Beautiful view overlooking Marina from balcony. Apartment fully equipped, comfortable beds, high speed broadband, air conditioning and good selection of channels to suit different countries, had Irish and English channels. Robert was very helpful and professional. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfekt! The apartment was very easy to use and everything we needed was available. It was easy to get in contact with Robert and he gave us a warm welcome when we arrived! We look forward to come back next vacation ☺️

The view on the harbour is great. . Large balcony provided with windows which can be opened. . The sofa's may look a bit outdated with their cover, but they sit very well. . The small fridge shown on the pictures appeared to be an additional fridge for the balcony. There is a normal fridge in the kitchen. . Breakfast of the hotel can be used against payment.

The small towels are worn out and they didn't smell very nice.

Overall the photos are a good summary of what you get with this apartment and represent it well. The balcony was a good size with table and seating for 4. We were there in winter and there were glass covers around the it meaning it was useable all the time. I believe that these are removed in summer (if not it will be very hot). A great touch was the binoculars that you could look up and down the coast with. In the living area there was a comfy sofa and seat, coffee table and TV. We didn't use the TV but it seemed to have a good range of channels in a variety of languages. The kitchen was well equipped with a full sized fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a good number of cups/plates glasses etc. We didn't use it but there also was a induction hob and what looked like a mini oven. Bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water (and storage space for wash bags etc), and a hairdrier. There was a washing machine that had a handy 30 min wash and clothes drier rack - helpful if you fly hand baggage only. There was also an iron and ironing board if needed. The bedroom has a good sized wardrobe, with plenty of clothes hangers. As you can see in the photos its quite a small room and there isn't much space between the beds, but nothing that made me view this as a negative towards the apartment. The windows are double glazed meaning very little noise came up from the street below, and nothing that caused us impact. The owner met us in the apartment, handed over the keys and gave us a quick tour of the apartment and the equipment. We did not arrive till late on the 1st of January but it was no problem for him to meet us at this time. There is a small supermarket right outside the hotel that seemed to be open all the time, this was enough for basic supplies and lots of other supermarkets close by.

The aparment has a wonderful view, nice air conditioning and very well soundproofed windows. The pool was also good.The apartment was very clean and nice to settle in.

The surroundings of Las Palmeras is restless, expecially in the evenings,as there are lots of pubs/nightclubs ia a small area and so it differs a lot from other areas along the beach.

The view was incredible. The apartment was really clean and we loved the lounge/kitchen and balcony area.

We struggled to sleep as it was very hot, even with the air conditioning.

Fantastic apartment, everything was perfect, fully equipped. We made our own dinner and the kitchen had all you needed. The view is amazing. The beach is 5 min. walk.

No communication between vendor and security staff which impacted our access to the building No hot water for the entire stay. Dirty, poor-quality, inadequate bedding. Fridge too small for a hot country and the capacity of the apartment. Apartment is not luxury and would at best be awarded 2 stars in comparison to other properties, but the price reflects this and the superb views compensate for the mis-description of the flat and the building it is housed in. At the time of writing this we are in dispute with the landord regarding an accusation of a broken window. I would urge all guests to make a video upon arrival and at the point of departure from the accommodation. Also take note that you may be under the impression you are booking an hotel apartment, which in this case, the apartment is situated in a hotel but owned/let by an independent landlord. We do not recommend this property.

The apartment was lovely and cosy. The location is excellent very central.
