My family booked this home for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The house exceeded all our expectations, it is generously sized and provided our family of 16 people ample room to relax and enjoy all the luxuries the house has to offer. The back yard and pool area gave us a place to relax, recharge, and connect with nature, as well as breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Travis. The property manager, Macey, was very helpful and accommodating and quickly answered all questions and concerns that came up during our stay. I highly recommend this rental - You will not be disappointed!!!

This place was absolutely amazing for our large group. It was extremely clean, the views were immaculate, and we were able to sleep 17 extremely comfortably. The property management group stayed in constant contact and were able to assist if we had any questions or issues at all immediately. If anyone has a large group and doesn’t mind the 45 min drive to the city, this home is incredible and worth every penny.

A group of 17 of us came to this home for the F1 race in Austin and it was absolutely perfect. The home is absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. The layout and space was everything we could have hoped for. The back yard area was incredible and where we spent the majority of our time catching up and enjoy the beautiful Texas weather. Macey, the property manager, was extremely communicative and helped us with all of our needs immediately and even on the weekend which we tremendously appreciate. If you have a large group and are wanting somewhere that is extremely beautiful but also feels like home, I would highly recommend this property!

What a wonderful resort style home! We had our girls weekend there and the home was an incredible retreat for our group. Between 18 women, we felt like we had plenty of space to spread out and gather as a group. We loved the pool / outdoor area just as much as the rest of the home. Macey, the property manager, was quick to respond and a true delight to work with before, during and after our stay. We are already planning our next trip to this beautiful place!

Beautiful, luxury home with prime time views of Lake Travis! Macey, the property manager was amazing! Secluded with no neighbors to disturb you. Serene with magnificent views…and the pool! What an Oasis! My family loved this vacation and we plan on coming back again! I highly recommend staying here at this beautiful, private home!

Macey facilitated booking by answering all up front questions promptly and with appropriate detail. Check-in was painless and Macey showed us all around the property, even helping us unload our belongings and carry into house. We used 6 of the 7 bedrooms and all other area inside and outside and everything was as advertised and in good working order. We loved the expansive layout with areas we could all gather in or small groups could break away for fun activities. Of course in July the pool was the center attraction and we enjoyed it from sunrise till past sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked with a wide variety of prep, serving, and place setting gear and didn't want for anything there. The beverages refrigerator and ice machine of the bar area were very useful and having a washer and dryer in both wings of the house was helpful. Importantly, most everyone told me their bed was very comfortable and there were ample towels for inside use and separate towels for pool time.... awesome! The views are as pictured in the listing, and we enjoyed being well above the river/lake with expansive views. We also used DoorDash for grocery delivery and they had no problems getting to us. Net is we are very happy with our experience and will rebook when a return to Austin area for a family reunion is on our radar.... Thanks again Macey!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lake Travis house. The house looks exactly like the pictures represent. The pool area is over the top and an amazing experience. Macey was a terrific host and very attentive to anything we asked about or requested. I highly recommend this house.

This home is maintained beautifully. The manager Macy is one of the best we’ve ever worked with and the views from every room in the home are magnificent. We were SO blessed by our stay—Such a peaceful place!

Everyone truly loved this property. We had a little family getaway to celebrate a 40th Birthday. It was big enough that no one got in anyone's way and enough to do that nobody got bored including the younger kids. The views were amazing, and the pictures do not do this place justice. The home is very remote, private and a great place to entertain at. We chose to bring in a hibachi chef and had a blast. The house had everything we needed.

We stayed at this gorgeous property for several nights in February 2023 for my mother's surprise 60th birthday with our family from California. It was an absolutely amazing time! The property is great with ample amenities for both kids and adults. From the theater to the outdoor putting green to the hot tub, we used it all. The guest bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests and each having their own bathrooms proved to be very convenient. The kitchen area is amazing, we hired a private chef for one of the evenings and they too, enjoyed utilizing it. Macey, the property manager, was attentive to our needs and very resourceful. This trip left us with amazing memories, and this beautiful property played a central role for that. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Lake Travis area.

The property was beyond gorgeous, it truly is a beautiful space! There were a few functions of the home that need updates (basic kitchen appliances, toilet seat, ice machine), but overall it didn't effect the quality of our stay. The check-in and check-out process were easy, and the manager was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will miss the sunrises there.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and more. There is a near by grocery store and liquor store to get any items you need for your stay. Only a few minutes from the neighborhood. We will be back!! My favorite part was watching the sunrise each morning. You can see it from almost anywhere in the home. Beautiful

Overall great stay. The property manager was very responsive. The check-in process was easy as well. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap readily available in each room. The kitchen is stocked with all of the necessary appliances to cook. Plenty of fridge space, and a game room to enjoy with friends. We turned on the outdoor fire pit at night and enjoyed the sunset.

I had the please of staying at this property for a few days and I will make sure to extend how many days when I return. The home has a beautiful 180' view of lake travis. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful to watch from the view way up high. Plus if you want to get closer to the water, they have boat dock with a slip, perfect to park a rented boat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was quick to respond for anything we needed. We look forward to returning in the future

Our stay at Lakeside Estates was perfect. The home is furnished with everything you need, from kitchen items to streaming smart TVs, house speakers, a mini golf green, and plenty of space. The dock is also a short walk away. Lots of privacy and space here. My family and I had a great time. A few notable things which we found very helpful: - a kitchen guide (printed out notebook that explains where everything is in the kitchen) - Guide for how to use each TV in the home - Guide for how to use the Sonos speakers in the home - Outdoor kitchen that is great for grilling out with friends and family - plenty of fridge space - The ice fridge - The beds were very comfortable

There were 8 adults and 4 babies under the age of 2. This is an amazing property for our size family plus then some. We had plenty of room but enjoyed the outdoors most of the time. We enjoyed eating our dinners outside, using the pool and the view was spectacular. We had great contact with the property manager the entire time. I have already recommended it to some of our friends This is by far one of our best VRBO staycations. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

This property was perfectly kept, beautifully turned out and in an exceptional location. It had everything we needed for a group retreat. Communication with management was excellent. I would book this venue again in a heartbeat!

First of all, Bryan with the management company was absolutely phenomenal! He was so quick to respond and such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond for our needs and helped with anything at all hours. 10/10 recommend using him and his property management company for any rentals. The house was also great! So much to do and so much space for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there and would love to go again. The beds were so comfortable and the house overall was exquisite. Cannot say enough good things about this home!

Our families had a wonderful, relaxing week on Lake Travis. The property was big enough for everyone to have space but still get together as a family.

Beautiful home! Well equipped and enjoyed every aspect of it. Kids simply did not want to leave and I think all of us agreed the 3 nights we stayed was not long enough. My only concern was it’s easy to get lost in this home as it is massive. Loved the fact like so many homes it has not been turned into a “group fest” setting. Bedrooms are truly bedrooms and are private!

Worth every penny !! My family and a I are fully satisfied we will return again !

We arrived on the 20th of June and departed the 27th. We’re there a few items that needed to be addressed? Sure there were, but the troops showed up very fast and we were back to 👍

Our family celebrated our parents 70th birthdays at this beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, putting green and views. What a great way to celebrate

We had a fabulous vacation staying at this beautiful estate! Elegant, spacious yet so cozy. We really enjoyed the terrace and outdoor space with beautiful gardens, pool/hot tub and fire pit with ample seating available at various areas of the terrace. Beautiful views of Lake Travis! The putting green and space for bocce (we brought) and horseshoes in the side yard went to good use. Inside the accommodations are lovely. Also took advantage of the game room - a nearby 2nd kitchen on the second level was nice. Plenty of space for food and drinks along with workspace for cooking in the main kitchen with everything we needed available. Very cool wine cellar in the lower level, btw. Bryan was a great partner in making sure every detail was considered. Questions that I had prior to our stay were responded to immediately. Very detailed, professional and fun to work with, I look forward to working with him again in the future!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The house is amazing, and Bryan so incredible to work with! The booking and check-in process couldn't have been easier, and Bryan was very helpful with a few very minor issues we had when we first arrived. We had a group of 10 stay here for 3 nights, and we still felt like we didn't have enough time to enjoy the place as much as we wanted to! Thank you, Bryan!

Held a family reunion at Lakeside Estates. Great family pic’s with the big background vista of the lake. Unfortunately arrived to a water supply problem, the pump supplying Lake Travis water to the house failed. Our arrival started with low water pressure then no water. Bryan was very responsive to my calls and after some investigation of the water system realized we had no water supply to a full house, including small children. Bryan immediately responded to our emergency situation by sending the home’s pool maintenance team who, at midnight, proceeded to pump pool water into the water storage tank so we could at least flush toilets. The next day a truck delivered water but repairs needed in the pump house again turned off water to the main house. A store run for groceries added cases of bottled water. We tried to use the hot tub and the water heater failed, big disappointment, great view from the tub. These were not the only issues we had with the house but as you will read below I have decided not to address them. Emails with the owner after we departed were disturbing. The owner offered a settlement, refund some of the rental fees to compensate for our stress, inconvenience, and disappointment, but that payment was conditioned on our not submitting a review of the house, “you will need to agree, in writing”. Really compromising the VRBO review process. I was also characterized as unreasonable, a matter of perspective, and an extortionist, yet no money was refunded. The owner also threatened to sue me pending my review of this home, “you will be hearing from my attorney immediately and that is a promise”. Enough said.

This is a very beautiful property, the view is amazing, we were a total of eight lovely couples and the seeping arrangement is great, the wine room is cozy. the patio is the best I have been to, everyone was like wow. The property Manager is very polite and will go an extra way to get you what you need.
