We booked with the promise of the lagoon being opened. By the time they told us otherwise we have purchased flights and made agendas. We had people coming from all over. We only booked for the Amenities and nothing was open not even a place to get a drink or sandwich. My assistant has so many videos and pictures of her room leaking the entire time. She had to use a bucket under the ceiling around the clock and someone finally came the last day. We are demanding a refund of some sort.

The rental unit was amazing, all the amenities you could hope for. The unit was well stocked with everything you could want for a large group. The lagoon was amazing, we were there during the summer kick off event, and there were tons of activities for lots of fun. Thanks for hosting us, we will return. Two small items for you to be aware of, in Bedroom 1 there was no remote for the fan/light. Also, the listing indicated that there was a crib as well as play-n-pak. There was no crib, you should take that off the listing. Overall we had a great time

We were a group of 8 women and stayed at this beautiful home for 2 nights. We all had our own beds and had everything we could possibly need. The property is very clean and comfortable. We were walking distance to the lagoon and all of the awesome amenities of the resort. I highly recommend staying here if you’re considering something in the area!!

The house is in a new development and the location is close to lagoon. The house was clean but there were a few things that were not great. The water would never get hot on some faucets or took forever to heat up. The stairs on the bunk beds were terrible and made it hard for kids to sleep on top. The ceiling lights in the bedroom also randomly turned on in the middle of the night in multiple rooms on multiple occasions. The couch in the theater room was so uncomfortable and wasn’t a sleeper couch which was very inconvenient to use that as a sleeping space.

We had a great stay at casa de Luz, the house was very well kept and maintained with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty cooking utensils making it easy to prepare meals. Plenty of room for everybody and TV's in every bedroom. We did not use all the amenities but they do have many to offer I recommend staying at Casa de Luz!!!

We stayed as Casa De Luz with our extended family and loved the home and location! There were things for everyone to do and the location was central to explore the area. Plenty of space at the large kitchen table for games, xbox in the theater room was a hit with the teens, paddle boards and kayaks that we used daily at the huge lagoon just steps away from the house, beach volleyball court that we all enjoyed in the evenings and even a nice grassy lawn out front of the house that was nice for the kids to play and run around in. Even with all the construction happening around the neighborhood we never felt like it affected our stay in a negative way and the kids enjoyed watching the trucks across the road moving dirt most days. We had an issue with two ceiling fans not working properly and the property management was quick to send someone over to try and resolve the issue. We cooked full meals every day for our group of 18 in the well appointed kitchen. The house had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay!
