We had such a great time. The house was beautiful, updated, and clean. Bed comfort was hit or miss. Wish it would've been a little more open/clear about what they had and what needed to be provided by us. Great location! A few more stools would be helpful too.

They weren’t kidding this location was perfect! The house was fantastic and the location was perfect for letting the kids run to and from the arcade, stores, and ice cream shops. Not to mention that it was great to be able to walk to multiple beaches for the sunrise without having to wake up an hour before! Would rent here again for sure!

Our stay was perfect! The property was clean had many amenities and was walking distance to almost everything we needed. We could have asked for a better stay. We had one slight problem with the propane and it was fixed within 15 minutes of me texting the property manager. I can’t say enough nice things about this group.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house layout suited our family perfectly and location was excellent! Game room and pet friendly option is what sold us on this property. Did not disappoint!

This house is ideally situated near the heart of Tybee Island yet on a quiet street. Great for walking to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It has plenty of room and privacy for the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked as we tended to cook in at night with such a large crowd and limited seating at restaurants at night as was a bit chilly being January. Great large table and bar for eating as well as playing games. We loved the game area downstairs and had many rounds of corn hole. The only negative,, and not really a negative, as the house seemed a bit sparse on decor so was a bit sterile. It was clean and had all we needed.

We rented this place for 5 days. It’s a great location if you like to be close to bars and restaurants. It’s walking distance to the pier. That’s the positive. The grass had not been cut for some time. So the yard was not useable for corn hole or grilling out. The grill area had leaves piled up under and around the grill. This could easily cause a fire. The couch in the living room was pretty worn but comfy. The refrigerator was set very warm, and the sign on that asked that you leave it on there and wait for 24 hours to cool, and to supplement with ice and coolers, and there was no ice in the freezer, so another trip to the store. One of the beds was not even made just had the sheet on it so that you could make it. There were very few towels in the whole house, so you will need to do laundry like on the second day if you have a big party. The carpet was stained in the master bedroom badly. No beach towels available to use or anything beach related. I would have thought at least some chairs or something would come with the house. We had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels as well. Fortunately we brought soap and shampoo. The whilpool that is advertised has a sign on it that says the jets are inoperable, and the sign is attached to the wall permanently, so that is not as advertised. There is a tv in the master bath also that has a sign “for owners use only”. It is a comfortable home and it’s nice but it is definitely only provides a place to stay. You need to bring everything if you rent this house. I just expected a little more for $6000 for a 5 day stay. Could improve by just providing enough towels to at least last through the trip. Possibly beach towels , even a couple of beach chairs. I did leave two boogie boards I purchased for the next family that comes along. Unfortunately I'm unable to attach photos.
