Our second time here and always clean and well maintained. Could use a few new light bulbs, but otherwise great! Lots of room and good location. The driveway is definitely steep, but it’s doable as long as your car isn’t really low.

While we were mostly out and about, the house was very clean and included all the amenities we needed for the time we were there.

Our daughter is a traveling nurse. She and her husband have been in Rapid City for about a month and we drove from Oklahoma to visit them. The people staying in the house were my husband and me, our middle daughter, her husband and our grandson, and our youngest daughter and her boyfriend. The house was perfect for us!

The house is exactly as described and is a perfect location for a family vacation in Rapid City. The subdivision sits north of the heart of the city and feels extremely safe. The playground is excellent! Tie house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Like other guests mention, the driveway was too steep to use so we had to park on the street. Not a big deal. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great which to me is the most important part of a rental. We would stay here again!

My mom, sisters and our kiddos came from Minnesota for a weekend to watch our niece rodeo. This house was a great layout for our littles. Needed to do a little baby proofing, but nothing we were surprised by! The listing was very accurate and there were no surprises. We had a great time!

Beautiful house with great kitchen, comfy beds & quiet neighborhood. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants! When owner mentions a steep driveway, he isn't kidding. Don't bring a low sling car.. We have a Pacifica van & it did become part of the driveway as we proceeded to the garage. I would definitely stay here again! Great location!

The host responded to our questions extremely fast during our stay. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Our kids went trick-or-treating in the neighborhood and it was great. Basic necessities- not super nice but not bad. Average house but great size and fit our needs well.

Very Nice

We had a great family vacation to cross off a bucketlist destination for my parents. The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us to relax and visit when were not out and about.

The check in process was smooth. The property was easy to find and located close to dining, shopping, and site seeing opportunities. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable, however as noted in the listing the driveway is quite steep and we needed to park on the road. The inside had a few slight issues such as the hallway light being burnt out, a nail in the carpet and found another nail on top of the bed. I left both nails on the dresser and nightstand. The towels and washcloths were still wet and there wasn’t enough for all guests so we needed to do laundry each day we were there. The throw blanket on the bed had stains along with the sheets therefore we placed that in the hamper. There was also a receipt and glasses left from previous guests. Overall, a lot positives, however a few issues would helpful to address for larger groups like we had. We had a party of 8.

Everything was great from booking to checkout. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at the home. Had all of the basic necessities provided. Easy to find, driveway was a little steep but there was plenty of parking by curb. Would recommended.

Everything you could think of needing this VRBO has.. Great location for all towns surrounding rapid city. Comfortable and homey. Definitely would recommend to any coming into the Rapid city area, or surrounding cities!!!

The house was perfect for our family vacation which included grandpa at 83 down to the two college age kids. It comfortably handled all six of us. When the host Ryan says to take notice of the driveway, he’s not kidding, but it worked out perfectly for us because we just parked sideways across the driveway and we had zero issues. It is deceptively steep. He was quick to reply and he had a very well stocked home. I loved that he provided things like shampoo and body wash that you may have started out with seven days before, but we’re running low on. Two great TV watching areas for when you just need to relax. Absolutely loved this house. Everything was labeled and was very organized. We came for the basketball state championships and we were literally 10 minutes away from everything. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a very nice home. The driveway is very steep. It was winter when we stayed, therefore it was difficult to enter as the entrance has many steps. Everything was super icy and dangerous.

Great visit. Thank you. Comments Landscaping is in horrible shape. However, did not hurt our stay. A fenced yard is important. Add dish rags in the kitchen. The crappy little brush at the sink was inadequate. Couches upstairs and downstairs are not comfortable. Condition of home was stellar, clean and well kept.. If you want your visitors to follow recycle standards please explain how to do that. We were confused. The ice maker is completely plugged up with melted and then frozen ice. Sadly driveway is dangerous. You need fenced back yard if you are taking in our small pets,.

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had anything we needed available. Host was very responsive. The only complaint is the steep driveway, we were unable to pull our truck into the garage due to the incline. Otherwise was a great experience!
