We love this house! Family of 5 with kids from 12-26 and everyone loves it. Neighborhood is quiet. 20 minutes from great shopping in Vero Beach. Pool is great, kitchen is perfect, home is just beautiful. We love all the rooms from the cozy breakfast nook to the formal sitting room to the family room. Beautifully decorated. I cannot say enough about this house. Can’t wait for our next visit. Owner is an absolute joy to work with.

This home was arranged to make everything easy. My kids loved their special room with L- shaped beds, and all the stocked card/board games. We were in the pool everyday. The covered patio area and eyeline from the kitchen window made this a relaxing and safe experience with young children. The beds were comfortable with a firm mattress. All essentials were provided. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and pool floats so we did not need to travel with these items. We will stay here when visiting this city every time! Beautiful home in quiet residential neighborhood. Tastefully decorated and spotless! Many amenities included for guests convenience. The host, Nicole thought of everything. Pool is wonderful. And the layout of the house is so comfortable. House is close to many parks, landmarks, and the water. Also convenient to grocery shopping, drug stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Vero Beach is a short drive. We ended up extending we were so comfortable here. Thank you Nicole!

We have rented several VRBOs over the years and this one is by far the best! The home is beautifully decorated — even better than the pictures and absolutely immaculate. The beds and furniture are all comfortable and in great shape. Nice smart TVs and fast wifi. The host, Nicole, is very thoughtful and has a lot of little things that make the stay so much easier such as laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, soap, cooking oils, spices, etc. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including lots of appliances such as an air fryer, blender and Keurig. There was more than enough room for our family of four. We didn’t use the pool or grill but both are there and look really nice. The fenced in yard was a nice bonus for our little dog. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Nicole!

Great location off of Barber Street. House was immaculate, and had many, many amenities. I particularly liked the array of good kitchen knives, as well as coffeepot, etc. 5 stars!

Nicole was a superb landlord. She was very concerned about our well being and tried to make everything perfect for us. The house was exceptionally clean.

We had a wonderful time hosting friends and family in this lovely home. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is extremely well organized. Communication with Nicole is amazing. Sebastian Highlands is a lovely home. It is well equipped and stocked with supplies. They even had some holiday accents for us since we visited over our Christmas break. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and dog.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was so spacious and comfortable. The coffee packs got us by until we had a chance for a grocery run and thank you for the creamers, and all the other “extras” needed for meals. The labeling for where things were located and which switches belonged to which lights was a big help. Everything was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and pool was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was fun having games to play and a puzzle to construct. We appreciated the hair products since with flying those are difficult to travel with. Your home is beautiful, thank you for sharing!

The house was phenomenal. Extremely well appointed and curated. One of the people in my group talked about the fact that the kitchen was better set up than a place she had rented that was owned by a chef. Nicole was just great, through the whole process. She helped to overcome a couple of small issues during the set up process and she worked to give us entertainment recommendations based upon our interests, I can't say enough good about her. And then, just as the "icing on the cake" Nicole had listened to the fact that we were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and left a personal note for our arrival. Thank you so much. When the time comes for us to be back in the area, I will hope that this property is open. To those of you thinking about a trip, you can't go wrong with this rental.

The house was extremely clean as well as the pool area. Everything we needed for our stay was in the house. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with.

The owner Nicole went out of her way to make my first VRBO experience great. She was very communicative about all my questions. The home is very well organized and equipped to meet your FL vacation needs. Beach gear, lovely pool, full kitchen, big TV and comfy beds! The location is a middle class suburban neighborhood. Stores and restaurants are mostly on US1 (10 minutes). We found a number of very good restaurants to pick from. There are a number of lovely beaches to choose from (20 minutes away).

We were in Orlando on vacation and due to travel down to Rotonda West but unfortunately following Hurricane Ian, the villa we were going to was not liveable for our stay. I found Nicole’s beautiful villa in Sebastian on VRBO. From the start Nicole was so helpful answering my many questions and helped me to book the villa for the following day. On arrival we couldn’t have been happier. The villa is gorgeous with everything you could possibly need on vacation and more. There were many personal touches which after a stressful few days were so appreciated. The area is lovely, very quiet and close to lovely restaurants and beaches. We spotted dolphins in the Sebastian Inlet State Park, did some fishing and visited the treasure museums. The kids loved the pool, as did the grown ups and our whole group thoroughly enjoyed the 10 night stay. Thank you so much Nicole for being so welcoming, we will definitely be returning to see more of the local area

This property and the Host/Owner, Nicole, exceeded every expectation we had from the moment we pulled up to the manicured lawn and saw how pretty and well cared for was the home. From the personal virtual welcome upon arrival to ensure easy entry, to the immaculate, organized, and beautifully decorated home, to the crystal clear and inviting screened in pool/outdoor lanai, grill, and outdoor well-lit dining area with fan....we felt we were in a deluxe resort accommodation. The home was so beautifully appointed with every amenity possible from a pet welcome basket, to a welcome letter with helpful advise to ensure full enjoyment of the area. There were pool towels waiting for us by the pool along with suntan lotion. The master bedroom was large and beautifully decorated and the closet contained tooth paste kits, first aid kit, and there was even a lint brush! The master bedroom bathroom included a door that led to the pool making entry from the pool convenient. The home was bright and well lit. Everything in the kitchen was labeled to easily navigate and find needed kitchen items. The very clean kitchen contained every possible appliance including an air fryer. The kitchen also contained staples such as sugar and flour and olive oil and canola oil, etc. We were able to watch television and stream movies from multiple locations in the home, and the sitting/reading room was a wonderful place to relax. The home was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, and so much more. Nicole was always friendly, helpful, and replied immediately to any requests, The neighborhood was delightful. Everyone I met was friendly, and we felt safe. We so enjoyed the screened-in outdoor area, and the pool was large and spotless and the water was a perfectly comfortable temperature. The air conditioner worked beautifully and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Every store and eatery as well as a beautiful beach was minutes away. We had beach towels, chairs, and so much more at our disposal. All in all, a memorable beautiful experience we will repeat again very soon!

We had a wonderful Spring Break. The home is exactly as it appears on VRBO. Nicole had gone above and beyond to prepare for her guests stay. She has fully stocked the kitchen with spices, dishes, appliances, serving dishes and anything in between. The towels are excellent quality, beds and linens are comfortable. The outdoor lanai is wonderful for relaxing by the pool, grilling, playing games and having meals poolside. The home allows a spot for everyone. If you want alone time, the bedrooms are decorated well and fun to hang out in. The living room has plenty of seating for watching TV, movies and playing games. There is also a front sitting room that is wonderful to relax and read or hang out, such a nicely decorated home. We also rode our bikes every day, caught a couple beautiful sunset rides in the evening. We really enjoyed our week. Nicole, thank you for all of the thought you put into providing for your guests!

This home and pool are stylish, comfortable, well stocked and very clean. Nicole is an excellent host and property manager. We travelled as a family and liked having g bedrooms on both sides of the house. The interior has several spaces to allow people to spread out and be alone or together. The pool area offers sun & shade with great seating choices. We cooked often and the kitchen had everything. There are two indoor eating spaces. Light is wonderful throughout the house. We were in the pool several times daily. As frequent travelers we enjoyed the stocked items like soap, detergent, plastic wear, sunscreen, beach towels, paper towels, to and more. It made loading out much easier and nothing went to waste. We had ages 9-81 with us. Our 9 year old remarked “It was peaceful and restful.” The check in/out was seamless. The area recommendations were yummy and thoughtfullt recommended. Everything was thought of and provided in this rental. Thank you Cole Family!

This VRBO house in Sebastian was perfect! We came to town for a week of warm weather and seeing family. We were able to really enjoy the house. The three bedrooms were very well set up and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, complete with sharp knives and air fryers. The outdoor grill next to the pool was also a very welcome feature. We made good use of the variety of games provided for many fun-filled hours on the pool deck. Nicole was an outstanding host! Very communicative and very willing to work with us on some of our changing needs throughout the experience. Would definitely stay here again when we need to stay in the area.

Our family enjoyed a nice vacation renting this house. It is very close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was heated and a nice addition to our stay. We were very comfortable and would rent again in the future for sure!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we knew this was going to be a special place. The neighborhood was very nice and the property was immaculate. The pictures of this property don’t do it justice - all rooms are large and extremely cozy. Everything you can possibly need was provided especially in the kitchen. Nicole should have a title of SUPER host because the level of communication was just the right amount. She cared and went above and beyond to make our 2 month stay extremely memorable. The few request we had asked for were taken care of immediately and she was always accessible. 5 stars is too low of a rating for this property and it’s host. Will definitely book again

Having never written an online review before, I felt compelled to write about the wonderful experience we had in this beautifully appointed home. From the fresh flowers in the kitchen to the luxurious, fluffy towels, the desk with work-from-home supplies and the overall soft, soothing, relaxing ambience. I immediately wanted to redecorate my own home! We enjoyed a delicious meal with outstanding service at a local waterfront restaurant. I booked this property so that we could spend some quality time with my in-laws. We haven’t seen each other in the last 6 month. The house was very clean, the pool was nice and the kids had a blast. The host Nicole was very accommodating and she really had the quest In mind, she paid attention to detail. She provided a high chair and a pack n play for my 13 month. We cooked and the kitchen well equipped with everything you will need. This was a 5 star experience.

We absolutely LOVED this vacation home. This home is relaxing and peaceful to recharge and destress while also having fun. We enjoyed swimming in the evening and cooking on the patio. Excellent location near grocery stores, fun shops in the area, as well, and accessible to fun activities. Lovely home with every detail and amenity possible to make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable. Great covered pool and manicured yard. The patio and backyard have a great vibe to socialize or read a good book. The home was perfectly and professionally decorated to ensure our stay was comfy cozy! Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The kitchen was a great space for cooking and dining-in, the bedrooms were super comfortable, and the restrooms were spacious with plenty of hot water. The air conditioner cranked out cool air (something we have had problems with in other rentals previously). The entire home was very clean and neat with new decor, fixtures, and appliances. In previous vacation rental experiences we have had the homes seemed to have dated, shabby, or grubby furnishings. In this home everything looked crisp, fresh, new, and chic. The home was in a safe and quiet residential area. We went for walks and saw some of the neighbors who were friendly and welcoming. The property description and pictures were 100% accurate. This home is managed and tended to with great care and professionalism. The property owner was VERY responsive to questions, personable, and informative. We enjoyed the recommendations provided by the property owner and appreciated the speed with which we were able to inquire about the property and book it without any delays. We enjoyed this home so much and will certainly come back again. We have used many vacation rentals as we travel for both fun and work often and this is our absolute favorite. We had a positive experience throughout the entire process - from booking, throughout the stay, and with check-out. We highly recommend this home and hope that you love it as much as we do!
