This is a clean, comfortable, and convenient property. It's in a great location and within walking distance of area restaurants and shops. We were visiting family in nearby Centerville and this was perfect for our needs. Jenn was a fabulous host and prompt to answer any concerns or questions. We will be staying here on our return visits!

I do not know where to start. This place was a great place. I felt safe and comfortable! The added touches of an essential oil mister and the binder with information. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. I will DEFINITELY be back as Jenn was a great host.
*It is located on the top floor with no elevator which was not an issue for me but if someone has a hard time with stairs, I do not recommend staying. As great as a place it was though!

I absolutely love this place. The accommodations are very comfortable and has everything I needed. It's also in a very convenient location and close to the beautiful Lincoln Park. So glad I found this little gem in the middle of Kettering. Perfect place to stay.

Atudio appartment was clean and as advertised. Location was convenient to events and entertaqinment. Building was quiet and in a nice locaiton. Check in and out was convenient. Would stay here again.

Was pleased with how clean and updated everything was. Only issue was that the knives in the kitchen were all huge and dull. Also no vegetable peeler.
But over all I loved the place. If I ever stay in Dayton again I would come back here.

I was in Dayton for Easter with family. And the baptism of my grandson They live very close by my other son and I from out of town had a very nice experience staying there.

I plan on renting Jen's studio every time I come to Dayton from now on. It was so clean, the check-in process was easy, and it is in a prime location for me. I have a lot of family that I visited when I'm in Ohio and it was great to have a safe, clean space to relax in afterwards.

Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Super easy check in and check out. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a small place to stay for a few days.

I loved this place. It was a perfect place for me to hide out and study and get some sleep for a change. The bed was almost too comfortable; I could have nested there forever. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating when I messaged her.

We loved staying here. Place was immaculate. Easy access to restraunts and entertainment. Had everything we needed.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was in close proximity to every thing we planned to do. It was in a quiet area.
The towels could have been thicker but aside from that, it was perfect and if we go back to Ohio, we would stay there again if it was avaiable.

Great Stay
Great place to call home for a month. Gonna miss it. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Very spacious, comfortable bed & couch, huge closet, I could go on & on. Quiet building and neighborhood. Jenn was a great host. She provided many comforts of home & top notch communication. Definitely stay here again.
