We had a fun weekend, the place was amazing. They definitely thought about what should be included in the house and everything we thought of was there.

Overall, this property is amazing. It's a great location near the beach, incredibly clean, spacious, and within walking distance to a store and multiple restaurants. However, communication with property manager is nearly non-existent. We had the hot tub stop working during our stay and were unable to get ahold of the property manager besides informing her of the problem. When we left it was still not fixed. Thankfully is wasn't something like a toilet or a refrigerator that stopped working, or it would have ruined our vacation, instead it was only a slight inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. We heard waves and sea lions at night! The house has been beautifully remodeled and decorated, with comfy beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. We had more than enough towels and kitchen/bathroom essentials. We loved the yard - perfect for grilling and enjoying an evening around the fire pit and hot tub! The only thing to be aware of is the upstairs bathroom is not accessible to the second upstairs bedroom without going through the primary bedroom. Depending on your traveling party this may or may not be awkward! Loved having use of large laundry room, garage to secure our bikes, and plentiful parking on the property. Would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for our group. Very close to beach, was 5 min walk away. Stocking of kitchen towels, cleaning items, dish soap was quite low and wasn’t refilled despite communicating with property management. We had dirty dishes piling up for last two days. Overall was good place for us and would stay again.

We had a minor glitch when checking in that the host dealt with quickly, with humor and very well. Overall this is a great home just steps from the Two Six beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and backyard are lovely, bedrooms well appointed. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

A wonderful weekend stay for me and my friends. House was clean, bright, and welcoming -- with all the amenities we could want -- from coffee pot and kitchen appliances, to fresh fluffy towels in every room, to beach towels, bikes, a wagon, and a beach chair for everyone!
