My teen son and I wanted a long weekend of biking and relaxing. The townhouse was perfect! Great location to trails: we could jump on a few trails down the street, or bike into town to eat and and jump on more trails, or bike across town for more trails. Very easy to navigate!
The townhouse was very spacious and cozy, and we loved the fresh, clean design of every room- all was perfectly appointed. We loved having a spacious garage to keep our bikes, too. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. The host was attentive — checked in with us often and gave helpful suggestions in town. We will definitely stay here on future visits!

This house was perfect for our weekend away in bentonville. Our host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The location of this townhome was the best part, it was close to our favorite trails of Leopards Loop and Masterpiece! We all enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back to stay here during future trips to bentonville!

Great location and close to several biking trails. Gaberial was such a great host and easy to work with. House was clean and had everything we needed for a quick getaway! I would highly recommend staying here and will book again in the future.

Great home base for biking. Garage was equipped with a bike repair stand, pump and work table. Hose for washing down your bikes.
Location is right in the middle of Leopard’s Loop, Ozone, Hammer Down and the Apple Creek trails.
Appliances are all brand new, including a full size washer and dryer for cleaning your kit.

Bike friendly home in Bentonville
We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful town of Bentonville, Arkansas. And this clean, comfortably decorated house just topped off the trip! My husband and I and our three bicycle loving boys found the location of this house perfect for access to several of the bike trails. The garage worked so well to keep our bikes easily accessible. The washer and dryer were handy when we needed to clean up after some muddy trail riding.

Awesome host, great place!
Gabriel was so helpful and welcoming; such a great host. The house was located between multiple mountain bike trails so we had great access to the whole town and trail system by bike with a super short road ride to trail heads. We had a garage for easy storage of our bikes. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Nicely renovated with laundry and dishwasher. So even when it rained we had a great space to hang out. It was a great place to call home for a week and we will definitely stay here again!

5 Star Stay
We were fortunate to be the first guests at this lovely house that sparkled. Our hosts were quick to respond to our request to rent for the weekend and pleasantly surprised us with tasty treats to welcome our arrival. Everything was shiny and new in this beautifully decorated and well furnished house. It far exceeded our expectations and will be a popular rental for more to enjoy. Thank you Gabriel!
