The property was clean. It’s a great, quiet location! Close enough to all the area has to offer, yet far enough away to allow for just good ole relaxation. Kyle is extremely responsive to our request to had a pkg deliveried the day before our arrival. (he even had it placed inside for us!)

Everything was ok, only two negative items….1) only 3 kitchen knives for a house that sleeps 12..(not a deal breaker). 2) both tvs in upstairs bedrooms did not work (was not hooked up to Dish.). We contacted owner about tvs and got an immediate response. And of course, as a lot of comments about road getting to house, narrow and winding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and we particularly liked the hot tub. Finding the location for the first time was a little challenging but we had fun with all the winding roads. Centrally located allowing us to be in Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge very easily.

The cabin is beautiful. The host was very attentive and responsive to our needs.

We had the best time! The cabin was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of room to spare. It is centrally located for us to explore multiple towns and the state park. The hot tub was amazing after our hiking adventures. Pool and chess tournaments were also a big hit with all of us. We were definitely sad to be leaving!

Echo Canyon Lodge was perfect for our family vacation. Gorgeous inside and out with tons of amenities. Great private location but close enough to all the area attractions. Kyle was very quick to respond to the one question we had during our stay. The road to the property took some getting used to, but after the first trip it was no problem (although I probably wouldn't suggest driving it in a 30 foot RV like we did).

Cabin was very clean and had everything you could need to cook meals. Cabin was very accommodating for our large group of 9. Location was good. Out enough to enjoy the peace and quiet yet still close enough to hit the town. Would highly recommend.

This property was a wonderful place for a last minute getaway for my family. The host was very communicative and the property was perfectly located. The cabin is exactly as described and pictured. We appreciated the clean hot tub, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a wonderful stay!

The cabin is very clean. The floor could have been swept and mopped a little better. But it was a beautiful cabin. A little challenging to drive into cabin area. Two lane traffic on mostly one lane road. I suggest getting there in daylight. Perfect location between all hiking/ restaurants/ cities. We would stay here again for sure!

What a wonderful experience! Comfortable, roomy, secluded. With 3 adult children it was great to have the privacy of 4 bathrooms. The hot tub was roomy and clean. The pool table was a big hit with lots of competition to be had by all. What impressed me most was Kyle and Erin’s quick response to all my questions pre trip and while we were there. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Echo Canyon Lodge. Kyle was great to work with.

This is the 2nd year our family has rented Echo Canyon and we love it! It has 4 private bedrooms and a great common area, for family meals, sitting by the fireplace or a game of pool. Great deck for grilling meals. It's located in a quiet wooded area, and does have a narrow, windy road which can be tricky. But it gets us away from the busy parts of the area, and is still close enough to enjoy the area entertainment. We noticed a few new improvements from last year. New kitchen sink, faucet and dishwasher. We had a couple of issues with the coffee maker and lack of propane for the grill...but Kyle was very kind to respond quickly and had maintenance fix the issues right away. He even had a new Keurig delivered to make our family happy! We also appreciate the cabin is pet friendly. Our 2 miniature dachshunds settle right in and enjoy their time with family!

This home was clean and beautiful!!! We arrived for a long weekend to celebrate two people in our party turning 50. Timing on the fall colors could not have been better. Great trip.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation with our friends. This cabin was the perfect size and in a great location.

Let me start by saying that we had quite a large group of 8 adults, 2 children, and 6 dogs, and yes you read that right. 6 dogs. Because of the size of group including dogs we had a very difficult time finding a place to fit our needs...most places wanted an insane deposit or hold because of our situation. Kyle & Erin were very reasonable over our pets and didn't require anywhere near the deposit that others did. In addition to this the property was suited very well for the dogs. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were large enough to fit their crates and have walking around room, and these rooms both have doors connecting directly to the porch to let the pups roam and smell with peace of mind. We did have some electrical issues with lighting in one of the upstairs bedrooms getting very dim by the end of the day, and the dryer didn't work properly despite a repair man coming to reset the fuse box. The owners seemed keen on repairing it as soon as possible and even added extra data to the internet so our group could surf the internet freely. So if your connection is slow, you might have to reach out for additional data. On the other hand of our stay, the upstairs rooms were smaller than we expected, compared to the downstairs room they were about half the size. They also only played DVD's on the upstairs TV's which we of course didn't bring, so maybe grab a few movies to watch at night during your stay. The roads to get to the cabin pretty scary at first but after a few trips they were easy to navigate. I wouldn't recommend driving them in the rain or at night because they do get scary then too. Trips to Gatlinburg and Pigeonforge vary from about 20-30 minutes depending on just where you're heading exactly, which wasn't awful for us, but we would've definitely liked to be a little closer. Overall: The location was pretty good despite the winding roads, the house itself was beautiful and fairly spacious, and the owners were EXTREMELY helpful and accomodating with any and everything we brought to their attention. I could definitely find myself back at this cabin in the future.

The house is just as described! It's spacious and comfortable. The roads leading to the property are a bit challenging so try to get there before dark! Once you drive them a couple of times, you should be good! We had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed immediately. Kyle is a great host...we'll be back again!

Pros: Communication with the owner was wonderful! Kyle responded within minutes. Overall, the cabin was beautiful. The four bedrooms with attached baths were amazing and made getting ready to go somewhere super easy for our party of 8. The large deck and hot tub were wonderful to relax on after a day of exploring. The cabin felt very secluded and was a welcomed calm after a day at Dollywood or downtown Gatlinburg. Cons: We were Very disappointed with the laundry. Laundry is top of my list when booking a place. I didn’t find out until the check in information was provided that the washer and dryer were very compact units. The dryer didn’t work. We had 2 T-shirt’s and a pair of shorts that we were attempting to dry and it would only run for approximately a minute before overheating and shutting off. When we washed laundry we had to hang everything on hangers to dry. The area to lock up garbage is not big enough if it is only going to be emptied at the end of the week. We had a wonderful first trip to the Smokey Mountains, loved that we could bring our dogs to the cabin and had more than enough space to be comfortable! Thanks for a great place to stay during our trip.

Loved being on quieter side of Gatlinburg-several trails close by that weren’t as crowded as Roaring Fork area. House fit 9 of us well-good bedroom/bathroom set ups. Kyle was quick to respond to questions-great communication. Definitely recommend.

Great location, very private and beautiful surroundings. Well maintained cabin with lots of windows. and adds to the feel of being in the mountains. Rustic decor was an added touch. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

This was our first visit since the new owner took possession of the property and we were not disappointed. Clean and well maintained. Beautiful location and close to everything. Will stay there again.

The cabin itself is absolutely amazing. We had 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space for everyone to be more than comfortable. The cabin was really clean and had everything you would need to settle in quickly. The location is great, being only minutes from Gatlinburg. Kyle was super accommodating and made sure everything was in order for us. We will be staying here in the future.

Love this cabin and the floor plan....accommodated comfortably all our group. Christmas decorations added to the festive occasion. Need to mention however that the roads to get to the cabin are sometimes narrow and winding. Since we had small children with us we limited our excursions to daylight travel on most days. All in all we had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the cabin!

Great Cabin and location.

Our family really enjoyed this property! It provided the perfect atmosphere for our family fall getaway. It was clean, had 4 comfortable queen beds, all the necessary supplies and lots of windows to view the mountain scenery. Our correspondence with the owners was quick and friendly and we can't wait to rent this one again. So thankful the owners share their home.

Loved pulling up to this house knowing it was my getaway and home for the next few days. All listings accurate with the exception of how at-home I felt arriving and settling in.

It was so easy to book once I saw the picture. We like secluded places because my daughter has a dog so I don’t want him to be able to disturb others. I really enjoy being in the middle of trees. We just really like bed it.
