Very clean house. We had everything we needed. Great communication from the owner. Walk to the beach in minutes (even see it from the upstairs balcony). Close to restaurants as well!

My sisters husband passed away. My sister has a small apartment that could not handle the out of town folks. This home offered a wonderful place to host everyone. It’s location was perfect for beach walking. The lay out was great. My brother and younger sister were extremely pleased with their accommodations. It was so great to have a well stocked kitchen so we didn’t have to always eat out.

Home is walking distance (5 minutes) to the casino with beach view. Neighborhood was safe. Kitchen well stocked. Home was clean. Owner kept in touch with us during the stay to see if we needed anything. We had a great time enjoying the Mississippi coast. Definitely would book again!

We booked the house as our home base for a fishing trip and it worked out perfectly. The house is clean and very modern. The casino is a short 2 minute walk. Waffle House is a mile or two away. Downtown has some pretty good places to eat. We will use this house for our next fishing trip.

The house was really clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. We had an issue with our lock but the property manager responded within 5-10 minutes and it was resolved! Location is convenient to everything. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay at the Sunset House. The location was perfect and the amenities were beyond what we expected for our family and teenage kids. I would highly recommend this rental.

As advertised. Clean, new and nice. Owner was very responsive to any minor issues we had. Well stocked with things like dishwasher and laundry soap, condiments in the kitchen, dishes, pots and pans etc. Gulfport has a lot of loud trains so if you are looking at different houses be aware how close to the tracks you are getting. We found this location very workable.

Everything was as advertised. Richard was available for the only tiny issue we had which was fixed almost immediately. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful home. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was everything. The hosts were very polite and checked on us regularly and made us a goody basket with a welcoming card. You can see the ocean from the balcony. And it’s a walking distance to the beach.. Oh and did I say how beautiful the home is? I loved it so much. I would definitely recommend that you’ll book this beautiful relaxing home.

Beautiful new home that has lots of extras that make for a pleasant and fun stay! We ate at Sulley’s and Beach Blvd Steamer. Two great restaurants close to the house.

My husband, teenage son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our spring break getaway at Sunset House! Richard is a fantastic host! He made sure both we and the property were well prepared for arrival. No surprises—except for a welcome basket and note greeting us upon our entrance. A lovely touch! The property is immaculately kept and beautifully appointed with all the amenities we needed…and more. Pristine beachfront and a lovely LONG path (extending all along the waterfront from Biloxi to Pass Christian, perhaps beyond) are a short walk away and can be viewed from the comfort of the front balcony. We relaxed at the property and on the beach, took morning and evening strolls, played games, explored nearby towns, and ate our fill of delicious seafood and barbecue at restaurants in town and along the full stretch of waterfront. There is a casino directly across the street. Not necessarily our scene, but I am sure other vacationers would appreciate the convenient access to it. Surprisingly and thankfully, the area is quiet and peaceful even with such an entertaining neighbor. Thank you, Richard, for such a rejuvenating stay at your lovely property! It was just what these northerners needed!

Check in was smooth. The home was really pretty. Nice 5 min. walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked and ready for us which made it feel more like home than a rental. Color and decor was my favorite colors. Love love love balcony with beach view. Will definitely be my home away from home when traveling to Mississippi.

We were only in the area for the weekend and it rained all day on Sat. Even though we were not able to do a lot outside we spend time in the house playing board games and watching movies. It was a wonderful home to relax in.

This home is very cleaned and updated. Nice coffee bar upstairs. Bathroom had basket with items just incase you forgot something on first night. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hosts, beautiful property, well located, clean and modern. Honestly no complaints, only thing to consider if you are a light sleeper, the freight train runs out of the nearby Port of Gulfport 24hrs a day and blows a horn down the block from the property every time it passes. Having said that, from what I observed, there are trains throughout Gulfport and horns were common. All things considered, I would 100% return again in the future.
