The hotel was okay and the front desk staff was friendly but it was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.Very hard and I woke up several times in the night lteraly in pain.

The only thing that wasn't good was the fact the elevator was broken. I was suprised there was only one, and there were no first floor rooms available.

First room smelled of dog and had hair all.over the bathroom floor. Second room we were moved too smelled of mildew. Third room moved to also smelled of dog but we gave up. Bed hard as a rock

Very good customer service, at this stay and at the one the week before at this very same hotel. Front-desk managers were very considerate of our toddler's needs. Very good breakfast, too.

The AC in the room was not working great and the staff was GREAT helping us out. They cheerfully moved us to a different room with no issue and genuinely seemed to care how our stay was. Breakfast was also very nice, lots of choices including some healthy ones was nice. Morning run in adjacent neighborhood was delightful- Would come back here anytime.
