The house was very clean, nice and the owner was easy to work with and very prompt on messages. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The back porch and yard were a nice bonus for hanging out and having a safe space to move around with a two year old. We are big walkers, so we braved the hill every day to walk to town which really isn’t that bad. It was a heck of a lot better than trying to find parking. Also, all the trails we hit were in very close driving distance. We have rented from Patricia before at another property of hers. She is a great host. Thanks again!

Easy check in. Owner very responsive. I had asked if hair dryer before arrived, she said there was one, but was broken when we got there. She brought one immediately to the house.😀 I felt like a few things in the description were a little off but we made do. There are no "Murphy beds".One of the "bedrooms" is just a very small room w no closet, and a squeaky daybed w a pull out bed underneath, that I wouldn't suggest for anyone more than a child. The three queen bedrooms are very comfortable, nice, and spacious. The stairs to the 3rd fl are scary, narrow.King bed is great, but the room is very odd to say the least. If someone is in bed you could see someone take a shower or on the toilet!! No wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom, even though would be easy to construct one. Room divider is useless. TINY SHOWER. So if you have a house full of adults I would basically say you have one and a half baths, and the full bathroom on the third floor can only be used if no one else is up there. Very strange side room off that, basically an attic. One of the weirdest sleeping situations, with two twin beds very high up on these platforms that I would not feel comfortable with myself or my child sleeping on, and the room has no AC. Maybe kids would think fun. Make sure you look at the pictures to see if the house fits your needs.Clean, well stocked, GREAT location. The hill was a challenge! Really enjoyed fire pit & deck. Fun Friends weekend in Jim Thorpe! The house was awesome with plenty of room located just up the hill from town. The hill was a little challenging but non the less we walked to and from town both days. We took the train ride and strolled the beautiful streets of Jim Thorpe. Plenty of restaurants and bars to relax and enjoy. This was our 1st time in Jim Thorpe and already looking forward to visiting again some day! Thankyou so very much!!

This place was great. Location was awesome and off street parking a plus! Plenty of sleeping space. Living room has pull out sofa which we didn’t need to use. Second floor has 3 BR with queen beds and a 4th BR with twin bed and twin trundle. My husband and I loved the third floor which was very spacious with a king bed and private bath with shower and claw foot bath tub which I loved. There was a small room off the 3rd floor suite that had two more twin beds which we didn’t need. All the beds were very comfortable. The center of town was a 10 minute walk down a very steep road and a very good workout of a walk home. We love Jim Thorpe and this house was perfect for our family weekend!! I would definitely stay here again!!

The house was very large with plenty of room for our family. The photos on the website didn't do the house justice. It was larger and prettier in person. I found it well equipped and very livable. It was extremely cold the weekend we stayed because of the polar vortex, but the home remained warm and cozy. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

I was looking for a location that was convenient for my adult children and I to have a holiday gathering. This property came up from my filters and fit the bill. Communication was great. It was easy to reserve and share info with all who were coming. House was very clean, and more spacious than I imagined. It accomodated our large group comfortably. Very happy with price and experience

**Perfect Location--Located on top of a hill away from all the busyness--but a short walk to the town, shops, restaurants, train ride, etc. **Parking at the house (driveway) is very large. **Plenty of sleeping accommodations with comfortable mattresses. **Plenty of seating inside the home for large groups. **Owner replies back to all messages quickly. **I would definitely book here again!

The house was very large with plenty of bedrooms. dining, living room and kitchen all very good sized. None of the closets had bars for hanging clothes. although it's very close to downtown shops, restaurants, train stattion, etc. it's not really walkable as it is a very steep and narrow rd. to the house from downtrown.

Location was great! It was very close to downtown only downside was to get home you had to climb a steep hill (which we didn’t mind). Inside was nicer than all the pictures. Air conditioning worked very well. Only thing I will say is bring plastic cups and paper plates. There were only a few cups and plates to use. 10/10 would stay again!

Booked this property for a ski weekend getaway to celebrate my brother's birthday. On the day of check in no information about how to access the property has been uploaded. I messaged the owner to ask. Within minutes I get an email saying my trip had been refunded with the message due to illness. Under 6 hours from arrival we now had no where to stay and hundreds of dollars in ski tickets and rentals. The owner would not respond to any follow up messages for more information. I ended up having to book a hotel 35 minutes away ruining my well planned trip to Jim Thorpe and downgrading our experience while exploding my stress level.
