This place was very nice, scenery was amazing. Sad there was no water yet but overall quiet and beautiful. Location feels secluded but only minutes from town. Only downfall is there was no propane and i wasnt aware of this untill last minute when preparing the grill, so had to come up with a different dinner idea

Great stay. Minimal complaints if any at all

We were really excited about the lake as seen via photos but unfortunately the lake was dried and looked to be dried for years. The checking in was a little hectic ( not the owners fault there was an issue with the app , the place was not clean. We cleaned and washed everything we needed from dirty dishes to dirty bedding ) most of the problems we had were not the owners fault but the app.

The Lakehouse has no lake and obviously has not had a lake for a very long time, so be prepared for that. The host Kim was excellent and responsive to communications. The best part of the property is the back porch where we spent most of our time talking, eating and relaxing. Lots of trees to provide shade. The house is small but tidy and servicable. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We stayed here with a few friends during a weekend reunion. The house was perfect and provided many activities for us to keep busy since the lake was dry (wasn't the owners fault the lake is dry). Kim had great communication throughout the stay and even went the extra mile and dropped off some bags for cornhole when we couldn't find the original set. We will plan on being back again! Thank you.

The home is just as it appears in the listing and it is well decorated and comfortable. The host was responsive and helped get us a new tether ball since the one on site was missing. Overall we had a lovely stay except for the lake being dry. The listing does say to check lake levels and mentions it is dry for 2022. And the check in message after booking says it is still dry, but that is after you have reserved it. According to locals, it has likely been dry since 2021. So it seems like that could be more prominent in the listing so you are not expecting to kayak at the house and have disappointed kids. I know this would possibly impact who reserves the house, but it felt like I had to do the work to figure out the lake status for what was advertised as a lake house. I bet it is really amazing when the lake has water!
