In town to see family. Perfect location. Central to all activities shopping eating anything you need. Property was clean. Well stocked. Beautiful inside now. Posts were great. Communicate with would definitely stay again.

Great house for 8 adults. 3 full bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and close to all the places we wanted to go. Host was friendly and responded quickly.

This place was clean and exactly how it was described. In a great location and very close to ATT stadium. Lee, the owner, called and checked with us twice to make sure we didn’t need anything. I highly recommend this place.

Daughter’s wedding was 10/20 and Lee and Karen were great hosts. They fixed any problems and communication was fast and easy. Thank You for flexibility with different family coming and going. It was a beautiful home!

I stay at multiple VRBO's and hardly write a review. I appreciated the owners of this property and will look forward to looking into their other properties. The house was perfect for our group of six adults. All the bedrooms were spacious. The each had their own bathroom with added touches of some basic amenities in case you forget something. The kitchen was well stocked for large groups. The house was clean. The outside area had a two great places to hangout. The pool was (cold)** perfect after spending the day at the CottonBowl and Texas State Fair. **I'm sure the pool is warmer in the summer months. It was clean. And big! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lee was incredibly easy to talk to and work with for any needs.The neighborhood felt secure.

We loved this house! We will definitely look to rent it again. The contact is very responsive. The house was very clean and everything was just easy. We had family fly in and this is about 15 minutes from DFW. 5 stars all around!

This property served us well for our trip to TCU . The four bedrooms and three baths were ample for four men hanging out for a long weekend. The pool in the heat was a saving grace.

Well equipped and clean property in convenient location for Dallas-Fort Worth attractions. Enjoyed the pool and outside patio. Host was very organized and responsive.

Let me start off by saying this place was very nice. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was 109 outside and the house stayed 70 all weekend. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen is very well stocked. The pool was clean and a fun way to spend a Saturday. However…. About an hour after we checked in the owner called to make sure we didn’t need anything. I thought that was nice until I said we were there for the Metallica concert. We are all older adults 35 to 55. We just wanted to relax and have a safe place to stay between the 2 day concert. On Saturday morning the owner called to tell me “ I noticed on the cameras there were looked like 10 to 12 people coming in late. Y’all must have had a late dinner?” I said no we went to the Metallica concert and there were 8 people. 4 couples. He the said “well y’all have a few cars parked in front of the house and they need to be moved to the garage area” I said there are 4 couples therefore there are 4 cars. One was in front of the house and we moved it. At this point is was not a relaxing weekend because we all felt like they were watching us. We will not stay here again.

I felt like this property is in a quiet neighborhood, with little to no crime. Easy access to downtown Arlington, and turnpike! I did have a small issue at check in with the pool, although the owner had no idea due to not being around the area to check. He got on the phone immediately and had the problem took care of. He is very appreciative and respectful to your needs. Also, the kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you need to just stay around the house and cook. The beds and all the bedding was perfect. I highly reccomend staying here, or check out another property belonging to these folks!

This house was the perfect base for our family vacation in Dallas. There was enough room for everyone to get their own room and the pool was great to take a dip each day. The house was close to the things we wanted to do in Dallas and the Grand Prairie area provided many options for dinning in the evenings. The hosts were great at communicating. They promptly responded to any issues that came up. Great vacation stay!

We were 6 adults, 1 teen and 1 child on a Dallas family vacation. The home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood that felt very safe. It was clean, comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen. We definitely felt right at home the minute we arrived. Hosts were very easy to work with and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting in this area.

Two business partners and I stayed at the property for a week. Property is close to a wide variety of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood for relaxing over the weekend.

We were in town to see family and this house was great. Plenty of space and really nice area. The kitchen had all the utensils and things we needed for meal prep, it was nice to not have to track down small things that other properties have not had in the past.

Great property! It was my husband and myself from MN my daughter and family from MS and daughter from TX. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms with plenty of room to spread out. Wish it had been a little warmer so we could of used the fabulous pool. Very clean and great location. We would stay again.

We had a great time on our quick getaway! The house was the perfect central location to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is quiet and had beautiful Christmas lights in the surrounding area which was a plus for our trip! The owner called to check on us shortly after we arrived, which was a nice plus! Great owners, great house!

This property was perfect for our needs. We really felt at home and noticed when we returned from vacation that because we stayed in a nice house while we were gone, we didn't feel worn out from our trip. The owners were great and really had every detail covered. The bathrooms and kitchen are particularly nice.

This was the perfect home for my family during our stay. The owners were welcoming from the beginning of our reservations process to the final day of our stay. The home is beautifully kept and has great amenities that make you feel like you are at your own home. The neighborhood is quiet and great for running, walking, biking! It’s locations is great as well, close to all the necessities of shopping and fun excursions. This will be a repeat location for our family!

The check in was easy, this house has all comforts of home. We stayed in October. The neighborhood was neat, a lot of the houses had elaborate decorations. We hope to stay here again next year.

This place felt like home. We had all the conveniences of home i.e. washer/dryer, BBQ, full kitchen, living space, plenty of room for the baby to play. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the big livingroom sectional were everyone congregated in the evening to talk or watch TV. The private pool was clean and great to swim in. We used the pool every day. Lee the owner was very responsive and kind. I will definitely stay again in this beautiful home. We were in TX for a Wedding so it was nice to have a place to come back to so we could relax after the festivities.

The house is wonderful, neighborhood is beautiful and quiet just wish they have better TV's in bedrooms
