Brenda was a great host and answered every question very fast. the condo was great and suited all my needs during a tough time for me. location was great and was right across from the pool. Great stay.

Great location for relaxing. Condo was well maintained and easy to check in to. Lots of activities nearby, and plenty of food and grocery choices within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The condo is in a quiet location but has easy access to major highways, shopping and dining. There are numerous restaurants located right across the street, an easy 5 (or less) minute walk. Cubs spring training a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic, but an easy trip.
The unit itself is spacious, clean, updated and well-equipped. Contact with the property manager was very good, she responded to email quickly. No complaints at all, and would definitely consider for any future visits.

This unit is a bit dated, but in fine shape and provides larger spaces than you might find in newer units. It had everything you need. Mattresses get A+. Bedrooms were large. The little balcony is in the shade for the most part, and I enjoyed walking around the lakes in the morning. The complex was quiet during my early November stay. The pool is small, but that didn't matter to me. It is well located for the interstate, main arteries in Mesa, and lots of stores/restaurants are in the area. It is a place for a short or long stay. I would definitely go back.

I have stayed in this condo complex several times before and I was very happy with the location of this particular unit. I loved that the unit had a water softener and keyless entry so I didn’t have to worry about losing a key. Excited to return next year!

Baseball trip
Nice quiet gated community. Property was spacious and clean. Bedrooms are big. Always lots of people at the pool and hot tub but all where friendly and easy to talk too. Lots of restaurants close by. Central to the ball fields

2nd Stay
This was our 2nd stay at this property. We love the community and location. Property is well appointed and comfortable. This time around the place was not as clean as before with a full load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the top sheets for each Ned balled up in the closets. Additionally, the TP was almost out so we had to run to the store 1st thing in the morning (after a late flight). I chalked it up to perhaps a new cleaning service (who attempted to enter the property Sunday morning during our stay). Overall it’s a good place but this time things were a little out of sorts.

Conveniently located, neat and clean
This townhouse was neat, clean and conveniently located. Kitchen has the minimum basics for cookware and bakeware, and no kitchen staples. If you’re doing any cooking you’ll need to bring or buy all ingredients. Balcony gets early morning sun and there’s a pool just a few steps away. One bedroom has a desk, which helped with remote learning or work. Overall this worked well for us.

Very nice property. Pool nice. Club house isn’t operational which sucks. Supposed to take showers before entering pool but none available. Having to use key to get out of pool enclosure is a pain when there are two of you. Suggest providing several pool keys per quest. Provide better golf course info in white book and also local eating establishments

Fun, holiday rental.
Location was perfect. Close to the freeway to get us around the valley. The condo itself was as described. Very well set up condo, with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on either side of the unit. Very nice to have a garage to park the car, albeit a little tight to get in and out of with our rented SUV.
The pool is right across the parking lot from the unit which was helpful.
The kitchen was equipped with the basics.
We didn’t know where the garbage was supposed to go. All and all it was a great place to rent.
