We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The home was clean and comfortable. Location to the beach couldn’t have been better. Our kids loved playing in the pool, as we stayed during a cooler Florida week. Pool and Beach toys were an added bonus and we enjoyed grilling outside a few times. We will definitely check out this Vrbo for future Clearwater stays.

Perfect location, restaurants, beach & more!!! Our fam felt right at home bc the beds & home were super clean & comfy! We will def be going again to the same home! We fit comfortably with 4 adults & 3 children. I’m allergic to lots of things plus animals & never felt better in someone else’s home! IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!!!

The house was perfect for our beach vacation - easy walk to beautiful beach, great pool, clean and comfy house - had everything we needed for a week of fun.

We had a wonderful time. Our host was very responsive. The house was close enough to downtown that you could walk there if you wanted. They had beach gear available if you wanted. They had a high chair and portable crib for our grandson which eliminated the need to bring those items. It was a wonderful time!

We had a great vacation! The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults and 3 kids (under 5). Having the pool out the back door and the beach a short walk away gave us the best of both experiences. The location of the house, within a short walk to the park for the kids and coffee shops for the adults, was perfect. The trolley to the Clearwater Beach Pier 60 area was an added plus. We had a great time!

The owner of this property is amazing. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this home has the most comfortable beds. If you are looking for fun in the sun, this backyard is your own private paradise - it is beautifully landscaped with a private saltwater pool. If you are looking for something that is close enough so you can walk where you want to go, but still far enough for privacy, this is the perfect place. This property has a little bit of everything to accommodate everyone.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this property in Clearwater Beach! First off, the location was phenomenal. The beach was SO CLOSE, easy to walk to even with kids, and being so residential, much less crowded than further down the beach. Easy trolley access just a short walk out the door! We visited some great restaurants but also easily found good, close take-out and delivery. The home was incredibly comfortable for our group (4 adults and 2 kids - but could easily fit more!). The pack and play and high chair were such a nice addition! The beds were cozy and kitchen well stocked for us to cook / grill / etc. The pool and outdoor space were AMAZING - even its how inviting they are the pictures truly don't do it justice. We swam multiple times every day and there was great outdoor seating and everything you could need for enjoying time at the pool or beach in the shed. The property manager was helpful, answering all of our questions and handled even the minuscule concern/issue we raised with immediate remedy. Check-in / check-out processes could not have been easier. We will be back - and for a longer stay next time!

This house and it’s location are perfect. A very short walk to a practically private beach (our 2 year old had no problem). Beach/house is about 1/2 mi from the main shops/restaurants, a super easy and beautiful walk down the beach. The private pool was great for days we didn’t make it to the beach.

Our family enjoyed our 1 week stay in this great home. The house layout was nice with two bedrooms and bathroom on one side of the house and two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. Also the kids loved the pool! Great options of pool floaties too! Going to the beach was super easy. They had a nice beach cart and variety of beach chairs, shade coverings and beach toys. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and not crowded either. Just 1-2 min drive to pier 60 and 7 minutes to Publix grocery store. Great stay, Thanks!

The house was perfect for our family. It was a short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all! The backyard has a nice pool which we all enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was very responsive when I contacted her. I would definitely rent this house again if I were in the area.

The pool was nice. Beds were not comfortable in any of the rooms. AC never got the house cold, but it was not horrible if you turned on a fan. Pool area was a little messy when we arrived and cluttered. Little miscellaneous things were broken/needing repair. Property representative texted a lot and said that she was gonna stop in at some point (which I thought was awkward and inappropriate). The location is good. Close to beach access and less than a mile from some good restaurants. 3 stars, would not book again. Really should upgrade the old mattresses.

We loved the house and pool! The location was great - walking distance to the Gulf. The owner was great and wanted to make sure that everything went well!!

Great location, plenty of room for the two families. Any questions were quickly answered. Minor problems that occurred were quickly taken care of. Property Manager Joan was very helpful and knowledgeable. She easily answered any questions that we had. Would gladly rent from the property owner again.

We had a wonderful experience! Location is excellent. Quiet yet, close to many local restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was perfect and the beach umbrellas were a big plus! Thanks! We used the Jolley Trolley once. It stops close to the house. The best parts were having the grills for family meals and the pool to relax in after a busy day!

The combination of a backyard pool and the beach a 2 minute walk around the corner makes this a fabulous place for a family vacation. The house was clean and well decorated. The yard and pool were well cared for. We had a wonderful time with 6 adults and 3 young children and plan to return,.

Great house away from the crowds but close to shops and restaurants. Quick walk to the beach and the pool was great for a relaxing change from the sand. Owner/manager were helpful at check in and when a small issue came up they got right on it to get it resolved. Would highly recommend the house if you’re headed to Clearwater.

Property is as advertised! Amazing location. Very easy walk to restaurants or bars. Good pizza is even closer. The backyard and pool are amazing and having that private area was a nice change up from the beautiful beach! I would defiantly recommend and plan to book it again!

This house was in an amazing location close to all of the shops, restaurants and the beach! We walked right over to the beach everyday. It was a perfect size for our 7 person family and the pool was awesome. Definitely would stay here again if we come back to Clearwater.

The property was just as advertised. The backyard was amazing. Walking distance to everything. We had a great time. Samgelo's Pizza is a definite late night snack. Plenty of room for everyone and the extra sink and mirror in the laundry room was a great idea. We would definitely stay here again.
