Excellent location

This was a special 50th birthday celebration weekend for my son. Wonderful time had by all!

We had a great stay at Chateau Merlot! Location very close to town. The unit is very newly renovated and everything is very nice inside. Great spot to gather with a larger group! Communication with the owner was great as well.

Daryl was an excellent host and we really liked the house! My family and I agreed that this place was probably the most well stocked as far as nice pots and pans, cookie sheets, knives that are actually sharp and easy to use. It is easy to walk in to Ellicottville from the house and only a little over an hour to Niagara Falls which was one of the places we visited. Great stay overall!

Daryl was very helpful. Place is excellent! Stayed twice already and will stay in the future.

We were in Buffalo for a wedding, 12 of us, all family, and this place met our needs perfectly. The place was well equipped, new, and accessible by foot to our activities in the village. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fire outside during eves and using the grill to make fantastic burgers. Our 5 year old grandson stayed with us one night and he loved the bunk beds. I saw they even had a high chair for little ones. Finally, the owner was helpful and accessible. We hope to return.

Condo was beautiful, had 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very clean, bedding, towels, and dishes all first class. You can walk to town. Would stay there again. Thank you!

There was 6 adults in our group and this place had more than enough space to accommodate everyone's needs. Clean, well taken care of, and very well stocked with kitchen necessities. Easy access to town and the slopes. Just a bit too far to walk into town but it's a 30 second drive which was nice.

This spacious home was perfect for our family ski trip with our 3 sons and their wives. The large great room with cozy fireplace and well-equipped kitchen make for excellent family times. Location was great- very close to ski slopes and also to town. Daryl was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back to Chateau Merlot!

Great layout in the house. Huge dining area great for family trips. Easy access to Holiday. Within walking distance of downtown. Would definitely stay again.

This was by far one of the best rentals we have ever used. The kitchen was stocked full of every kitchen item we could ever need. The entire place was immaculate. Truly a 10/10 experience.

The property was in the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown where all the shops, food, bars are. The house was very clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Daryl was very responsive with all of my questions prior to our trip.

Beautiful one-story unit with top-notch appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Daryl is wonderful to work with. The lodging does not seem to be immediately located in a residential area.

We all had an amazing time!! Large living room with fireplace!! Great space for family and friends! Home was just wonderful!!! Went skiing and walked into town for dinner!! We went to the Alpaca Farm down the street and we loved that outing!! Book this home! You won’t be disappointed!!

We had an amazing weekend! The home is a .3 mile walk from the Tops in the village, my family was able to walk to all the bars and restaurants! It was so convenient. The home was even larger than the pictures made it seem and it was incredibly clean. Daryl was so responsive and answers all my questions leading up to me booking. I would absolutely stay at again and recommend to friends and family.

Externally, this property is less of a house and more of an addon to what appears to have been an existing business building. This is not a bad thing as it opened up plenty of parking and ease of access to load and unload cars. Inside, it's a home. We had a party of 9 family women aged 15-62 and we had plenty of space for everyone and never felt the least bit crowded. The furnishings are beautiful, comfortable beds and modern conveniences like buttons on the wall to lower the blinds and lighted bathroom mirrors. House was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Walkable to town which is a huge bonus as town parking is limited. Darryl was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We'd go back!

We had an early family Thanksgiving dinner. The place was perfect for dinner, games and conversation. Nice amenities and perfect great room setup. Would definitely rent this again.

The photos of this property are spot on. It has an open and large living space that’s perfect for big groups. The four bathrooms a make mornings easy. The bedroom off the living room however has noise from a heat pump or something so ear plugs are needed. We will book this property again in the future.

What a beautiful rental. The open concept in the living, dining room, and kitchen makes for a great community hangout spot. Our group had a phenomenal time hanging out on the back porch as well : ) thanks so much for having us.

Everything about this property was amazing!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It's very spacious and included so many amenities. We had 8 women stay overnight and never had an issue with space or bathroom time! All of the girls said they would love to come back and stay there again. Thank you Daryl!

We stayed here two nights to celebrate a 40th birthday. It is very spacious but comfortable. Everything is updated with more electrical and USB outlets than you'll ever need. Both nights we walked the short distance to town for dinner at EBC one night and Dina's the second. Everything was easy about checking in and checking out. The owner was uber-available and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this place!

Very Clean and Close to town.

First time at the Château Merlot and we were not dissapointed. The eight of us enjoyed our time there , the rooms were fantastic,new,clean and bright. We had a question when we first arrived that the owner addressed immediately. All our contact was professional and pleasant. We would highly recommend this property and will likely be booking it for our event next year.
