The hotel is great. Quick check-in and great cleaning every day. The suite on the top floor is 5*. Two balconies overlooking the city. The suite is spacious, clean and modern. Refridgerator, complimentary water, coffee, the rituals products in bathroom. The swimmingpool is clean, but not heated. The swimmingpool-area and restaurant are both in need of an upgrade. Big bed, a bit on the hard side. Lots of space in wardrobe.

The only things that could be better: -Wifi is unstabile -water pressure in shower -no tissuebox in bathroom -no qtips in bathroom -no iron -door would not close properly

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The Bar Staff were wonderfully attentive and chatty... just what is needed.

The Casa Consistorial is an old style hotel right in the heart for Fuengirola. It is some 10 minutes gentle walk from the Train / bus stations. The pavements can be a bit of an issue with larger cases. We had a room over looking the square in front of the hotel which was ideal for people watching and also the fiesta which took place. Staff were lovely and whilst not modern, the facilities were excellent and suited our needs perfectly. Acid test, would I stay again, YES.

The staff and the hotel is really nice, specially the location.

I stayed 3 nights, first when I call to make sure regarding the balcony, they told me will be a balcony with terrace but when I arrived was a small balcony almost imposible to go out. Also I stayed with a problem with the hot water for the 3 days and complicate to make the bath to my baby of 6 months. When you call the reception you need to be at the phone for a while because they don’t answer, I had to call at least 3 times to get them at the phone.
