Beautiful week spent at a beautiful place making memories with our children and grandchildren! The only thing I noticed, there were no trash bags, paper towels or kitchen towels extra than the ones already in place in the bins or towel holder. Usually the home will leave at least one change out. There were extra dishwasher tabs in a drawer. Ice maker in the kitchen fridge did not work. We carried ice upstairs from the garage ice maker, which was super nice to have at the home. Our golf cart quit on day 1 of our trip but the company was able to bring us a new cart promptly. Overall we enjoyed our visit!! The home is perfect for a larger family and friends to gather! Summer rate is a little higher than most not being beach front but will definitely look at staying here again!! Property Management team was awesome to work with too!!😎 Thank you from Texas!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property has no elevator and very hard to move luggage and grocery items up 2 flights of stairs. Owners control AC temperature with a pass code. Rooms hot. Golf cart was a shamble and very nasty. on the surface it appeared clean, but shelves and other areas dirty. Spa does not work. Construction right beside house in the back. Ice maker in kitchen did not work.

The house worked great for our family. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. For this big of a house, the AC worked great. The pool was wonderful and they take great care of it. It was just a few mins walk to the beach. The golf cart was very handy and seats six.

Almost scared to review bc might not be able to get it again. Everything was perfect and the house is unbelievable

Beautiful home for beach vacation for large group. It had everything we needed and the decor was amazing

We thought the house was great, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely need to rent a vehicle because the house is not close to everything.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s stunning. The pool and hot tub were a highlight along with the design and decor of the house. We loved having a laundry room on each floor for pool and beach laundry. The kitchen was phenomenal. We hired a chef during our stay, and he and his team raved about the caliber of the kitchen, too. Every room is well decorated. The golf cart and bikes were perfect for getting around. The property owners were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we were let down by the ongoing house maintenance. Shortly after we arrived, we received a text that someone would need access to the property the next day to repair somethings and given a window when maintenance would be done. We ask that the maintenance be pushed back because we were hosting a dinner with a private chef during the time proposed. They were very willing to accommodate the request provided they could come another day during our stay. When they did come, the person doing the service was not the person we were told would be there, which raised some eyebrows because we had young children with us. The convection steam oven was in need of repair, so we were ultimately glad that someone came. But on vacation you hope to step away from the hassle of maintenance windows and repairs. A day or so later, we were in the pool and the jets cut off. When we were asking each other who turned it off, a voice on the other side of the fence said that they had. Someone had stopped by unannounced to update the pool software. This person needed access to an outside panel in the pool area. He was polite but unexpected. Another day, someone came by to tell us they would be on the property to photograph the exterior. And despite the work being done during our stay, there were still some gaps in upkeep. One day, while a couple of kiddos were playing in the pool they brought us a rusted fishing line that they had found in the hot tub. Another day, the pool umbrella fell over—the metal pole had collapsed from corrosion and we had to get everyone (kids) out of the pool to clear any broken metal for safety. These are small things. We still daydream about the pool and sitting on the porches. We would 100% stay at this house again and recommend to friends. But the management and maintenance being done throughout our stay was frustrating. We were on vacation to relax and the interruptions from property management and maintenance were not how we wanted to spend our time.

We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids, and the house was perfect for our group. The bunk bed rooms downstairs were exceptionally nice and the kids loved the set up. Not to mention getting the heated pool was a game changer so there wasn’t the pressure of getting to the beach first thing every day. Utilized outdoor kitchen/grill for dinner and relaxation while kids swam. Not more than 3-4 min walk to beach access so perfect location. Customer service was fantastic and extremely responsive. 100% plan on booking this property again!

Very close to an awesome beach, but 10-20 min drive to larger shopping/food areas of 30A. But a nice smaller shopping/food area very close. Traffic on 30A is bad at peak hours, but this is inevitable. Small water leak in first floor closet after heavy rain, but did not impact us at all, and the service guy came out same day to fix, so good response time if it had been a bigger issue. Bikes and golf cart were useful. Stinky's Fish Camp restaurant is very close an was a lot of fun.

It is a 5 min walk to the beach so the location is great from that aspect. Property was very clean and had everything that you need inside for your stay (you will need extra soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc). Make sure your phone can mirror to TV's using your home television package as not all TV's are hooked up to a package for channels. Pool had issues with heating and 30A could not address so I contacted pool company who fixed it on the spot while they were there for a cleaning. My complaint is about the second story outdoor fireplace. We could not get it to turn on so I reached out to 30A and here was my response "Unfortunately the owner does not want to have the outdoor fireplace repaired right now". This was q highly disappointing response to say the least as we had looked forward to using this part of the property very much. Made me feel 30A and the Owner maybe had differing opinions on getting this repaired. All in all, a very nice house.

We used the main living room, as well as the the bonus den on the ground level. The pool area was perfect for entertaining! The vibe of the house is modern chic. Very warm and beautifully decorated. Huge refrigerator and freezer. We will definitely rent this house on our next visit.! We all loved it!

This was a beautiful property, very well kept with amazing space and decor. All bedrooms and bunk rooms were spacious and comfortable. A nice living room and TV room. Pool/Spa area was also very nice, pool was cleaned regularly. I highly recommend this property; however, just know that you have to go upstairs to the main floor from the pool area, bunk rooms and garage.

Our usual rental in Seaside was sold so we had to scramble to find a new place kind of last-minute We were hesitant to book past Grayton Beach but this place had everything else we were looking for so we took a chance. We were blown away. It had such a cool design and layout. There were 20 of us and we never felt crowded. The golf cart made it easy to get everyone to the beach that was just down the road. We will definitely consider renting here again in the future.
