Great stay with our friends and ample space for 2 couples visiting college kids. Highly recommended. The apartment, pool, and workout facilities were fantastic.

Nice place with a very good central location. Walking distance to groceries, good places to eat and it has great parking. We were there because my daughter was having outpatient surgery and the easy location and quiet apartment was really good for her to rest. Kitchen was nicely equipped and everything worked as it should. Definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed staying here during our road trip. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean!

Good walking location lots of restaurants and grocery store. Nice garage parking. We drove to the airport 11mins and gas station right by the apartment to fill up before you return the rental cars. Great communication with the rental company.

Nice place, clean, quiet, with walkable restaurants

A friend and I were in town for a wedding, so it was a quick stay. Check in and check out process went smooth. The host was great, as was their communication. Location was perfect and a short Uber or walk got us every where we needed to go. I’d definitely book this again if I come back to SLC.

Perfect location downtown, very clean!

Super close to our favorite places and quick and helpful responses from host. Great kitchen that was well stocked. Bathrooms are too dark and need a renovation but very very clean so not a big deal. We put the baby in the master closet with the door cracked lol because the shades are sheer. Will stay here again!

The unit was very clean and nicely stocked. The location was good and the building very secure. Nice to have Trader Joe’s a block away. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This is my third time staying at one of the Encore units managed by this group, and it has become my go-to when I come to SLC for work. The units are spacious and comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient to anywhere in SLC proper. I look forward to booking again soon!

Very good communication with management. The kitchen was well equipped. The mattress in both bedrooms was very good. We slept well. Lots of soft towels. The location is convenient with access to the street car and in walking distance for some restaurants. The drive to the ski resorts was not bad at all. If our travels bring us back to SLC we would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, well stocked, communication was great with owner and in a great location to everything we wanted to do downtown. We would definitely stay again!!

Pros: Great location easy walking distance to trolley square and Temple square, close to trax, close to restaurants. Apartment is nicely set up! Cons: The owners were very strict on not talking to anyone in the complex and letting them know it’s a VBRO! Owners love to threaten with a fine for staying too long or not doing what they request. Threaten to kick you out immediately if you talk to the leasing office instead of them! (Felt shady) The last day of our stay we discovered a bed bug( took pictures), owners denied that was what we found! The apartment is clean and well taken care of, just don’t know where this bug came from! Owners refused to discuss this further but assured us they had experts come in on a Sunday and fully check the apartment!

I was really impressed with this property. Communication was excellent making the check in process smooth. The place looked as good as it did online. The location was great. The covered garage was super handy since it snowed most of the time. Beds were comfortable. I utilized the gym twice which is a main reason I picked this place. I’ll definitely come back to SLC and will stay here again.

This apartment is in the perfect location. It is cute, clean & really comfortable. My favorite way to start each day was relaxing on the couch, drinking my hot coffee, and looking at the snow covered mountains in the distance. We will definitely be back! P.S. We appreciated how thoughtful the supplies were. Thank you for providing paper towels, toilet paper, sugar, etc.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. It was VERY clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment. We were pleasantly surprised to find an electric kettle for making tea, quality wine glasses, and a pitcher of filtered water in the refrigerator. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to Starbucks, Walgreens, grocery store, etc. We had a minor issue getting the TV connected, but the property manager responded quickly and we were able to figure it out after a quick message exchange. Minor thing to note is if you want a completely dark room when you sleep, the window coverings let in light so you may want to bring eye covers. We had our 6 year old with us and he got up earlier than we would have liked because of the sun coming in.

We stayed here for three nights and WOW it was perfect. It was my husband and 2 kids who are 20 & 18. Has literally everything you need. Convenient location - Trader Joes & Whole Foods down the road so perfect for us as we like to make breakfast and happy hours at home. 30 minute drive to Park City which we went to twice. Walked to Temple Square and state capitol. Apt is outfitted with pots, pans, coffee pot, and everything you need for a comfy stay.

The apartment was spot clean, kitchen was nicely equipped. Really enjoyed our stay. Sometimes the AC is humming a bit noisily.

This property was so cute and perfect for our girls weekend!! Beds were comfy and the perfect location downtown. Communication with the host was great! I’d recommend this place!
