Reception staff pleasant and efficient

Day in Malaga city

This time I took the street view room which is disappointing as no sun gets to the balcony but I suppose you pay for what you get. It was cheaper then the sea view apartments. I will definitely stay again but will pay the extra.

There are major building works in the hotel next door which is incredibly disturbing, so much so that I checked out early because it was just so depressing to be there!! All guests should be pre warned about this major building works as this will take years to complete especially if they are in the lower lateral part of the hotel as the view is of the building site!!!The terrace was so dirty and dusty i had to wash my beach items twice! The jabega is a very old building and you can hear every single noise in the other rooms and corridors! Including people going to the loo, which was very uncomfortable to listen to. Very old decor, dark, had a horrible first floor room, reception were incredibly rude to me when i arrived, initially i had called and spoke to a lovely man at reception who was more than happy to accommodate my needs yet upon arrival the receptionist was so rude and arrogant to me that i immediately felt uncomfortable and as a solo female traveller i did not want to stay. He had told me my room was 880 then when i got to actually check in it was 110 which was the worst room ever! He naturally reassigned me this horrendous room on purpose. the noise from the bar at night is horrific, definitely not for people who wish to relax and in my case recuperate from a recent health scare. I Would never stay here again. The rooms need a major refurbishment. The curtains were broken all of the dark wood table was stained and heavily marked. The lighting is terrible and there are hardly any plug sockets, a large room but not a very well thought out. When i opened the fridge door there was a huge piece of broken glass where sadly housekeeping hadn't cleaned properly. Bitterly disappointed and it cost a fair bit to stay here! You are purely paying for the location.

Hotel was fab, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely food and surroundings.

The weather was the only downfall gale force winds and torrential rain but hotel was great.

The building noise

Location excellent , midway between Los Boliches and Fuengirola. Very good sea view apartment. Food ,drink and entertainment in the bar fine. Staff very knowledgeable.

Nothing really, but layout of room was strange, but easily altered by moving beds slightly. Adequate cooking facilities though not much room to use microwave, kettle etc.

It was all good, room, cleanliness and location.

Bed was comfortable. Café bar was very good with friendly staff.

Room 612. Living room in apartment was a dormitory and the kichenette was a cupboard. Sun just 1 hour a day on balcony. Had to pay everyday to use the safe in the room. Shower curtain was mouldy. Flimsy threadbare towels. Cigarette burns on furniture. Shabby decor.

Clean and spacious apartment with large balcony. Fair prices in the bar downstairs. All areas clean and tidy around the hotel.

Some inconsiderate guests moving furniture about in the early hours- but this is not the hotels fault- they do say on their paperwork not to do this.

Central location very friendly Staff. Would highly recommend these appartments
