Home was spacious, comfortable, and a good size for our family. Game area downstairs was perfect for the children!!

Outdoor furniture (cushions) need cleaning or need to be replaced. Furniture was comfortable but chair cushions need some attention. Front Outdoor porch steps and flooring need cleaning as well (pressure washing).

Spacious the garage area has been turned into a game room which was nice. There is a few trash bags provided. If you plan to cook there is everything you need is included.

This place needs cleaning. Upon arrival I had to clean the bathrooms. The faucets were very dirty where the water come out iI was thankful I brought so many cleaning supplies. If house is at capacity you will be washing towels daily. The jets in the master bathroom look as if they have not been cleaned in years. The sofa bed is broken.

Location was good, AC and kitchen was amazing.

Internet was out so no TV the entire time. And could not get any answers or help. Even though they promised to send someone out every day.

Very big space. Beds were comfy. Front porch was nice.

The upstairs bathroom window blind wouldn't close. We had to be careful when showering or taking a bath because anyone could see right in. The place was definitely worn down some. There was an odd smell when we first got there. Didn't smell fresh. We had to go buy extra toiletries and things right away. There were lots of mosquitos on the lower level and around the driveway. They always got in the car and we would have to fight them and try to get them out.

Roaches. Dirty. Disgusting.

The living quarters were spacious and very clean. The community is quiet, in a great location, and easily accessible. The home had all the amenities required for our short stay. I liked receiving several emails before my stay and even a few text messages from the property manager during my stay to make sure all was well. This was a nice touch, and I appreciated it.

The entertainment area in the garage was very dusty, and there was rust on the foosball table. I would have been very upset if my children were with me. A few blinds were broken, and the carpet had some stains. Those were minor things that didn't really affect my stay.

The house was nice and the location was good for us. We liked that it was spacious and well equipped with good appliances and a ping pong table. The beds were comfortable.

The house definitely needs some work. It has nice features but needs some work. We sent a message to the rental company, telling them some issues. But they never came back to us. We also called but without result, I would never rent from them again, for sure.. Here are some issues the house has: Pots and pans in the kitchen are badly scratched and or not usable, the upper bathroom has mold, the a/c fan was hanging down and the toilet in the other bathroom was broken, the carpet on the stairs was simply disgusting, the porch was dusty and the cushions moldy, the game room looked by far not like on the pictures. The soccer table was rusty and not usable and the whole space was dirty and dusty, far away from clean and line I mentioned, not even close to the pictures. The place is nice but old and needs a bit of work and a better company to take care of it.

Property was a perfect size for our family of 8. It had all the necessities that allowed us to stay comfortable throughout our time there. The AC was fantastic at keeping the place cool for when we came back from the beach!

Mosquitos were really bad in the garage/lower level where it was set up with fantastic family activities, so make sure to bring lots of repellent.
