Let me start by saying it is an absolutely beautiful hotel(new). The decor was very impressive. It was nice that they had a bar that was separate from the restaurant that opened before happy hour. The restaurant attached (Tony's-Ricci steakhouse)to the hotel was fabulous! The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

This hotel could be so much better. The staff were rude and seemingly untrained. The common areas were clean, but the individual floors and room were not. The breakfast area was not cleaned well at all. We were lucky to be at the end of the hallway so it was relatively quiet, however others in our party were next to barking dogs and another room with apparent unsupervised children whooping it up. When they called down to report it, they said they would send security, but nothing ever happened. There were a few major problems with the room. The maintenance person seemed overworked and I think the hotel was understaffed. This hotel is being grossly mismanaged. Again, not what I would have expected from a new Embassy Suites!

Rooms were spacious, clean, and very nice!

This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites and I am so spoiled! The staff was wonderful, I ordered room service and the food was delectable and I had the best night sleep in a long while! I am excited for my next stay!

Ontbijt was top! Wel had het wat langer gemogen (later dan 09:00). Bedden waren goed.

Het feit dat je niet de temperatuur op je kamer zelf kon regelen. Ik moest telkens naar beneden bellen of ze het op cool (in de nacht) en in de ochtend op warm konden zetten. Echt ongekend dit en zeer klantonvriendelijk.

Room was very nicely laid out, quiet and comfortable. Loved the happy hour and breakfast (omelets were fabulous)

No written instructions anywhere (except online and those were not easy to search) - was confusing on if room was to be cleaned daily (it wasn’t) or if items would be restocked (only towels)

The rooms were spacious and clean.

Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was very good both mornings.
