Rooms were spacious and comfortable. breakfast was early!

Time zone effected our food expectations. Popcorn was extremely bland. Dinner was late so there was people swimming like bees.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Needs to be updated.

Said that the pool was heated it was not. Booked for 2 rooms. Very disappointing.

we arrived shortly after 3:00 when checkin was. we were told our room wouldn’t be ready for at least 30 minutes. by 4 it was ready.

Great, except we got locked out of the hotel, We wanted to sit outside for a while, so we went through the pool area to get to some outdoor chairs. When we closed the door, we were locked out and their was a padlock on the fence surrounding the outside chairs. We were getting very hot, their was no shade out there, we luckily had a couple that rescued us. They were the only ones in the pool area, and they heard us pounding on the door. Thank goodness they were there. My husband told the 2 girls at the front desk all about what happened, and they didn’t seem to understand him. We just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

That doors lock you out, and fences have padlocks on them. If you don’t want people to sit out there, lock the door on the inside, so people don’t get locked outside with no where to go.

The people were so friendly and helpful!

For dinner the chicken was too salty but everything else was good.
