This house is great and has plenty of room for our family of 6. The only issue we had was a person in the Black Dodge truck that kept parking in front of the house in one of the four parking spots.

We recently stayed here while visiting family in the area. Location was within walking distance to family and couldn’t have been more perfect! Clean, quiet and efficient. Ideal for our needs! Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed here with my wife and mother-in-law for my daughter's UCSC graduation weekend. House is very clean and well-appointed. Kitchen was supplied with all necessary utensils and some basics like salt and pepper, etc. I liked the location - near the beach and not too far from downtown, but a little out of the downtown and westside craziness. Having two bathrooms was great. And dedicated parking is great too. Only thing a little confusing was that the "backyard" is really the sideyard, which you enter off the front. It was small and non-descript, but did provide a nice outdoor space for sitting in the sun. The actual backyard is associated with another unit.

Great space for the $$ for 2 couples, 2 children. Related is good. No problems with noise. Fun house. Who wants to cook, there’s so many places around for pizza, Thai or burgers. But, the kitchen is big and very accommodating. Parking needs to be worked on. ❤️👍

We were 4 adults and had plenty of space. Appreciated having 2 full bathrooms, a great kitchen and a washer and dryer. Instructions were very clear. The walk to see the ocean was less than 1/2 mile

Family of 5 had a great stay

Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped , great location. Will stay again for sure.
