This beachfront property in Fajardo was absolutely amazing!! The rooftop terrace is the key component to our breathtaking ocean views. Our kids bounced between the pool and the beach daily. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. Kevin and Xiomara were excellent communicators and provided us with a plethora of activity and restaurant recommendations prior to our travel. Thank you both for an amazing experience.

Description of the property is accurate the view is wonderful from the roof top. The owner quickly responded to a small issue entering the gate. The Hostess Xiomara sent us a text before we arrived to check on our arrival time and also responded quickly to our questions. The space is perfect for a group of 6, the condo is well stocked with cookware, utensils and dinning needs. The knives could use a good sharpening. The beach towels and chairs available were great for the beach. Having a washer and dryer in good working order was a plus. You likely will not spend much time in the condo with the gorgeous view from the rooftop with a full bathroom available as well. We spent most of our early mornings and evenings up top. There is ample small restaurants/Kiosks near to the condo the BBQ at el estacion was excellent and great atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable this is the 1st time at a Vrbo that we were thrilled with the beds. You don’t want to leave the back window louvers open when you go to sleep. The Roosters are plentiful and very noisy about 4:00 am. Take in the stars at night on the rooftop we got to see a shooting start. Living room furniture not the most comfortable but only stayed in there 1 time to watch the Super Bowl. If you stay inside to watch TV you are missing out on a beautiful night up top. Owner and host very nice and very responsive to very minor issues and quickly resolved. Thank you to them for a great vacation opportunity.

We stayed for one week with three couples in the unit. Everyone was happy with the size of the rooms and the comfort of the mattresses. The highlight was the rooftop terrace, lots of sun, fun, music, and laughs. Amenities such as the beach chairs, towels, and kitchen supplies were a plus. Location to the beach, hidden beaches, and nature preserve were a big bonus for our interests of hiking and site seeing. Plenty of nearby restaurants to walk to also. Will be recommending this place to many people.

This property was lovely and the beach right across the street was beautiful. There is quite a bit of construction going on in the area. The condo was well equipped. There are numerous restaurants in the nearby area that served great food. We spent a day at the rainforest El Yunque ehich was awesome and highly recommended. This was a great relaxing spot. The Hidden Beach was a bit of a hike but also very pretty. You really need a car as the streets at night are unlit and there are no sidewalks and the supermarket is about a 10 minute drive. We never used the pool- it is very small but might appeal to those with young children. Cons- very loud air conditioners, not walkable in the area except to the beach, third floor walk up was okay for us but beware no elevator for those with mobility issues.

Excellent location and amenities for a family vacation. Condo is beautiful, with a large fully equipped kitchen (we had four people cooking at one time), dining area, and absolutely fantastic roof terrace with ocean views. Very comfortable for six adults. Steps from a popular beach and an amazing nature preserve, close to a bioluminescent bay and rainforest. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved it.

Great location at Seven Seas beach. Helpful property manager and owner. Yes, there is construction going on for the road adjacent to the property on two sides. You still have great views, a pathway to the beach, and a pedestrian path to the part of the road under construction which leads to many restaurants. The house was well stocked. The only recommended improvement is to provide more seating inside. The couch is small which means our party of 6 had people sitting at the dining room table (not comfortable long term) when the room will easily fit a second couch against the patio wall, or a few comfortable chairs. The roof top patio is awesome and provides plenty of hangout space. Visit las vistas cafe for breakfast! Gladis and her staff provided our best breakfast/brunch with service that truly was perfect. Costa Mia and La Parilla were great too.

My family of 6 stayed at Palma Villa and loved it. Very clean and comfortable condo as described. Loved spending time on the roof top terrace with ocean view. Location was perfect for walks to the beach and day trips nearby. Xiomara and Kevin are attentive and welcoming hosts. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. See you again!

Pros- I min walk to beach, nice pool, condo Nicely decorated with quality beading and towels. Great beach chairs provided. Many nice local places to eat. Close to area attractions. Cons- high added fees during VRBO booking. Outside of condo complex the area is run down and road construction is daily. Overall I recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the beach and out stay. Area was very busy during the holiday week. Pool area was a bit dirty from birds. Roof top balcony was our favorite.

Very nice condo. Especially enjoyed the terrace. The pool is very nice. Owner provides everything you could need (chairs, umbrella, cooler) to enjoy time in the sun in PR. Lighting in 2 of the rooms is a challenge in the summer. There are no windows. Just blinds that open up to the outside. Leaving them open was not an option in the heat. We moved lamps from the living area into the rooms. We had a few challenges during our stay that were out of the owners control. The pool was closed for 3 of the 5 days we were there for repairs but he made accomodations for access to another pool for a day. We also had an electric outage that was resolved within a few hours but one of the AC units did not come back on. It was a weekend so he couldn't get a technician out but his property manager came out on his day off and was able to fix it. I would give the owner 5 stars for his efforts to address all of our concerns quickly and fully. Just be aware that there is a lot of construction for new sewer lines which makes getting in and out of the complex a bit challenging. Also while there are many restaurants within walking distance, many were not open during the week when we visited.

We stayed at the same location a year ago with our extended family of two children (8 and 10) and in-laws. My spouse and I loved it so much we came back for a "just us" vacation this year. Easy access to some of the best restaurants and beaches in the area along with enough seclusion to be off the beaten path. The property is well decorated, immaculately clean and with modern ammenities. The view from the rooftop is stunning as ever, even if July is a bit hot to really make use of it. We will be back, thank you so much for the opportunity to visit again.

This property looks exactly as pictured. Was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the rooftop terrace and spent most of our time up there. Communication with property owner and property manager were fantastic. We felt like they went out of their way to help when problems (not of their doing or in their control) arose (such as our rental car not starting on check out day).

Condo is wonderful. Great location with Seven Seas across the street. The terrace was wonderful for our morning coffee and our happy hours. The condo was clean and stocked with essentials.

Our penthouse was spectacular!! It was immaculately clean, beautiful, and relaxing. Everything was as described in the details. Getting there was challenging with construction but that is not a reflection on the owner, but PR roadways. We received prompt responses for any questions we had on directions. We visited with friends and I would love to return with our grown children in the future. Wonderful ... 5 stars!

My family of 6 had a really great trip to Puerto Rico- the accommodations were comfortable with a nice rooftop view, property management was very responsive and on top of requests (plus they provided alot of details/ info to help us prepare for our trip), the location was a very easy 3-5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, there were a few good restaurants that were in walking distance (and even more a short drive away), A good grocery store was less than a 5 minute drive, and the people of Puerto Rico were truly lovely. The only thing that would have improved our trip was if the road in front of the building was not under construction the whole time (Obviously out of property management's control). I would stay here again. Thanks Kevin!

This property was just what we needed! Perfect for 6 people. Well stocked with all the non grocery items you need. The top floor patio was secluded and relaxing. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pack less clothes. Seven seas beach is right across the beach. Easy walk to secluded beaches. All and all a perfect get away spot. Thank you Kevin!

We loved staying at Palma vista. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay home away from home. Communications were excellent while we were there. The Rooftop terrace is beautiful with the grill and furniture up there , we spent almost every evening up there. The breeze and the view of the ocean was lovely. Seven seas beach is not the most beautiful beach but the 20 min easy hike to hidden beach was well worth it, we hiked it a few times. Condo was very clean and the ac was appreciated by all :) Over all we would definitely stay at Palma vista again. And recommend to anyone. Lovely place. Thank You for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Great location andproperty

My husband and I recently stayed for a week with his siblings & their spouses in celebration of all of our 20th & 25th wedding anniversaries. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for the activities we were looking for. The balcony off the living room is lovely, but that rooftop terrace….heaven! Seven Seas beach was close and convenient and the short walk to Hidden Beach is WELL WORTH IT! Several fabulous restaurants just minutes away. Some of our favorite dinner spots were La Estación & Laguna Grande, but the breakfast at Las Vistas Cafe was an absolutely unforgettable experience! 10 out of 10 for sure! Also highly recommend visiting El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo Beach, and taking the night bioluminescence kayaking trip with Kayaking Puerto Rico. Incredible! We took advantage of the proximity to the ferries and hopped one to Culebra where we rented a golf cart and explored and snorkeled more amazing beaches. It was a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure and the property location made it all so easy!

We had such a great trip to Puerto Rico - and having this beautiful condo for our home base made everything just perfect. No detail has been spared, and the property manager was so responsive and amazing! Everything you need has been provided - from soaps, shampoo and conditioner to available spices for cooking. The beds are all super comfortable and the upstairs rooftop patio is just amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family and I enjoyed this location for the week (including Thanksgiving). The property was extremely clean and well-stocked. We stayed in to cook 3 nights and had everything we needed to prepare our dinners. The Rooftop terrace was perfect for hanging out at night and sunning during the day. I would highly recommend this for an upcoming vacation.

The place was very clean when we arrived & Xiomara was extremely fast in responding to me and all of my questions. The location seems a little "shady" because you have trailer parks both behind and in front of (which block the view of the ocean), but a short 20 minute walk to Hidden beach (playa Colora or Escondida) and the view was breathtaking!

Absolutely love this place! We had our family vacation in Puerto Rico and ths condo was the perfect location. Our two kids loved the pool, gramma/grampa loved the terrace, and the condo is just steps away from the beach. We were six and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay. Things that were super important to us and this place did not dissapoint: -Great communication with the hostess and owner. They were just a text or call away and super responsive. -Great location to grocery store, restaurants, beach, the rainforest, snorkeling, etc -Beautiful and well kept place. The condo was very clean and the ammenities were up to date. Great washer/dryer, dish washer, fold out futon, etc. Beautiful terrace. -Great parking spot and the place is gated. -House book!! The owner provided a very detailed book including what was expected during our stay, things to do nearby, places to eat, etc. Very helpful! -The place has a pool and the beach is literally just steps away. We had such a great time and it was very hard to leave!

Our family stayed here for a week. The Condo was clean and gorgeous inside and out. The pool was perfect. The location was amazing with the beach and restaurants in walking distance. It was safe and easy to navigate. We will be returning. Until next time, Salut!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and then some. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, games, etc. we needed a pair of scissors and found some in the kitchen drawer. The Wi-Fi was good and the hosts were very responsive. The terrace was the Cherry on top, I could have slept up there. There’s a memory book with lots of recommendations that are spot on. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

The condo was great and just as pictured. The property manager was very responsive. The location was good for enjoying the beach, kayaking in the bioluminescence bay, snorkeling, and visiting San Juan. The terrace was wonderful and used at all times of the day. Great time for all of the family!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean condo! The rooftop terrace is lovely. Location is convenient. The beach is right across the street and the pool was very nice. Several restaurants are nearby. The marina is not far either We would love to stay here again!
