Beautiful views. Fully renovated, modern room with everything you need to spend some days outside the city but with an easy access to it. Bus station right next to it and 2 supermarkets within 15 min walk. Great hikes possible nearby.

The room gets too warm during the afternoons if there is sun, it would be great to be able to be able to control the temperature of the room (windows do not open enough to chill the room )

Eigenaren bij problemen niet te bereiken. Appartement niet schoon Bedden oncomfortabel Marmeren tegels in de douche werden ontzettend glad.

Very nice structure, new and still renovating and expanding. The apartment came with all necessary kitchen appliances (cutlery, pots, dish towels,...) including even soap, oil, salt, pepper and coffee. To cook you just need to bring the food. Available car parking spots beside the structure and a very close bus stop, with the 42 bus line that easily connect to the city center and the airport. As the pictures depict, the view is stunning.

A coat rack, two nighstands beside the bed and a broom would be appreciated.

A nice place in a convenient location - both if you have a rented car or if you use public transport. As for details - I stayed in an apartment with a sea view (apartment for two people). I know the Tromsø area well, so when choosing Steam Pier I knew where it was located and how to get to places such as the airport, etc. My apartment was in the main building (let's say - "the brown one"), which is shown in the photos. The room and bathroom were very clean. Everything was ok, but I agree with other people's comments - there is a bit of a lack of storage space - if the assumption was that there was no space for a wardrobe or a chest of drawers in the room, it would be nice to equip the apartment with at least some hangers (in the apartment I lived in, there were hangers placed on the bathroom door - ok for jackets, but not enough ;)). It would probably increase the comfort during longer stays - for me (stay for 1 night) it didn't matter that much. But regardless - Steam Pier is a very nice place, with its own parking lot, and check-in is super easy. As for the views - they are one of the biggest advantages:) I recommend!

Super schöne kleine Wohnung, alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Durch unseren Mietwagen waren wir sehr flexibel, auch wenn die Lage etwas außerhalb ist. Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe. Und der Ausblick war traumhaft!

Spacious

We felt deceived. We rented a 2 bedroom flat thinking we were staying on that beautiful new modern building you see on the advert. Far from the truth! The send you to the old house behind (photos attached). The flat itself is ok but unfinished, dirty and falling apart (photos attached. Unfortunately I can only post 4 of 10 I have). The advert in Booking.com is misleading and false. We complained to Booking.com and they agreed with us. The property still refused any partial refund.

Bij mooi weer prachtig uitzicht over tromso. Mooie afwerking van de kamer. Rustige lokatie, supermarkt vlakbij. Voor restaurant kom je toch in Tromso uit.

Thermostaat kan je niet zelf regelen en stond dag en nacht op 24 graden ( in januari). Voor ons veel te warm. Na contact met de eigenaar is de temperatuur op ons verzoek omlaag gezet. Misten een paar kleine details in de kamer (nachtkastje, broodmes) en het servies had iets uitgebreider gemogen (2 kopjes, 2 borden, 2 glazen...)

Perfect view on the fjord and Tromso from the windows, from where we’ve had the luck to see northern lights on the first night we’ve spent there. Really good taste on decoration. Easy to find with the gps. Only 10min from the airport by car, and approximately same time from the city center of Tromso

The view is great, it is well priced. And it’s a good location to view the northern lights, weather dependant.

Beds are comfortable, but a bit hard to get into the way it is set up. Needs some closet space for clothes, especially if you are staying for a long time, like we did.

The location was wonderful, with spectacular views. It was new, clean and warm with a very comfortable bed. The owners were helpful and obliging. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Without upsetting the minimalist design a place to hang clothes would have been good. The crockery and utensils etc were at a bare minimum for 2 people. This would have enhanced the stay it did not detract from it!

I only stayed for one night, but would loved to stay longer. Modern Design Appartement with beautiful surrounding..

Dass man nicht auf die Terasse von beiden Seiten des Gebäudes kommt. Ich habe die Rezessionen gelesen und war so negativ eingestellt weil es so viele schlechte Beurteilungen gab,doch meine Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos,es war sauber,es war warm und ich hatte auch Steckdosen in Bettnähe…Die Jungs machen einen super Job mit dem Umbau!

I liked pretty much everything about the property, easy check-in and check-out. Location close to the city, solid price compared to other options in the area of Tromso. Would definitely recommend it.

I feel like the shower could been a bit bigger however, they might have gone for a compact one due to the building design.

Very peaceful and view from the property was fantastic. They were still doing some construction work upstairs but I can’t wait to visit them again once they finish the building work.

Beautiful place right on the fjord, amazing panorama, huge windows, quality refurbishment. Good location with car.

Design overrides comfort and functionality (no shelves, cupboard, or even a peg to hang a jacket), no coffee maker. Apart from plates and pans, completely empty kitchen, not even a teabag or salt. I was missing hospitality/welcome. Difficult to get there even with navigation.
