If you are going to have a VRBO maybe not have the sprinklers get things wet early evening when we want to be out there.

I want to begin with the things we loved about this VRBO. The location was super great, the house was beautiful, everything was clean and well-labeled and the backyard was great for a cookout! We had a small issue with there not being enough towels left out for our group and the host was amazing at making sure we were able to get the towels in a timely manner. I will say it is very clear that this house has been mistreated and abused in the past from the host's behaviors, notes around the house, and overall comments. I was called 1 day right before our stay and was asked if we really thought this was the right choice for our group. Not only had a done hours of research before booking this property but also it was only one day in advance and even if it was not the right fit we did not have another option. It is also vital that I did book in January for July. There are also signs everywhere with rules, no wiping makeup with white towels and no smoking, while I understand that this is important but it was aggressive to have signs everywhere after already receiving a booklet with this information. Also, the posting says sleeps 11, however, I would say this property sleeps 9 adults and I think it was not fair to note the living room as a bedroom for the air mattress.

This house has a great location that makes it easy to get around Eugene. Great neighborhood that is quiet and clean, the house is spacious and bright. The owner had toiletries in all bathrooms which was a delightful surprise. Thank you for letting us use your home, we had the perfect weekend visiting family!

My daughter graduated from U of O so we wanted a big enough place to stay with family. This house definitely for the bill! It wasn’t that far away from campus and in a very quiet neighborhood. Has everything you need!

We were there for nine nights over Christmas. The house was well furnished for the 2 of us plus our daughter's family of 5.

This house was amazing and the owner was awesome to work with. We have needed to stay in the area for multiple work projects and this was by far the most comfortable home we’ve stayed at so far. We have large work vans and had plenty of space for parking.

This property was Beautiful! The home was spacious and open. There was plenty of room for our Family to be together but still gave us space. The owners communication with us great.. There was nothing lacking with this home. Even the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

So, it was a great experience; probably the best stay away from home. My very first home stay - hooked with a high expectation of class! The Owners were very accommodating and caring about how we were settled in. Overall, it was great. I would stay again and send others to them as well.

The open concept of the house was great for the amount of people we had. We had rented a big van to fit us into one vehicle and it made it a little tight to fit in the driveway. I kinda wish we would have known the driveway was on a slant. Overall the stay was great.

We were 2 families of 4 adults and 2 teens meeting up - lots of room for everyone. We loved the extra amenities, like shampoo in each bathroom, washing machine detergent, and kcups. We spent each morning and evening out on the patio. Very quiet neighborhood.
