Perfect house for our group of family and friends! The house is beautiful with a great location right on the lake, lots of amenities and wonderful hosts. Definitely would go back!

Our family loved Sam and Ranin's home and the hospitality they provided. The home was everything we could ask for. All amenities are provided and the extras were so nice. Sam and Ranin rented us their boat and jet-ski which were big hits with the entire family. The kids loved kayaking across the way to the private island so they could play on the beach. The swimming/hot tub pool was a big hit as well. Any questions we had Sam and Ranin always responded quickly and when we rented the boat, Nick, from the property management group, was so helpful and was able to tell us everywhere to go for gas, restaurants, and cool spots around the lake. We definitely made the right choice choosing this home for our summer vacation!

The property was the perfect size for our group 9 total plenty of space to gather as well as be apart when needed. Good internet for those that needed to work or stream. The house is wellstocked with towels laundry supplies etc. Waseem is a great host lets you know when somebody is coming to the house - one example pool care. Would recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks for a great week on the lake!

It was exciting and fun. Full of memories. The driveway was a challenge but it made it all that more fun. We just had to slow down and be careful. The owners Sam and his wife Ranin were delightful and very willing to help with anything at a moment's notice. Lots of fun and memories.

Our family came from 3 different states to be together for a week. The house was spacious and comfortable for our large group. The host was responsive to our inquiries and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

This property is amazing. What you don't see from the pictures are the many different things that make vacationing here easy. For instance, there is dry towel storage right next to the hot tub; there is a hose next to the paddle boards to wash off; there is sand at the bottom of the stairs to the lake to make entry/exits more pleasant; there's a nice desk in one of bedrooms in case someone has to work. This thoughtfulness is carried throughout the home. We highly recommend!

Great property with many amenities. Game rooms great for both kids and adults. Located on a quieter part of the lake. Spa and outdoor kitchen are great. Owner and Andrew, his on site (when needed) rep were great. Definitely worth another visit.

My boyfriend and I had a weekend without our four kids and we wanted a place to relax and unwind. This house was PERFECT!!! Everything we needed was here. Sam was the absolute best host. He accommodated us when we booked his boat and we are even buying one this weekend lol. If you are looking for a luxurious home with gorgeous views and an amazing host book this property NOW!

Beautiful house with great lake views. Family get together with grandchildren ages 8 to 14. House has inside games for kids and even a card table which they enjoyed. Fishing at the lake was also fun and couple of them caught a few small fish. They also enjoyed kayaking and the paddle boards. Amazing time by all. Will definitely be returning. Great communication with owner who made sure we had everything we needed.

My friends and I gathered for an annual trip here and were absolutely thrilled with the property. The house, furniture, appliances were all just gorgeous. Tons of space, lots of fun extra touches. We loved the swim spa and the outdoor kitchen. The screened in porch was a lovely place to gather on the cool fall mornings and look out over the lake. We loved kayaking and paddleboarding and then gathering in the spacious living room and kitchen area to play games and talk. Sam was an excellent host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. I'm certain we'll be back for another stay.

We had a mini-family reunion and the property was perfect for us. We utilized every bedroom, loved the screen porch, used the kayaks and stand-up boards, enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit, played darts and air hockey, watched sunrise and sunsets over the lake and played lots of games as a family. Overall we had a very enjoyable time and Sam was a gracious and helpful host.

This home was beautiful and provided plenty of space for my extended family. We had 9 adults and a child and felt and no one felt crowded. We were able to utilize the amenities from the spa to the fire pit and games which provided us with a great extended weekend together. We did plenty of cooking and I was pleased with how well equipped the house was. The owner was very accessible for questions and made sure we had all of the check in/out information we needed.

My extended family vacationed here for a long Labor Day weekend. We had the best time. The house is beautiful, sits right on the lake and looks exactly like the pictures on VRBO. This is the most well equipped house I have ever rented. You just need to bring your clothes and your family! Sam was the perfect host. Answered our questions promptly. I will definitely rent this house in the future.

Perfect house and location for our family weekend on Lake Norman. Great views of the lake in a quiet / peaceful cove. Kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor kitchen, swim spa, ice machine, two decks and more. This house has it all!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Plenty of room for the 12 of us to comfortably enjoy the house. This house has many fun amenities. One of our favorites was the hot tub/exercise pool. The host answered our questions quickly and was extremely helpful. This location is a tad bit farther from restaurants and grocery stores- 10-15 minutes from the closest grocery but wasn’t a big deal.

Our Best Lake Trip Ever!
Our family has rented many vacation cabins over the decades, but Sam's lake house is by far the best cabin we have ever rented. Sam is so gracious and responsive to every need. The house is very well-stocked with paper products, linens, soap and kitchen items. There are so many games inside the house like fooz ball and air hockey and basketball. Of course, the lake and the amazing view are the highlights; we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and the beautiful weather. We stayed busy and happy.

Great Property
We used this as a conference space for our company. Although there was not a large table for us to work/ eat at inside (There is a 6 top outside) we made it work. Everything else was great and there was plenty of space and amenities for us to enjoy ourselves when not working. There have been several conversations about renting it again in the future. Sam was a great host.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We had a great week at the lake. The area is quiet and peaceful…away from the heavy boat traffic of Lake Norman. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation getaway!
The house and property were beautiful! Offered great amenities and great communication with owner during entire stay. Only had to leave the house for ice, made a suggestion for an ice maker on the property and he ordered it right away! Only negatives we had were driveway and parking, however, if you back down as advised you will have no problem! My family would definitely stay here again, had a great time!

The amenities were incredible and had such a good view. Overall a pretty quite part of Lake Norman. Perfect for relaxing in the water all weekend long. Awesome location, you don’t need more than it is. Beautiful view, very clean and all amenities are brand new. Kind and very responsive host. If you wish to have a perfect vacation, you definitely should rent this property. Trust me, you will never regret it!
