We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and perfect for a family visit to Glenwood Springs. The host was very accommodating with little touches everywhere to make our stay more comfortable. It was also VERY clean. The condo is located in the center of everything and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the large hot springs. Sunlight ski resort was a short drive as well as hiking trails and more hot springs. The only downside to the place was parking which is a bit crazy, but we were always able to find a spot. Overall great condo and host!

Joanna and Mark are such incredible hosts. The minor touches, with simple toiletries that are so often forgot really set the stage for a wholesome stay. The location, right downtown was amazing. The interior is beautiful, great decorations, comfortable beds, bedding, and towels. Everything was fantastic!!

Everything was amazing. Only issue is i was unable to communicate through VRBO ap due to ap issues. Owners were were great to answer phone calls. Would highly recommend

This was a wonderful apartment! The layout was great, and it was well stocked with lots of thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy. The location can't be beat! Walking distance to all the restaurants, and super easy access to the hot springs, adventure park, etc. We will definitely come back!

Great location. Apartment very confortable with a lot of amenities. we loved our time there. We spent 6 days and we were sad to leave. Joanna thought of everything. She is an awesome host. The location is perfect to enjoy the city with very good restaurants just next door. The beds are perfect.We really want to go back.

Such a wonderful stay! Right in the heart of it all. Walking distance to the pool and some great restaurants and shops. Joanna took great care of us. The apartment was very comfortable and filled with lots of little touches that helped us feel right at home.

Easy check-in, great communication from host. Spotless, well-appointed and thoughtfully stocked apartment. Parking was safe and easy within half a block our whole stay. You are literally on the main drag through town and on the best block for food and drink, so enjoy the sights and sounds. Although there isn’t a spot to unload directly in front, we found a spot a few steps away. Use a little foresight when packing and then enjoy this excellent location in the middle of the action. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We are a family of four with a dog and this location was perfect! The condo is in the heart of some of Glenwoods best restaurants and shops. Almost everything was walkable. The condo was clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make the stay absolutely wonderful. 1000% recommend! Would stay here again and again.

This condo was awesome! It was stocked with necessities that may have been forgotten in packing. That is so cool. It is within walking distance to great shops and the hot springs. It was a lovely and cozy experience. I will definitely rent from this host again. I recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Glenwood Springs.

Very clean. More towels than I have ever had in a VRBO. AC worked well. Primary bedroom in back of unit facing alley, so pretty quiet. But for the love of God, replace the king mattress! Super hard, no give whatsoever. Please get a pillow top to accommodate side sleepers. Even a foam mattress would be better and I am no fan of foam. Good sleep is the number one priority for a VRBO and I didn't get it here.

We had a great time in Glenwood Springs. This property was just what we needed - downtown, cozy, and very comfortable.

A really great property - the location is perfect and the unit is lovely. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit and allow for privacy. The location is great and very quiet given the downtown location. It was very clean and well decorated with many thoughtful touches by owner. We hope to rent this unit again!

My Family and I had a great 2 night stay at the location. This property truly is in the heart of downtown and everything is within walking distance. The host was very easy to get a hold of with questions I had before the trip and explained everything in detail. The property had everything we could need with extra surprises that made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. The unit was located right downtown, so you can get anywhere easily. It was clean and comfortable, but all the extra touches were unusual, such as snacks, extra toiletries, etc. It was priced well and very worth it.

Located smack dab in the middle of everything. Walking distance to hot springs pools, many restaurants, boutique shops. It’s only 9 minute drive to Hanging Lake trailhead. Even though it is located on the main avenue, the master bedroom is located in the back with no noise.

The apartment was perfect for our family’s stay. It is beautifully renovated, pristinely clean and in a perfect spot for walking to great steaks and yummy ice cream. The host provided snacks and an abundance of fluffy towels. It was a delightful experience!

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so comfortable and the location is wonderful. Walk right down stairs to be on the Main Street where you could shop, go to restaurants and even walk to the hot springs. We had a wonderful time.

The place was in an ideal location close to the downtown restaurants and breweries. It was very clean and updated. The hosts are very thoughtful and friendly. We had a great getaway!

My husband, myself and our daughter had plans for skiing in Keystone over spring break but just a few weeks before, my husband broke his wrist. I scrambled to make new plans in which he could participate. I thought Glenwood Springs would be great and started looking for somewhere to stay. I was so lucky to stumble across this amazing apartment! It was in a perfect location right in the heart of town and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The only downside was there was no close by parking for unloading and lugging all of our stuff up, but we managed. The apartment itself was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures (other than the kitchen, but it was still nice and usable). Everything was very clean. There were welcome snacks in a basket in the kitchen and creamers and condiments in the fridge. There were extra sundry items in the bathroom and even pool towels and toys for us to take to the hot springs pool. There were also games and books. It was just well stocked with all those little things you might forget or might not think about when you leave home. Joanna the host was also excellent with her communications and friendliness. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat if we return to Glenwood Springs!

Beautifully renovated upstairs apartment of a historic downtown building perfectly in the heart of Glenwood Springs. Surrounded by local restaurants and shops . Clean, all up to date amenities. Owner provided quick communication before, during and after stay. Several nice and above requirement touches that they provided in home for the guests.

Excellent location in downtown Glenwood close to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and linens. The entire apartment is absolutely darling. The host is gracious and leaves the rental well stocked. From reusable grocery bags to coffee and creamer (incredibly important for those who arrive very late). We had concerns about parking but it was never an issue. Fantastic experience all around! Thank you!
