed on Vrbo a little dated. Not this property. I have never stayed in a property so well prepared for guest arrival. The property was spotless when we arrived. The furniture was comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It's easy to get to from Rt 90. Close to Cleveland and Historic Kirtland. There are many dining opportunities within a 10-minute drive. I was also amazed at how quiet it was despite being near a busy road. I highly recommend this property.
